Entitlement to purchase a designated handset for the selected customer price requires select customers to sign a 1O1O contract and use the designated service plan continuously for at least 12 months from the date of mobile phone purchase ("Minimum Usage Commitment Period").

1. Promotion period runs until 31 December 2024, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  • Offer applicable only to 1O1O personal account customers (“Select Customers”). In order to utilise the offer, you must be an invited Select Customer subscribing to a designated service plan, and hold an eVoucher (“eVoucher”) valid in respect of exclusive handset offers for the full year. Select Customers will receive one eVoucher via the 1O1O app under “My Wallet & Rewards”. They can use it to purchase a designated handset. This offer is not applicable to stored-value card customers.
  • In order to qualify for the offer, Select Customers must present a specified eVoucher when purchasing a certain handset model at a designated 1O1O Center. If necessary, staff will ask a Select Customer to provide identification documents for verification purposes. Each eVoucher can only be used one time only. This offer is not applicable to CSL’s online store.
  • eVouchers, products and gifts are available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.

2. Select Customers are entitled to a standalone purchase offer when seeking to buy a designated handset. Handset discount is calculated from the suggested retail price. Customers must commit to using a designated service plan for a designated contract period, which can vary depending on the product model. Select Customers can get one free screen replacement for a designated handset (excluding foldable smartphones) within three months, and will be charged HK$20 per month starting from the fourth month. Offer applicable for customers who have not used Norton Mobile Security. Each registered phone number in the service plan can entitled a one-month free trial of Norton Mobile Security service fee for a designated handset. Starting from the second month, a monthly fee of HK$18 will be charged. If the customer does not agree to continue using the service after the free trial period, cancellation must be notified 7 days before the end of the trial period. Norton Mobile Security is only applicable to specified device models, and before using this service, you should check whether your device is compatible with it. 5. 30GB of local mobile 5G data entitlement are as follows:
  • The offer of 30GB of local 5G data entitlement (“extra 5G data”) is applicable only to Select Customers subscribing to existing designated 4.5G/5G service plans. After activation of extra 5G data, customers will receive a confirmatory SMS and become entitled to extra 5G data within 30 days of the date of receiving the confirmatory SMS. In addition, Select Customers who use a 4.5G service plan, and local 4.5G data from an original service plan,  shall be upgraded to local 5G data during the same period, while other services remain unchanged. The extra 5G data will automatically terminate after 30 days, without additional charges. Any unused data will be cancelled automatically and shall not be carried over to the next billing cycle.
  • Select Customers who use a Multi-User service plan can be registered for extra 5G data by a primary SIM cardholder or additional SIM cardholder. The extra 5G data offered as part of this promotion cannot be shared among other SIM cards registered for a Multi-User service plan.
  • The extra 5G data offered as part of this promotion cannot be used for network sharing (tethering) nor peer-to-peer (P2P) functions including Bit-Torrent. Any breach of these restrictions may lead to suspension of your service or additional charges from us. CSL Mobile Ltd (“CSL”) reserves the right to charge customers. Such charges shall be calculated according to CSL’s prevailing rates.
  • Local mobile data speed of the existing Capacity Data Package will remain at 4.5G, and the content of the existing service plan will remain unchanged. When you use more mobile data than is included in your monthly service plan, you can continue to use mobile data service without speed restrictions. However, you will be allocated less network resource, according to prevailing network conditions, and your mobile data experience may be affected.
  • Customers must use a compatible 5G device and be within 5G service coverage to benefit from 5G service. Actual speed experienced will be lower than the network specifications suggest and will be affected by factors including Internet conditions, server speed, network conditions, coverage, location, device used, hardware, software, usage level and other factors. Actual performance of a designated 5G mobile phone on 1O1O’s 5G network will be affected by location, spectrum allocation, network resources at any one time and functionality of the mobile phone concerned. Service provided by 1O1O networks include, but are not limited to, 5G, 4G and 3G. Please note 3G or 4G mobile service is provided outside our 5G coverage. Terms & Conditions apply.

Validity period (“Validity Period”) of the Asia Data Roaming Pass (“Free Roaming Pass”) runs for six months from the date of purchase. 5G Data Roaming Service is applicable only to 5G service plan customers, or service plan customers able to access 5G network service. Customers must register for IDD, roaming service and a data roaming pass, and use a designated compatible 5G device running on a specified system version in order to use 5G roaming in designated areas via designated networks. For details, please visit https:/1010.com.hk/e/5g_roaming_table/index.jsp. 5G data roaming service may not completely cover all locations within the periphery, depending on performance of 5G networks run by local operators. Roaming service will automatically switch to 4G LTE, or other technologies, in locations not covered by a 5G network. Unless otherwise specified, the free roaming pass can be used for 24 hours (daily data entitlement limited to 500MB at full speed, followed by a speed limit of 512kbps) in mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand. Unused free roaming pass data will automatically expire after the Validity Period and will be charged for according to prevailing roaming fees. If a customer has an additional roaming data facility, roaming data will be consumed before deductions are made from the free data roaming pass.
