3 steps5-22 to preordering Nothing phone (1) to make a standalone purchase

Existing and New Tap & Go customer who successfully registers Tap & Go 2-4 for receiving the Government Consumption Voucher can register to preorder with priority, with a view to making a standalone purchase of a Nothing phone (1) handset at the event page below between 24 June and 12 July 2022.
Customers must go to a designated 1O1O Center to pay a HK$300 deposit via Tap & Go and choose a phone model between 13 and 17 July 2022.
After paying the deposit and choosing his/her preferred phone model, customer will receive an SMS on or after 18 July 2022, after which he/she should go to a designated 1O1O Center to collect the chosen phone model and settle the outstanding fee.

1O1O exclusively presents: Priority Pre-order for Standalone Purchase of Nothing phone (1) for Tap & Go customers - Terms & Conditions:
 
  1. CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) is exclusive Nothing phone (1) dealer among Hong Kong’s mobile network service operators.
  2. Existing and New Tap & Go Customers (as defined in Clause 4) can register for the Priority Pre-order for the standalone purchase of Nothing phone (1) by at the 1O1O event page between 24 June 16:00 and 12 July 2022 23:59 (the “Priority Pre-Order”).
  3. Customer will get an extra 1,000 Clubpoints and Nothing ear (1) True Wireless In-Ear Earphone when you successfully completed the Priority Pre-order and purchased Nothing phone (1) on a standalone basis in accordance with Clause 7.
  4. “Existing and New Tap & Go Customers” refers to existing customers who have registered to use Tap & Go Payment Service (“Tap & Go”) to receive consumption vouchers under the 2022 (Phase I) Consumption Voucher Scheme provided by the Government and have registered Government’s 2022 (Phase II) Consumption Voucher Scheme and; new customers who first selected Tap & Go as the designated stored value facility account for receiving the consumption vouchers under the CVS with Tap & Go for the first time.
  5. Tap & Go is operated by HKT Payment Limited (Stored Value Facilities Licence Number: SVF0002) and subject to Terms & Conditions. Designating Tap & Go as the stored value facility account for receiving the consumption vouchers under Consumption Voucher Scheme (“Consumption Voucher”) provided by HKSAR Government (“Government”) is subject to the relevant Terms and Conditions of Tap & Go, the Government Consumption Voucher Scheme and the approvals, actions and decisions of the Government.
  6. Nothing phone (1) product information is expected to be released on 13 July 2022. The actual availability dates and details are subject to official information to be released by the manufacturer.
  7. In order to purchase the Nothing phone (1) under the Priority Pre-order and enjoy the offers stated in Clause 3, customers must complete registration, pay the designated deposit, indicate the mobile phone model preferred and pay the outstanding fee in the manner stated below:
    • Customers must go to a designated 1O1O Center to pay the deposit via Tap & Go and choose a model between 13 and 17 July 2022.
    • After paying the deposit and choosing the phone model preferred, the customer will receive an SMS on or after 18 July 2022, after which he/she should go to a designated 1O1O Center to collect the chosen phone model and settle the outstanding fee.
    • If a customer does not go to the 1O1O Center to pay the deposit and choose a phone model between 13 and 17 July 2022, the booking opportunity will be cancelled.
  8. Transfer of entitlement under the Priority Pre-order to a third party (whether a person or entity) is strictly prohibited.vEach customer can register for up to one Nothing phone (1) during the entire Priority registration period only in the Priority Pre-order.
  9. When your Priority Pre-order registration is complete, you will receive a system-generated SMS and/or email acknowledging receipt.
  10. Phone/product model and colour subject to availability.
  11. Customer’s Priority Pre-order registration does not guarantee availability of stock.
  12. Stocks for the Priority Pre-order are on a first-come-first-served basis during priority registration period and while stocks last.
  13. Please ensure your contact details are submitted accurately. When your new handset becomes available, you will be notified by phone or SMS, which will contain collection status details.
  14. Customer can cancel your Priority Pre-order registration at any time before payment, without incurring cost or liability.
  15. Unless otherwise specified, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, offers, or promotions and is non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products.
  16. No changes will be allowed once registration for a Priority Pre-order is submitted. Any subsequent changes to your Preorder will be regarded as new registration for a Priority Pre-order. Your status in the queue will be reset accordingly.
  17. Estimated delivery date is for reference only. Actual delivery date depends on vendor’s stock supply and a waiting period for allocation of stock.
  18. You must collect the handset in person from a designated 1O1O Center within a specific number of days after you receive a notification. Failure to do so will result in your Priority Pre-order being cancelled.
  19. CSL reserve the right to change collection arrangements at any time with notice.
  20. The premium of Nothing ear (1) True Wireless In-Ear Earphone is distributed randomly. No exchange nor replacement will be arranged in respect of Nothing ear (1) True Wireless In-Ear Earphone.
  21. To earn the Club points, you should be the valid member of The Club. Club points will be credited to The Club member's account within 1 working day after the full payment for Nothing phone (1).
  22. The Clubpoints calculation and redemption are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Club HKT Limited. For details, please visit www.theclub.com.hk.
  23. CSL reserves the right to vary or cancel the offer and/or amend or alter these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
  24. In the event of dispute, decisions made by CSL shall be final and binding.
  25. In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English shall prevail.
