Special Terms and Conditions for the C-level Data Roaming 5G Prestige Service Plan |

- C-level Data Roaming 5G Prestige Service Plan uses 5G spectrum, which is only available for designated locations with the use of compatible devices. Actual speeds customers experience will be less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, location, network conditions and other extraneous factors. In areas outside of our 5G coverage, you will be provided with a 3G and/or 4G Mobile Service.
- You are required to subscribe to C-level Data Roaming 5G Prestige Service Plan for a Commitment Period of 24/36 months. You are required to pay an Administration Fee of HK$18 per month..
- Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 SMS units ("Quota"). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per Intra-network SMS. Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks, the charge is $0.6 per Inter-network SMS. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks, the charge is $2 per International SMS . Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS and each SMS will be charged.
- Local MMS is subject to a monthly quota of 200 MMS units. Thereafter charge for MMS: $2 each. Unless otherwise stated, the usage included in the service plan is only applicable to local usage and can only be used within the billing month. The balance cannot be rolled over to the next billing month and will be canceled in the billing month.
- The Mobile Data Usage Entitlement amount is only applicable to use in Hong Kong and designated roaming zone and can only be used within the billing month concerned. Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the network specifications and will be affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, location, device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
- The Mobile Data Usage entitlement included in this Plan is for local Mobile Data usage in Hong Kong and roaming Mobile Data usage applicable to more than 220 designated roaming destinations.
- Local and Roaming Mobile Data Usage will be calculated on a per MB basis. Thereafter value-added charges for roaming mobile data usage and local mobile data package, please refer to relevant service charge table. Data residue cannot be carried forward to the next billing month and will become null and void after that billing month. [Update the extra local data and roaming data price respectively]
- Unless otherwise stated, a service plan’s mobile date usage entitlement is for local use only.
- The monthly service plan includes 200 minutes entitlement for receiving incoming voice call and making outgoing voice call to Hong Kong/mainland China/Macau mobile numbers in mainland China and Macau. For the service details, please refer to clause 10. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited after the bill month.
- Thereafter Roaming Voice Minutes charges in mainland China and Macau is HK$0.50 per minute. The Roaming Voice Minutes charges of mainland China and Macau applies when you receiving an incoming call or making an outgoing call to a Hong Kong/mainland China/Macau mobile numbers in mainland China and Macau districts. If you are located in the area mentioned below (i) to receive calls from local or overseas numbers, or (ii) to make calls to a local or Hong Kong numbers, the following roaming area charges will be applied, which may change without prior notice. - Macau: Deduct from your mainland China and Macau roaming voice minute entitlement of 200 minutes per month, and the thereafter charge is HK$0.50 per minute afterward
- Mainland China: Deduct from your mainland China and Macau roaming voice minute entitlement of 200 minutes per month, and the thereafter charge is HK$0.50 per minute afterward
- Taiwan: $3.8/minute
- Other Roaming Zone B: $6.8/minute
- Roaming Zone C: $9.8/minute
- Unless otherwise specified, standard roaming voice charges apply if you are located elsewhere. For details, please refer to our website www.1010.com.hk.
- Call charges are calculated on a 1-minute incremental basis. Any usage of less than 1 minute will be counted as 1 minute.
- Data Roaming Day Pass (exclude Roaming Zone A, B, C ＆ D) will be provided to you on your subscription to this Service Plan. Data Roaming Day Pass consists of two types of data roaming services: i) Data Roaming Day Pass ($178 per day) and ii) Top-up Pass. You understand and agree that you must pay the Data Roaming Day Pass daily fee of $178 upon your use of data roaming usage at applicable roaming destinations. - Data Roaming Day Pass applies to roaming mobile data usage such as Internet Browsing, Roaming MMS, WAP but do not support audio or video streaming, VoIP, BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream), VPN Tunnel service, corporate e-mail service or any commercial promotion activities or any means which may be harmful or adversely affect our network or other customers. The roaming Mobile Data available is 500MB per day, after which the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps. Please note the actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service if you breach the terms and conditions of the Service.
- The Service Plan is not applicable to any Prepaid SIM Cards, Multi-Number Services, JustOne Card™ (China Mobile), 1-FOR- ALL Service Plan or Multi Device Service Plan and other mobile numbers as from time to time advised by us.
- 5G Data Roaming Service: 5G Data Roaming Service is only applicable to 1O1O 5G service plan customers or 1O1O service plan customers who are enabled to access to 1O1O 5G network service. Customer must register and activate IDD, roaming service, data roaming day pass, and use designated compatible 5G device with specified system version in order to use 5G roaming in designated areas with designated networks. - 5G Data Roaming service may not completely cover all locations within the periphery, depending on performance of 5G networks run by local operators. Roaming service will automatically switch to 4.5G LTE, or other technologies, in locations not covered by a 5G network.
- This Service Plan is subject to the terms and conditions of our Mobile Service Agreement and the terms and conditions of any third party suppliers.

China HK 1-Card-2-Number Service: By using the China HK 1-Card-2-Number Service (the “Service”), you will be allocated a mainland China secondary number alongside with a local primary mobile number. The mainland China secondary number is provided to you by [China United Network Communications Corporation Limited] (“China Unicom”) in accordance with:- i. The Terms and conditions of China Unicom and; ii. Applicable rules, laws and regulations in mainland China, including but not limited to the True Identity Registration. For details of the True Identity Registration, please refer to above link “Importance notice: True Identity Registration required for using China mobile numbers”. When using supporting handset for VoLTE and connect to VoLTE network, your mainland China secondary number will be displayed when the Customer makes a call or send a SMS to mainland China number, otherwise your Hong Kong primary number will be displayed. Promotional Free-trial MOOV 24 bit Music Service (Handset Bundle) Terms & Conditions
- The promotional period of free trial MOOV 24 bit Music Service (“Promotion”) is from June 5, 2020 until further notice.
- 1O1O customer is eligible to get two months free trial of MOOV 24 bit Music Service (“Service”) for free when you purchase designated 5G monthly service plan and the customer can enjoy a special offer to subscribe MOOV 24 bit Music Service at HK$68 per month after the free trial. Service automatically renew until cancelled. If you do not agree to continue subscribe the service after free trial, 7 days prior notice is required before the end of free trial period. If you do not agree to receive free trial service, you need to notify the sales staff when purchasing the designated monthly service plan.
- The above promotion is only eligible to new MOOV 24 bit Music Service subscribers who purchased designated 1O1O 5G monthly service plan with designated commitment period, existing service subscribers are excluded.
- MOOV 24 bit Music Service is limited to personal use only via customer’s handset. Any public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed.

MOOV Music Service (“MOOV”)and its content, the app, and the website are provided by MOOV (Hong Kong) Limited. The use of MOOV service and charge are subject to the MOOV terms and conditions (https://general.moov.hk/tnc/eventtnc.html). Starting from 17 November 2023, all users of the 1O1O service plan can enjoy waiving data usage and related charges incurred when streaming MOOV content on the MOOV app. However, the data waving does not include browsing, downloading, and updating the applications mentioned above. To avoid confusion, the data exemption does not apply from other websites (such as banner ads), or from any other websites targeted within the app mentioned above (such as third-party ads). The data usage derived from browsing or downloading content within the apps will be deducted from your 1O1O data service plan. If customers download and/or use the MOOV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges. All programming on MOOV is limited to personal use only in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed. MOOV music streaming quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location, and network coverage and performance. CSL Mobile Limited is not a content provider and does not make any representations or warranties as to its quality. Starting from 14 July 2023, all users of 1O1O monthly service plan (“Users”)can enjoy wavier for local data usage provided by the registered SIM card when streaming Now TV video contents and browsing on the Now TV app (“App”)in Hong Kong. For avoidance of doubt, the local data usage waiver is not applicable to data usage that incurred for downloading and updating of the App. The mobile data usage for viewing of video advertisement broadcasted in the App, accessing or downloading content from other websites (such as banner advertisement) or/and any other websites (for example, advertisement from third party) redirecting from the App will be deducted from your Service Plan. If customers download and/or use the Now TV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges. All programming on Now TV can only be used in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the content is for private viewing in Hong Kong only by the Users. It cannot be publicly or commercially displayed or played. |
