Terms & Conditions:
1. The MIRROR Local 5G Data Package runs on a 5G network. Applicable only to designated areas served by 5G network coverage. Customers need to use a 5G-compatible device. Actual speeds achieved by customers will be lower than the network specifications suggest, and will be affected by the device, location, network conditions and other factors. Areas outside our 5G coverage will be served by 3G and/or 4G mobile service.
2. The MIRROR Local 5G Data Package is applicable only to existing designated 1O1O 4G/5G customers who agree to a designated commitment period and prepay a designated sum (if applicable). Any unused data entitlement will be cancelled immediately after the billing cut-off date and will not be accumulated or carried over to the next billing month. If the customer has multiple or additional SIM cards, the local 5G data in the Local 5G Data Package cannot be shared with an additional SIM card. The Local 5G Data Package is applicable only to the purchased SIM card.
3. Basic data in the service plan and the 20GB of local mobile data in the Local 5G Data Package can be used for tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions such as BitTorrent. This does not apply in the event of conflict with Terms & Conditions governing the existing 4G/5G service plan.
4. This promotion is applicable only to new MOOV 24 bit Music Service subscribers, who subscribe to MOOV 24 bit Music Service for the special price of HK$39 per month. Existing service subscribers are excluded. MOOV 24 bit Music Service is limited to personal use only via a customer’s handset. Public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed. CSL Mobile Limited (“csl”) reserves the right to take legal action if such prohibited usage is suspected. Customers who use MOOV 24 bit Music Service need to download the latest MOOV mobile application to run on iOS 10.0 or newer, or Android 7.0 or newer. MOOV 24 bit Music Service is provided by MOOV (Hong Kong) Limited. Subscription to, use and/or activation of this service are subject to MOOV Terms & Conditions (available at https://general.moov.hk/tnc/eventtnc.html). 5. Users are entitled to Viu Service during a designated Local 5G Data Package commitment period. Viu Service will be terminated automatically on completion of the commitment period. In order to utilize Viu Service, you are required to download and install the Viu app from Google Play or the App Store, using a suitably compatible mobile device, and register for a Viu account. Viu Service is provided by PCCW OTT (Hong Kong) Limited and use of the Viu Service is subject to Viu Terms & Conditions (available at https://www.viu.com/ott/hk/en-us/copyright-statement/terms-and-conditions). “MIRROR每日動態“ content from Viu Service is available only in Chinese language. You must choose Chinese language in the Viu app settings in order to view the content.
6. Obtaining csl. x MIRROR collectables:
In the event of dispute, CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right of final determination.
