= Special Terms and Conditions for the C-level Data Roaming 5G Prestige Service Plan
 
  1. C-level Data Roaming 5G Prestige Service Plan uses 5G spectrum, which is only available for designated locations with the use of compatible devices. Actual speeds customers experience will be less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, location, network conditions and other extraneous factors. In areas outside of our 5G coverage, you will be provided with a 3G and/or 4G Mobile Service.
  2. You are required to subscribe to C-level Data Roaming 5G Prestige Service Plan for a Commitment Period of 24/36 months. You are required to pay an Administration Fee of HK$18 per month..
  3. Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 SMS units ("Quota"). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per Intra-network SMS. Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks, the charge is $0.6 per Inter-network SMS. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks, the charge is $2 per International SMS . Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS and each SMS will be charged.
  4. Local MMS is subject to a monthly quota of 200 MMS units. Thereafter charge for MMS: $2 each. Unless otherwise stated, the usage included in the service plan is only applicable to local usage and can only be used within the billing month. The balance cannot be rolled over to the next billing month and will be canceled in the billing month.
  5. The Mobile Data Usage Entitlement amount is only applicable to use in Hong Kong and designated roaming zone and can only be used within the billing month concerned. Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the network specifications and will be affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, location, device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
  6. The Mobile Data Usage entitlement included in this Plan is for local Mobile Data usage in Hong Kong and roaming Mobile Data usage applicable to:
    • Roaming Zone M: Macau
    • Roaming Zone A: mainland China
    • Roaming Zone B: Australia, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam
    • Roaming Zone C: Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Guam, Guernsey, Hawaii, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Rota, Saipan, Spain, State of Vatican City, Sweden, Switzerland, Tinian, United States, United Kingdom and US Virgin Islands.
  7. Local and Roaming Mobile Data Usage will be calculated on a per MB basis. Thereafter value-added charges for roaming mobile data usage and local mobile data package, please refer to relevant service charge table. Data residue cannot be carried forward to the next billing month and will become null and void after that billing month. [Update the extra local data and roaming data price respectively]
  8. Unless otherwise stated, a service plan’s mobile date usage entitlement is for local use only.
  9. The monthly service plan includes 200 minutes entitlement for receiving incoming voice call and making outgoing voice call to Hong Kong/mainland China/Macau mobile numbers in mainland China and Macau. For the service details, please refer to clause 10. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited after the bill month.
  10. Thereafter Roaming Voice Minutes charges in mainland China and Macau is HK$0.50 per minute. The Roaming Voice Minutes charges of mainland China and Macau applies when you receiving an incoming call or making an outgoing call to a Hong Kong/mainland China/Macau mobile numbers in mainland China and Macau districts. If you are located in the area mentioned below (i) to receive calls from local or overseas numbers, or (ii) to make calls to a local or Hong Kong numbers, the following roaming area charges will be applied, which may change without prior notice.     • Macau: Deduct from your mainland China and Macau roaming voice minute entitlement of 200 minutes per month, and the thereafter charge is HK$0.50 per minute afterward
    • Mainland China: Deduct from your mainland China and Macau roaming voice minute entitlement of 200 minutes per month, and the thereafter charge is HK$0.50 per minute afterward
    • Taiwan: $3.8/minute
    • Other Roaming Zone B: $6.8/minute
    • Roaming Zone C: $9.8/minute

  12. Call charges are calculated on a 1-minute incremental basis. Any usage of less than 1 minute will be counted as 1 minute.
  13. Data Roaming Day Pass (exclude Roaming Zone A, B, C & M) will be provided to you on your subscription to this Service Plan. Data Roaming Day Pass consists of two types of data roaming services: i) Data Roaming Day Pass ($178 per day) and ii) Top-up Pass. You understand and agree that you must pay the Data Roaming Day Pass daily fee of $178 upon your use of data roaming usage at applicable roaming destinations.   14. Data Roaming Day Pass applies to roaming mobile data usage such as Internet Browsing, Roaming MMS, WAP but do not support audio or video streaming, VoIP, BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream), VPN Tunnel service, corporate e-mail service or any commercial promotion activities or any means which may be harmful or adversely affect our network or other customers. The roaming Mobile Data available is 500MB per day, after which the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps. Please note the actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service if you breach the terms and conditions of the Service.
  15. The Service Plan is not applicable to any Prepaid SIM Cards, Multi-Number Services, JustOne Card™ (China Mobile), 1-FOR- ALL Service Plan or Multi Device Service Plan and other mobile numbers as from time to time advised by us.
  16. 5G Data Roaming Service: 5G Data Roaming Service is only applicable to 1O1O 5G service plan customers or 1O1O service plan customers who are enabled to access to 1O1O 5G network service. Customer must register and activate IDD, roaming service, data roaming day pass, and use designated compatible 5G device with specified system version in order to use 5G roaming in designated areas with designated networks.   17. 5G Data Roaming service may not completely cover all locations within the periphery, depending on performance of 5G networks run by local operators. Roaming service will automatically switch to 4.5G LTE, or other technologies, in locations not covered by a 5G network.
