1. The above-mentioned 5G monthly service plan is applicable to new connection/recontracting customers who subscribe to a service plan and agree to a 24-month commitment period. Also payable is an Administration Fee of HK$18 per month. This service plan uses 5G spectrum, which is only available for designated locations with the use of compatible devices. Actual speeds customers experience will be less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, location, network conditions and other extraneous factors. In areas outside of our 5G coverage, you will be provided with a 3G and/or 4G Mobile Service.
2. 5G 30GB/60GB service plan includes 30GB/60GB monthly local data with thereafter maximum uplink and downlink for data access at 1 Mbps respectively. 5G 100GB/150GB service plan includes 100GB/150GB monthly local data with thereafter maximum uplink and downlink for data access at 2 Mbps. 5G 250GB/500GB service plan includes 250GB/500GB monthly local data with thereafter maximum uplink and downlink for data access at 3 Mbps. Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the network specifications and will be affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, location, device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
3. This service plan includes 500GB monthly local data. When your mobile data usage reaches the monthly local data entitlement, you can continue to use the mobile data service without speed throttling. However, you will be allocated with less network resources for access subject to the prevailing network conditions and your experience may be affected. Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the network specifications and will be affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, location, device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
4. Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage applies to local use only. For details on roaming and international charges, please refer to our website www.1010.com.hk.
5. The monthly free 100/300 minutes IDD Minutes included in the service plan applies to Primary SIM Card only, not applicable to Supplement SIM. Service Plan included IDD 001 IDD Minutes only apply to voice calls made in Hong Kong to the following 13 destinations: China, Macau, Taiwan, USA (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands), Canada, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Philippines and Australia but excludes voice calls made to premium numbers (being numbers other than normal fixed and mobile numbers, e.g. infoline numbers or special service numbers, where premium rates may apply to calls to these premium numbers) and satellite numbers of these destinations. 6. Mainland China and Macau Data Roaming Package:
• The Service is available to selected personal account customers of designated 1O1O service plan subscriptions who have activated IDD, roaming service and subscribe to Data Roaming Day Pass service. It is subject to related Terms and Conditions. If the customer has not registered for IDD and roaming services or has already applied for “barring of data roaming service”, upon subscription to Mainland China Data Roaming Package, it represents the customer agrees to activate IDD and roaming service and agree to “un-bar data roaming service”.
• The Service included usage applies to use in Mainland China and Macau regions only.
• Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month; Customers may choose to use other Roaming Package (if any) or Data Roaming Day Pass for continued use of data roaming service (roaming charges apply). For service details and charges of Data Roaming Day Pass, visit http://1010.com.hk/e/datapass.
• If customers have both Mainland China & Macau Data Roaming Package, Mainland China Data Roaming Package (included shareable and non-shareable) and Greater China Data Roaming Package, data roaming usage in Mainland China or in Macau will be deducted from non-shareable Mainland China Data Roaming Package first, then it will be deducted from Greater China Data Roaming Package, then it will be deducted from shareable Mainland China Data Roaming Package. After that, it will be deducted from Mainland China & Macau Data Roaming Package.
7. To enjoy 3,000 Club bonus points, customers must subscribe to the 5G 30GB monthly service plan and sign a designated commitment period; to enjoy 5,000 Club bonus points, customers must subscribe to the 5G 60GB or above monthly service plan and sign a designated commitment period. Calculation, redemption and validity of Clubpoints subject to Terms & Conditions as dictated by The Club. The above-mentioned offer is applicable to customers who subscribe to a designated service plan and a designated commitment period. The above-mentioned offer is not applicable to the free service plan provided by CSL.
8. Local Wi-Fi service: Unlimited Wi-Fi usage at csl Wi-Fi hotspots for Wi-Fi enabled devices. For details, please refer to http://www.1010.com.hk/wifi.
9. Eligible Users can enjoy wavier for local data usage provided by the registered SIM card when browsing and streaming content (“Content”) via the Now Player App in Hong Kong during the Offer Period (the “Offer”). For avoidance of doubt, the Offer is not applicable to data usage that incurred from downloading and updating the App. The mobile data usage for viewing the video advertisement broadcasted on the Now Player App, accessing or downloading the Content from other websites (such as banner advertisem the Now Player App, will be deducted from the service plan of the Eligible Users. If Eligible Users use the he Now Player App outside of Hong Kong, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges.
10. Promotional Free-trial MOOV 24 bit Music Service (Handset Bundle) Terms & Conditions
• MOOV Music Service (“MOOV”)and its content, the app, and the website are provided by MOOV (Hong Kong) Limited. The use of MOOV service and charge are subject to the MOOV terms and conditions (https://general.moov.hk/tnc/eventtnc.html). Starting from 17 November 2023, all users of the 1O1O service plan can enjoy waiving data usage and related charges incurred when streaming MOOV content on the MOOV app. However, the data waving does not include browsing, downloading, and updating the applications mentioned above. To avoid confusion, the data exemption does not apply from other websites (such as banner ads), or from any other websites targeted within the app mentioned above (such as third-party ads). The data usage derived from browsing or downloading content within the apps will be deducted from your 1O1O data service plan. If customers download and/or use the MOOV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges. All programming on MOOV is limited to personal use only in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed. MOOV music streaming quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location, and network coverage and performance. CSL Mobile Limited is not a content provider and does not make any representations or warranties as to its quality. It also does not assume any responsibility for any matters arising from or related to it. • The promotional period of free trial MOOV 24 bit Music Service (“Promotion”) is valid until further notice.
• 1O1O customer is eligible to get two months free trial of MOOV 24 bit Music Service (“Service”) for free when you purchase designated 5G monthly service plan and the customer can enjoy a special offer to subscribe MOOV 24 bit Music Service at HK$68 per month after the free trial. Service automatically renew until cancelled. If you do not agree to continue subscribe the service after free trial, 7 days prior notice is required before the end of free trial period. If you do not agree to receive free trial service, you need to notify the sales staff when purchasing the designated monthly service plan.
• The above promotion is only eligible to new MOOV 24 bit Music Service subscribers who purchased designated 1O1O 5G monthly service plan with designated commitment period, existing service subscribers are excluded.
• MOOV 24 bit Music Service is limited to personal use only via customer’s handset. Any public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed. CSL Mobile Limited (“1O1O”) reserves the right to take legal action.

11. Only applicable to 100GB or above service plan. A designated 5G service plan subscriber is entitled to Viu Service during such designated 5G service plan commitment period. Viu Service will be terminated automatically upon the completion of the commitment period.To utilize Viu Service, you are required to download and successfully install the Viu app from Google Play or App Store through eligible mobile devices and register for a Viu account.Viu Service is provided by PCCW OTT (Hong Kong) Limited and use of the Viu Service is subject to the Viu Terms and Conditions (available for viewing at https://www.viu.com/ott/hk/en-us/copyright-statement/terms-and-conditions).
12. By using SafetyNet ("the Service"), you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
• The Service is only applicable to customers who subscribed designated mobile service plans.
• The Service is supported by designated mobile devices and designated operating systems. Please check to ensure compatibility of the Service with your mobile device.
• You can terminate the Service by giving us at least 30 days' prior notice by calling our customer hotline 28881010.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Service (or any part thereof) and/or any features of the Service at any time without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or cessation of the Service and/or its features.
• We make no warranty that:
(a) the Service will meet your requirements;
(b) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;
(c) the results or information that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable; or
(d) the quality of any services, information or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectation.

It is available to selected personal account 1O1O customers who have activated IDD, Roaming & Data Roaming Pass service. The roaming Mobile Data available is 1GB per day, after which the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps. 17. Customer subscribed to 60GB or above 5G service plan can entitle The Club Platinum membership for TWO years. The Offer is provided by The Club. The Offer and its related Platinum membership are subject to the terms and conditions of Club HKT Limited. For details, please visit www.theclub.com.hk/tnc . The Offer and the complimentary content are subject to change without prior notice.
18. The offer is only applicable to customer who subscribe to a designated 1O1O 5G service plan. The complimentary Home Contents and Emergency Assistance Protection Plus(“Protection Plan”) for selected customers and the promotion is arranged and brought to you directly by Club Care (operated by HKT Financial Services (IA) Limited (“HKTIA”) with Licensed Insurance Agency Licence No: FA2474). 19. 5G additional SIM cards Terms & Conditions:
An additional 5G SIM card are not applicable to 30GB service plan. Customer can subscribe to an additional 5G SIM card in respect of the primary SIM service contract period to a maximum of four additional 5G SIM cards. You are required to subscribe to each additional 5G SIM card for a commitment period of 24, 30 or 36 months. All additional 5G SIM card usage will be deducted from your service plan’s entitlement. Roaming charges apply when using an additional 5G SIM card overseas. If your service plan or any part thereof is suspended or limited, additional 5G SIM card service will also be suspended or limited. If your service plan is terminated, the additional 5G SIM card will also be terminated and you will have to pay an early termination charge. You will also have to pay an early termination charge if you terminate an additional 5G SIM card before expiry of the additional 5G SIM card commitment period. Terms & Conditions apply.
• Additional SIM Service is only applicable to customers who subscribed to designated 5G service plans (the “Primary SIM Service Plan”).
• You may elect to subscribe to Addition SIM Service with 1, 2, 3 or 4 Additional SIM cards. However, you can only subscribe one Addition SIM Service for one Primary SIM Service Plan.
• Additional SIM Service is subject to a 24 Commitment Period, which commences from the date on which the last of your number is activated.
• You must pay us Early Termination Charge, which is the monthly service fee for the remaining months of the Commitment Period of the Additional SIM Service (the “Early Termination Charge for Additional SIM”) if during the Commitment Period of the Additional SIM Service:
(i) you cancel and vary the Additional SIM Service (except for service upgrade in accordance with Clause 7 hereof); or
(ii) you cease to subscribe to Primary SIM Service Plan or other plans designated by us from time to time. In such case, your Additional SIM services will be terminated and you may not be able to use the service number registered to Additional SIM services.
• If you upgrade your additional SIM services (e.g. from 1 additional SIM to 2 Additional SIM) during the Commitment Period for the Addition SIM service, no Early Termination Charge for Additional SIM will be chargeable by reason of such upgrade. However, the Commitment Period for the Additional SIM services will start to run from the effective date of such upgrade.
• All usage of Additional SIM will be counted towards the usage of your Service Plan. Roaming charges will apply when you use the Additional SIM overseas.
• If your Primary SIM Service Plan or any part thereof is suspended or limited, the services of the Additional SIM will also be suspended or limited.
• Free Clubpoints is applicable to Club members subscribed to designated 5G Additional SIM Card VAS Package.
• We reserve the right to terminate or change these Service Plans, offers or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
Special Terms and Conditions for 5G Service Plan
• 5G service is only applicable at designated locations with a compatible device. 3G/4G service is provided, if outside 5G service coverage.
• These Special Terms and Conditions are supplemental to the Mobile Service Agreement (“Agreement”) and form an integral part of the Agreement. In consideration of us offering the Mobile Service and/or the above offer, you agree to subscribe to the Mobile Service subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and these Special Term and Conditions.
• Subscription to this Service Plan for 24/36 months Commitment Period is required.
• You are required to pay an Administration Fee of HK$18 per month.
• Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 SMS units ("Quota"). Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. Within the monthly Quota, you can enjoy sending any Inter-network SMS at $0.6 per SMS and International SMS at $2 per SMS. The Inter-network SMS and International SMS will be counted towards the Quota. If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per Intra-network SMS; $0.6 per Inter-network SMS; and $2 per International SMS. Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS and each SMS will be charged.
• Local Thereafter Charge for MMS: $2 per MMS.
• GIFTS AND PREMIUMS (if applicable): All gifts and premiums are non-exchangeable, non-redeemable for cash or other benefits. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty statement included with the product (if any) for a detailed explanation of the product warranty terms applicable to a particular product. If you terminate our service before the expiry of the Commitment Period, we may charge you the full value of gifts and premiums you received in addition to any early termination charges you are required to pay.
• The local Mobile Data service will stop when you use up the monthly local Mobile Data usage included in your Service Plan and will resume at the beginning of the next bill month.
• When your local Mobile Data usage reaches around 70% and 90% or such other level as may be specified by us from time to time ("Specified Data Usage Level") and around 100% of the local Mobile Data usage of your Service Plan, notification will be sent to you by (a) SMS and/or (b) email (to the email address given by you for receiving Local Data Usage Alert after verification) ("Local Data Usage Alert").
• We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to send or receive any Local Data Usage Alert.
• Not all devices support SMS and/or other services included in the Service Plan. You should check whether your device is able to receive SMS and support any services included in the Service Plan.
• Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage applies to local use only.
• Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.
• When you use the Call Waiting service and are connected to more than one telephone line, airtime will be calculated according to the total time spent on all connected lines during call waiting.
• Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month.
• For selected 5G service plans, your basic and top up entitlement support tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions (such as Bit-Torrent). For customers with multiple or additional sim cards, only one sim card can support tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions at a time. Any breach of these restrictions may lead to suspension of your service or additional charges by us.
• If you terminate this Agreement before the expiry of the Commitment Period, the remaining balance of any Rebate or benefit will be absolutely forfeited to us immediately. In addition, you must pay the Early Termination Charge which is the sum of the monthly service fee for the remaining months of the Commitment Period.
• Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the theoretical speeds obtainable on a network and may vary due to internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the computer and device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
• You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Mobile Service is at your sole risk, and the Mobile Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis and that we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings or for any damage to your Mobile Equipment or any other equipment or device or loss of data that results from the download of any materials, data or information. You expressly relieve us from any and all liabilities arising from the access or use of any part of the Mobile Service.

• We reserve the right to terminate or change these Service Plans, offers or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please refer to our website www.1010.com.hk or visit our shops for the latest version. We reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
The Club and My HKT
• As a customer of the services you have subscribed to under this Application ("Services"), you will automatically become a member of The Club and an user of My HKT service ("My HKT") (provided and managed by Club HKT Limited and HKT CSP Limited respectively, both of which are subsidiaries of HKT Limited), if you have not already registered. By signing this Application, you understand and agree to:
a. the respective terms and conditions of The Club and My HKT and the respective Privacy Statement of the HKT Group and the PCCW Group (which can be viewed at www.theclub.com.hk, www.cs.hkt.com, www.hkt.com/legal/privacy.html and www.pccw.com/legal/privacy.html respectively); and
b. appoint The Club and My HKT as your agents to access on your behalf any or all your services accounts with the HKT Group and the PCCW Group to facilitate
i. the activation of your membership of; and
ii. your use of, and our support of the various functions in The Club, My HKT and the Services. Your following email address and mobile number will be used as your contact (including the said email address as your login ID) in relation to The Club and My HKT services.
• If you are unable to provide both a valid email address and a mobile number, My HKT account will not be created, whereas Club HKT Limited will assign an email address to you, as your login ID for The Club registration.

3. This service plan includes 500GB monthly local data. When your mobile data usage reaches the monthly local data entitlement, you can continue to use the mobile data service without speed throttling. However, you will be allocated with less network resources for access subject to the prevailing network conditions and your experience may be affected. Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the network specifications and will be affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, location, device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.

5. The monthly free 100/300 minutes IDD Minutes included in the service plan applies to Primary SIM Card only, not applicable to Supplement SIM. Service Plan included IDD 001 IDD Minutes only apply to voice calls made in Hong Kong to the following 13 destinations: China, Macau, Taiwan, USA (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands), Canada, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Philippines and Australia but excludes voice calls made to premium numbers (being numbers other than normal fixed and mobile numbers, e.g. infoline numbers or special service numbers, where premium rates may apply to calls to these premium numbers) and satellite numbers of these destinations. 6. Mainland China and Macau Data Roaming Package:
• The Service is available to selected personal account customers of designated 1O1O service plan subscriptions who have activated IDD, roaming service and subscribe to Data Roaming Day Pass service. It is subject to related Terms and Conditions. If the customer has not registered for IDD and roaming services or has already applied for “barring of data roaming service”, upon subscription to Mainland China Data Roaming Package, it represents the customer agrees to activate IDD and roaming service and agree to “un-bar data roaming service”.
• The Service included usage applies to use in Mainland China and Macau regions only.
• Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month; Customers may choose to use other Roaming Package (if any) or Data Roaming Day Pass for continued use of data roaming service (roaming charges apply). • If customers have both Mainland China & Macau Data Roaming Package, Mainland China Data Roaming Package (included shareable and non-shareable) and Greater China Data Roaming Package, data roaming usage in Mainland China or in Macau will be deducted from non-shareable Mainland China Data Roaming Package first, then it will be deducted from Greater China Data Roaming Package, then it will be deducted from shareable Mainland China Data Roaming Package. After that, it will be deducted from Mainland China & Macau Data Roaming Package.
7. To enjoy 3,000 Club bonus points, customers must subscribe to the 5G 30GB monthly service plan and sign a designated commitment period; to enjoy 5,000 Club bonus points, customers must subscribe to the 5G 60GB or above monthly service plan and sign a designated commitment period. Calculation, redemption and validity of Clubpoints subject to Terms & Conditions as dictated by The Club. The above-mentioned offer is applicable to customers who subscribe to a designated service plan and a designated commitment period. The above-mentioned offer is not applicable to the free service plan provided by CSL.

9. Eligible Users can enjoy wavier for local data usage provided by the registered SIM card when browsing and streaming content (“Content”) via the Now Player App in Hong Kong during the Offer Period (the “Offer”). For avoidance of doubt, the Offer is not applicable to data usage that incurred from downloading and updating the App. The mobile data usage for viewing the video advertisement broadcasted on the Now Player App, accessing or downloading the Content from other websites (such as banner advertisem the Now Player App, will be deducted from the service plan of the Eligible Users. If Eligible Users use the he Now Player App outside of Hong Kong, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges.
10. Promotional Free-trial MOOV 24 bit Music Service (Handset Bundle) Terms & Conditions
• MOOV Music Service (“MOOV”)and its content, the app, and the website are provided by MOOV (Hong Kong) Limited. The use of MOOV service and charge are subject to the MOOV terms and conditions (https://general.moov.hk/tnc/eventtnc.html). Starting from 17 November 2023, all users of the 1O1O service plan can enjoy waiving data usage and related charges incurred when streaming MOOV content on the MOOV app. However, the data waving does not include browsing, downloading, and updating the applications mentioned above. To avoid confusion, the data exemption does not apply from other websites (such as banner ads), or from any other websites targeted within the app mentioned above (such as third-party ads). The data usage derived from browsing or downloading content within the apps will be deducted from your 1O1O data service plan. If customers download and/or use the MOOV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges. All programming on MOOV is limited to personal use only in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed. MOOV music streaming quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location, and network coverage and performance. CSL Mobile Limited is not a content provider and does not make any representations or warranties as to its quality. It also does not assume any responsibility for any matters arising from or related to it. These terms and conditions are based on the English version (if there is any Chinese version provided, it is for reference only). • The promotional period of free trial MOOV 24 bit Music Service (“Promotion”) is valid until further notice.
• 1O1O customer is eligible to get two months free trial of MOOV 24 bit Music Service (“Service”) for free when you purchase designated 5G monthly service plan and the customer can enjoy a special offer to subscribe MOOV 24 bit Music Service at HK$68 per month after the free trial. Service automatically renew until cancelled. If you do not agree to continue subscribe the service after free trial, 7 days prior notice is required before the end of free trial period. If you do not agree to receive free trial service, you need to notify the sales staff when purchasing the designated monthly service plan.
• The above promotion is only eligible to new MOOV 24 bit Music Service subscribers who purchased designated 1O1O 5G monthly service plan with designated commitment period, existing service subscribers are excluded.

Viu Service will be terminated automatically upon the completion of the commitment period.To utilize Viu Service, you are required to download and successfully install the Viu app from Google Play or App Store through eligible mobile devices and register for a Viu account.Viu Service is provided by PCCW OTT (Hong Kong) Limited and use of the Viu Service is subject to the Viu Terms and Conditions (available for viewing at https://www.viu.com/ott/hk/en-us/copyright-statement/terms-and-conditions).
12. By using SafetyNet ("the Service"), you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
• The Service is only applicable to customers who subscribed designated mobile service plans.

17. Customer subscribed to 60GB or above 5G service plan can entitle The Club Platinum membership for TWO years. The Offer is provided by The Club. 18. The offer is only applicable to customer who subscribe to a designated 1O1O 5G service plan. 19. 5G additional SIM cards Terms & Conditions:
An additional 5G SIM card are not applicable to 30GB service plan. Customer can subscribe to an additional 5G SIM card in respect of the primary SIM service contract period to a maximum of four additional 5G SIM cards. You are required to subscribe to each additional 5G SIM card for a commitment period of 24, 30 or 36 months. All additional 5G SIM card usage will be deducted from your service plan’s entitlement. Roaming charges apply when using an additional 5G SIM card overseas. If your service plan or any part thereof is suspended or limited, additional 5G SIM card service will also be suspended or limited. If your service plan is terminated, the additional 5G SIM card will also be terminated and you will have to pay an early termination charge. You will also have to pay an early termination charge if you terminate an additional 5G SIM card before expiry of the additional 5G SIM card commitment period. Terms & Conditions apply.
• Additional SIM Service is only applicable to customers who subscribed to designated 5G service plans (the “Primary SIM Service Plan”).
• You may elect to subscribe to Addition SIM Service with 1, 2, 3 or 4 Additional SIM cards. However, you can only subscribe one Addition SIM Service for one Primary SIM Service Plan.
• Additional SIM Service is subject to a 24 Commitment Period, which commences from the date on which the last of your number is activated.
• You must pay us Early Termination Charge, which is the monthly service fee for the remaining months of the Commitment Period of the Additional SIM Service (the “Early Termination Charge for Additional SIM”) if during the Commitment Period of the Additional SIM Service:
(i) you cancel and vary the Additional SIM Service (except for service upgrade in accordance with Clause 7 hereof); or
(ii) you cease to subscribe to Primary SIM Service Plan or other plans designated by us from time to time. In such case, your Additional SIM services will be terminated and you may not be able to use the service number registered to Additional SIM services.
• If you upgrade your additional SIM services (e.g. from 1 additional SIM to 2 Additional SIM) during the Commitment Period for the Addition SIM service, no Early Termination Charge for Additional SIM will be chargeable by reason of such upgrade. However, the Commitment Period for the Additional SIM services will start to run from the effective date of such upgrade.
• All usage of Additional SIM will be counted towards the usage of your Service Plan. Roaming charges will apply when you use the Additional SIM overseas.
• If your Primary SIM Service Plan or any part thereof is suspended or limited, the services of the Additional SIM will also be suspended or limited.
• Free Clubpoints is applicable to Club members subscribed to designated 5G Additional SIM Card VAS Package.
• We reserve the right to terminate or change these Service Plans, offers or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
Special Terms and Conditions for 5G Service Plan
• 5G service is only applicable at designated locations with a compatible device. 3G/4G service is provided, if outside 5G service coverage.
• These Special Terms and Conditions are supplemental to the Mobile Service Agreement (“Agreement”) and form an integral part of the Agreement. In consideration of us offering the Mobile Service and/or the above offer, you agree to subscribe to the Mobile Service subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and these Special Term and Conditions.
• Subscription to this Service Plan for 24/36 months Commitment Period is required.
• You are required to pay an Administration Fee of HK$18 per month.
• Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 SMS units ("Quota"). Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. Within the monthly Quota, you can enjoy sending any Inter-network SMS at $0.6 per SMS and International SMS at $2 per SMS. The Inter-network SMS and International SMS will be counted towards the Quota. If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per Intra-network SMS; $0.6 per Inter-network SMS; and $2 per International SMS. Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS and each SMS will be charged.
• Local Thereafter Charge for MMS: $2 per MMS.
• GIFTS AND PREMIUMS (if applicable): All gifts and premiums are non-exchangeable, non-redeemable for cash or other benefits. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty statement included with the product (if any) for a detailed explanation of the product warranty terms applicable to a particular product. If you terminate our service before the expiry of the Commitment Period, we may charge you the full value of gifts and premiums you received in addition to any early termination charges you are required to pay.
• The local Mobile Data service will stop when you use up the monthly local Mobile Data usage included in your Service Plan and will resume at the beginning of the next bill month.
• When your local Mobile Data usage reaches around 70% and 90% or such other level as may be specified by us from time to time ("Specified Data Usage Level") and around 100% of the local Mobile Data usage of your Service Plan, notification will be sent to you by (a) SMS and/or (b) email (to the email address given by you for receiving Local Data Usage Alert after verification) ("Local Data Usage Alert").
• We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to send or receive any Local Data Usage Alert.
• Not all devices support SMS and/or other services included in the Service Plan. You should check whether your device is able to receive SMS and support any services included in the Service Plan.
• Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage applies to local use only.
• Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.
• When you use the Call Waiting service and are connected to more than one telephone line, airtime will be calculated according to the total time spent on all connected lines during call waiting.
• Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month.
• For selected 5G service plans, your basic and top up entitlement support tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions (such as Bit-Torrent). For customers with multiple or additional sim cards, only one sim card can support tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions at a time. Any breach of these restrictions may lead to suspension of your service or additional charges by us.
• If you terminate this Agreement before the expiry of the Commitment Period, the remaining balance of any Rebate or benefit will be absolutely forfeited to us immediately. In addition, you must pay the Early Termination Charge which is the sum of the monthly service fee for the remaining months of the Commitment Period.
• Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the theoretical speeds obtainable on a network and may vary due to internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the computer and device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
• You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Mobile Service is at your sole risk, and the Mobile Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis and that we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings or for any damage to your Mobile Equipment or any other equipment or device or loss of data that results from the download of any materials, data or information. You expressly relieve us from any and all liabilities arising from the access or use of any part of the Mobile Service.

The Club and My HKT
• As a customer of the services you have subscribed to under this Application ("Services"), you will automatically become a member of The Club and an user of My HKT service ("My HKT") (provided and managed by Club HKT Limited and HKT CSP Limited respectively, both of which are subsidiaries of HKT Limited), if you have not already registered. By signing this Application, you understand and agree to:
a. the respective terms and conditions of The Club and My HKT and the respective Privacy Statement of the HKT Group and the PCCW Group (which can be viewed at www.theclub.com.hk, www.cs.hkt.com, www.hkt.com/legal/privacy.html and www.pccw.com/legal/privacy.html respectively); and
b. appoint The Club and My HKT as your agents to access on your behalf any or all your services accounts with the HKT Group and the PCCW Group to facilitate
i. the activation of your membership of; and
ii. your use of, and our support of the various functions in The Club, My HKT and the Services. Your following email address and mobile number will be used as your contact (including the said email address as your login ID) in relation to The Club and My HKT services.
• If you are unable to provide both a valid email address and a mobile number, My HKT account will not be created, whereas Club HKT Limited will assign an email address to you, as your login ID for The Club registration.
