| Terms & Conditions: General 1. By participating in the MIRROR 5G Plan Referral Program (the “Program”), you confirm to have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions. 2. This Program remains valid from February 10, 2022 until March 31, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Program Period”). Eligibility 3. To be eligible for the Program, you must (i) be an existing customer of designated csl or 1O1O personal postpaid plans and (ii) download and use csl or 1O1O mobile application. 4. The following persons are not eligible for the Program or Incentive - (i) All front-line staff of HKT Group or PCCW Group who participate in the sales commission scheme and are directly engaged in Consumer Mobile, Consumer Group, Now TV and Now E; or (ii) Referrer who has terminated, suspended or cancelled his or her csl or 1O1O subscription before Incentives are collected ; or (iii) Customers of corporate plans or corporate employee plans. (Collectively, “Ineligible Referrers”) 5. To participate in the Program, you have to obtain electronic coupon (the “e-Coupon”) via the csl or 1O1O mobile app and become an “Eligible Referrer”. Referrals & Incentives 6. If a person who is introduced by a Eligible Referrer (the “Referee”) , (i) successfully applies for a designated monthly service plan (“Designated Service Plan”) at a csl or 1O1O retail outlet (except online shop) during the Program Period (ii) presents the e-Coupon of the said Eligible Referrer at the time of service application (a “Successful Referral”), the Eligible Referrer will be entitled to the following incentive (“Incentive(s)”) after the service commencement of the relevant Designated Service Plan(s):

Designated Service Plan refers to designated csl or 1O1O personal postpaid plans which (i)are of net monthly fee of HK$78 or above; (ii)are subject to a minimum commitment period of 24 months or above; (iii)are actived and commences before the expiry of the Program Period (iv)are not corporate plans, corporate staff plans or other plans excluded by us from time to time. 8. All Incentives are non-refundable, non-transferrable and unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services. 9. Unless otherwise stated, the Incentives cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, offers or privileges. Special Conditions for Collectable Cards and Collectable Posters 10. Upon successful fulfilment the Criteria in Clause 6, Eligible Referrer will receive an incentive redemption electronic voucher (the “e-Vouchers”) within 14 days after the service commencement date of all the relevant Designated Service Plan(s) in “Rewards & Privileges” under the csl /1O1O app’s “My Wallet & Rewards” section. Eligible Referrer is required to collect the Collectable Cards and/or Collectable Poster in person by presenting the e-Voucher at designated csl shop or 1O1O Center within 30 days from the issue date of the e-Voucher. The e-Vouchers are subject to further terms and conditions stated therein. 11. Collectable Cards and Collectable Posters are subject to availability and will be distributed on a first-come-first served basis to holders of the Redemption Vouchers. 12.Collectable Cards and Collectable Posters are to be distributed randomly and cannot be changed once distributed. Special Conditions for the Referral Rebate 13. Upon fulfillment of the Criteria set out in Clause 6 and the service commencement date of all the relevant Designated Service Plan(s), the Referral Rebate will be credited to the Eligible Referrer’s designated postpaid account with csl or 1O1O within 90 days after the expiry of the Program Period. The Referral Rebate is non-refundable or transferrable. The Referral Rebate will be automatically applied to set off outstanding bill payment in Referrer’s csl or 1O1O postpaid account and cannot be used for other purposes other than bill payment. 15.If Eligible Referral’s postpaid mobile service account is terminated or suspended for whatever reason, any unused the Referral Rebate will be forfeited. Other Conditions 16.No Incentive will become payable for any referral made through Ineligible Referrers. You undertake, warrant and represent that the referral is not made through an Ineligible Referrer. CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) reserves the right to cancel, forfeit or claw back any Incentive in relation to any ineligible referral, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to us. 17. An Eligible Referrer shall not in any way make explicit or implied representations to any persons, including customers, that he/she is a sales representative, or agent of csl or 1O1O, by participate in the Program. 18. Eligible Referrers and Referees cannot refer each other to enjoy the Incentive. 19. Personal data you provided under this program (collectively referred to as “Data”) is collected, used and retained by CSL , in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and the Privacy Policy Statement of HKT Limited (available at http://www.hkt.com/legal/privacy.html). The Data, such as your name, contact number and email address, will be used in this program and other associated follow-up activities. For Data access or correction, please write to our Data Protection Officer at GPO Box 9896, Hong Kong. 20. CSL reserves the right to change or terminate this program, or its Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. In the event of dispute, CSL’s decision shall be final and binding. 21. In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English shall prevail. |
