Terms and conditions apply to make purchase in App Store, Apple Music, iTunes and iCloud:
1. Direct Carrier Billing Services is a Value Added Service for designated personal customers of 1O1O service plans (Except Tertiary Student U-Plan and pre-paid card) (“Service”).
2. The Service is only available with compatible devices.
3. All App Store, Apple Music, iTunes and iCloud purchases are made at Apple Prevailing App Store, Apple Music, iTunes and iCloud. Terms & Conditions apply.
4. The Service can be used to settle payment for purchases made at App Store, Apple Music, iTunes and iCloud (“Purchases”). Purchase amounts will be charged to your 1O1O monthly bill.
5. The Service is subject to a monthly limit in any calendar month for each service plan(which is to be shared by all Direct Carrier Billing Services ) as below:

7. If a customer’s purchase amount exceeds the monthly limit, Service will be suspended until next calendar month.
8. Any download of content from App Store and iTunes and use of the service will incur data charges at the prevailing rate, or mobile data consumed will be deducted from subscription plan entitlements, and charged at the prevailing rate thereafter. Standard roaming data charges apply while using the Service and App Store , iTunes, iCloud and Apple Music outside Hong Kong.
9. 1O1O is not liable to the customers for the Purchases, any refund request must follow Apple’s refund policy. For assistant, please call Hong Kong Apple Care Hotline (852) 2112 0099 or visit http://getsupport.apple.com The customer agrees to be bound by Apple’s Terms of Service.

11. 1O1O reserves the right to change or terminate the service or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. In the event of dispute, our decision shall be final.

9. Refund of purchase charges can be performed only by the developers of the app or Google. The service provided by CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) serves only as a method of payment. If a refund is required, the customer must contact the app developer or Google directly. Any refund request must follow Google’s refund policy (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637#policy).
10. The customer agrees to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service. For details of the agreement, please go to: https://play.google.com/intl/en/about/play-terms.html.

1. By using 1O1O billing Service for Finals.AI (“Billing Service”), you can settle payments for designated Finals.AI products purchased at Finals.AI Website (https://finals.ai/) or Finals.AI App(“Finals.AI Products”) with your 1O1O monthly bill.
2. You understand and acknowledge Finals.AI Products are provided by Find Solution AI Limited (“Merchant”).
3. To pay for Finals.AI Products with monthly 1O1O bills, you will have to subscribe to your Finals.AI subscriptions via Finals.AI, a third party subscription platform not operated by 1O1O (the “Third Party Subscription Website”) and elect to pay with monthly 1O1O bills. The Third Party Subscription Website is operated and owned by Finals.AI. CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) only provides the billing services. In using the Third Party Subscription Website, you agree and acknowledge that certain personal data (such as your email, Finals.AI free trial request and subscription status) will be made known to Finals.AI.
4. You further understand and acknowledge that CSL only act as a billing agent for Merchant in relation to Finals.AI Products. CSL is not the provider of Finals.AI Products. CSL makes no representation or guarantee as to any aspects of Finals.AI Products and accepts no responsibility and liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same.
5. The Billing Service is only applicable to designated 1O1O customers who purchase designated Finals.AI Products at MERCHANT. The amounts for which will be billed through your 1O1O monthly bill.
6. The Billing Service is subject to a monthly limit for Finals.AI Products in any calendar month for each 1O1O service plan as below. If Finals.AI customers’ purchase amount exceeds the monthly limit, the Billing Service will be suspended until next calendar month.

1. By using the 1O1O Direct Carrier Billing Service ("Billing Service"), you may use the 1O1O monthly bill to settle the payment from designated ChargeSpot Rental Service ("Rental Service"). Billing Service only opens to designated personal account customers who subscribe to a 1O1O service plan (except primary and secondary student SIM plans, personally-named business plans and prepaid cards).
 
2. ChargeSpot Rental Service are made subject to prevailing ChargeSpot Terms & Conditions. Please refer to the ChargeSpot app.
 
3. You understand and acknowledge that ChargeSpot products or services are provided by ChargeSpot.
 
4. You further understand and acknowledge that CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) acts only as a billing agent for ChargeSpot in relation to ChargeSpot products and services. CSL is not the provider or seller of ChargeSpot products and services. CSL makes no representation or guarantee as to any aspect of ChargeSpot products and services , and accepts no responsibility or liability for any matters arising from, or in relation to, the same.
 
5. The Billing Service is subject to a limit in any calendar month for each 1O1O service plan, as below. If a ChargeSpot customer’s purchase sum exceeds the monthly limit, Billing Service for Rental Service will be suspended until the next calendar month.

7. The service provided by CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”, “we”, “our”) serves only as a method of payment. CSL is not liable to customers for ChargeSpot purchases. Any refund request must adhere to ChargeSpot’s refund policy. Please contact a ChargeSpot representative via the 24-hour Customer Service Hotline on +852 2135 6702 or email cs@charge-spot.net.
 
8. CSL reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Service, or amend these Direct Carrier Billing Service Terms & Conditions, at any time without notice. In the event of dispute, decisions made by CSL shall be final and binding.

1. All MyCard Points cannot be returned, refunded, resold, transferred, and exchanged for cash and/or other gifts..

3. CSL Mobile Limited ( “CSL”) is not the supplier of MyCard Points, and makes no representation or guarantee as to its quality and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to same. Any dispute or complaint in connection with MyCard Points will be referred to MyCard.

CSL Billing Service for YAS Terms and Conditions
 
1. By using CSL/1O1O billing Service for YAS (the “Billing Service”), you can settle payments for designated products provided by YAS Digital Limited (“YAS Products”) with your CSL/1O1O monthly bill.
 
2. You understand and acknowledge YAS Products are provided by YAS Digital Limited (“YAS”) (IA License No.FA2648) and underwritten by Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. (Hong Kong branch which is authorized and regulated by the Insurance Authority of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. YAS Digital Limited (IA License No.FA2648) is registered in accordance with the Insurance Companies Ordinance (Cap.41 of the Laws of Hong Kong) as an insurance agent for distribution of insurance products in Hong Kong.
 
3. You further understand and acknowledge that CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL” or “1O1O”) only act as a billing agent for YAS in relation to YAS Products. CSL/1O1O is not the provider of YAS Products. CSL/1O1O makes no representation or guarantee as to any aspects of YAS Products and accepts no responsibility and liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same.
 
4. The Billing Service is only applicable to customers who purchase designated YAS Products at YAS. The amounts for which will be billed through your CSL /1O1O monthly bill.
