Golden Spectrum refers to the mid-frequency band of the radiofrequency (RF) spectrum, which offers fast speeds, wide coverage, stronger penetration of buildings and the ability to handle high-speed data transmission demands such as video calling and streaming.

This Offer is valid from 30 September 2025 until further notice, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
To enjoy the Offer, you must meet one of the following criteria:
Subscribe to a designated 1O1O or csl 5G mobile service plan and also subscribe to a Data Roaming Pass Monthly Package, Pre-purchase Roaming Pass Package, or Data Roaming Bundle; or
Subscribe to a designated 1O1O or csl 5G mobile service plan that already includes multiple roaming destinations (including but not limited to China-Hong Kong-Macau 5G Service Plan, Go!Chill Service Plan, Asia Pacific 5G Service Plan, 1O1O CxO 5G Prestige Service Plan, and Global 5G Service Plan).

The Offer will be available once you activate a roaming pass and roam on a Partnership Network.
The Offer includes access to the golden spectrum bands (3.3GHz, 3.5GHz, and 4.9GHz) deployed and technically available on the Partnership Networks. CSL will use its best efforts to facilitate such access, but access is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed to be available at all times or locations.
Access to the golden spectrum is subject to the technical and operational capabilities, spectrum licensing, and network deployment status of each Partnership Network and may not be available in all areas. Customers must use a compatible 5G device that supports the relevant frequency bands. The quality and availability of the golden spectrum service may be affected by network congestion, local interference, maintenance, equipment limitations, force majeure, or other events beyond reasonable control.
CSL makes no express or implied warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding the availability, quality, or performance of golden spectrum access. Golden spectrum service is provided on a best-effort basis and may not be available at all times or locations. All golden spectrum benefits are subject to the management, policies, and fair resource allocation requirements of the Partnership Networks.

Service availability is subject to the technical and operational capabilities of the Partnership Networks, including golden spectrum infrastructure. Service performance (including golden spectrum access) may be affected by network congestion, equipment failure, maintenance, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CSL and the Partnership Networks. No guarantee is provided regarding service performance under such circumstances.
Network access for roaming users (including golden spectrum access) will be managed according to fair usage policies and real-time network conditions to balance resource allocation and safeguard service quality for all users. Temporary adjustments to service levels (including golden spectrum availability) may be made to maintain network stability and efficiency.
Except as required by law, CSL assumes no liability for service interruptions or quality degradation resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control. CSL will use all reasonable efforts to maintain network stability and address any service issues promptly.

CSL reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute, decisions made by CSL will be final and binding.
