To subscribe for the Product, you must be a new or existing customer of our designated monthly plans (“Designated Mobile Plan”).
A new or existing customer can subscribe to the service in CSL’s service application (either csl., 1O1O or ClubSIM postpaid). Once you agree to the service’s Terms and Conditions and subscribe to the service, you are required to activate the service in a designated Norton activation portal through an activation URL (with unique PIN embedded), which will be sent to you by SMS or click through the URL inside your CSL service application. CSL will not provide any of your information to Norton.
All the fees of this Service will be billed by us. We will start billing the “Norton 360” service, which will be stated separately as a billing item in CSL Mobile Limited’s bill to customers, once the service is subscribed through us.
