Merchant Product Return Terms and Conditions:

1. Customers shall have the Product Return Option provided by the CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”/”We”) to return the Product within 25 days after the 24th month from transaction date under the Plan to receive the Buy-Back Value, subject to the conditions hereunder from the Merchant and “1O1O iPhone for Life Trade-in Service”.
2. Upon successful assessment by us of the returned Product based on the Device Acceptance Criteria herein, and subject to customer’s full compliance of the Merchant Product Return Terms and Conditions, 1O1O iPhone for Life Trade-in Service” and the terms and conditions governing the Plan, we shall pay the Buy-Back Value by crediting directly to the Cardholder’s designated credit card account within 21 days counted from the day of returning the Product at our retail store.
3. The returned Product shall be subject to functional diagnostics and physical assessment during Product return based on the Device Acceptance Criteria herein.

5. The Product registered for iPhone for Life program must be returned in good condition and functioning properly. Trade-in prices may vary depending on the extent of damage to the returned Product.
6. Service on the mobile number registered for iPhone for Life program must be active in the name of the Eligible Cardholder at the 1O1O at the time of the Product returned for trade in.
7. The Product Return Option is non-transferrable and shall only be exercised by the Cardholder who signed up for iPhone for Life and purchased the Product from the us with the Eligible Card.
8. In the event where the original Product is swapped by Apple Authorized Repair Centre (e.g. warranty claim) or Restart Service, document prove showing the swap shall be provided to us for exercising the Product Return Option.
9. The charger and accessories are not required upon returning of the Product.
10. Customers shall ensure that all personal data is transferred out and SIM card removed from the returned Product prior to exercising the Product Return Option. These shall be deemed lost and cannot be recovered once the Product is returned and we shall not be held liable for erasure of any personal data remained in the returned Product.
11. The title and ownership of the Product shall be transferred to us upon the Product return and payment of the Buy-Back Value by us.

iPhone for Life Trade-in Service (this “Trade-in Service”) Terms and conditions:

1. This Trade-in Service is valid from 16 September 2022 until further notice on our official website https://www.1010.com.hk/en/iphone_for_life (the “Promotion Period”).
2. To be eligible for this Trade-in Service,
   1. Your trade-in device must be a designated iPhone device purchased from 1O1O Center (except online store) by you under the iPhone for Life Installment Plan (the “Installment Plan”) within the Promotion Period (the “Eligible Device”);
   2. You must fully comply with our Product Return Terms and Conditions https://www.1010.com.hk/en/iphone_for_life and these terms and conditions;
   3. Eligible Device must meet all and the Device Acceptance Criteria and any other criteria as determined by us from time to time in its sole discretion. For details, please visit https://www.1010.com.hk/en/iphone_for_life;
   4. Trade in Machine must not be altered in any way.
   5. You must return the Eligible Device to designated 1O1O Center within 25 days after the 24th month from transaction date of the Installment Plan.
3. If your Eligible Device meets all the requirements set out in Clause (ii) above as determined by us at our absolute discretion, we will provide you a trade-in price up to 29% of the standalone handset price (apply to standalone) or 31% of the device price (apply to connection plan) of your Eligible Device prevailing at time of your purchase. The actual trade-in price will depend on the condition of your Eligible Device as determined by us in our absolute discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to provide this Trade-in Service to you if the devices that do not comply with.
4. Before you return your Eligible Device, you are responsible to ensure all data of your Eligible Device have been permanently erased. We will not be responsible for any loss, retrieval, restoration or transference of personal data from Eligible Device being traded in.
5. Once your Eligible Device is traded in, it cannot be reclaimed.
6.
