(¹) The Infinite Entertainment 5G Prestige Service (This service plan) is applicable to new connection customers who subscribe to a service plan and agree to a 24/36-month commitment period. Also payable is an Administration Fee of HK$18 per month. Terms & Conditions apply, details: https://1010.com.hk/5g-service-plan . This service plan uses 5G spectrum, which is only available for designated locations with the use of compatible devices. Actual speeds customers experience will be less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, location, network conditions and other extraneous factors. In areas outside of our 5G coverage, you will be provided with a 3G and/or 4G Mobile Service.
(²) Customers who subscribe to the monthly fee service plan of HK$509/$559 can enjoy 1TB of local mobile data usage per month for the first 6 months, followed by 500GB of local mobile data usage per month thereafter. When a customer's mobile data usage in that month reaches the specified level of their service plan, the Company will send a notification via SMS and email. Customers may continue to use the mobile data service without speed restrictions. However, the network priority enjoyed by customers may be reduced depending on network conditions, which may affect the customer's mobile data experience. The actual achievable network speed may be significantly lower than the network specifications and is subject to multiple factors, including but not limited to internet connection status, server speed, network congestion, network coverage, location, device used, hardware and software configuration, usage level, and other relevant factors.
(³) Mainland China and Macau Data Roaming Package:
• The Service is available to selected personal account customers of designated 1O1O service plan subscriptions who have activated IDD, roaming service and subscribe to Data Roaming Day Pass service. It is subject to related Terms and Conditions. If the customer has not registered for IDD and roaming services or has already applied for “barring of data roaming service”, upon subscription to Mainland China Data Roaming Package, it represents the customer agrees to activate IDD and roaming service and agree to “un-bar data roaming service”.
• The Service included usage applies to use in Mainland China and Macau regions only.
• Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month; Customers may choose to use other Roaming Package (if any) or Data Roaming Day Pass for continued use of data roaming service (roaming charges apply). • If customers have both Mainland China & Macau Data Roaming Package, Mainland China Data Roaming Package (included shareable and non-shareable) and Greater China Data Roaming Package, data roaming usage in Mainland China or in Macau will be deducted from non-shareable Mainland China Data Roaming Package first, then it will be deducted from Greater China Data Roaming Package, then it will be deducted from shareable Mainland China Data Roaming Package. After that, it will be deducted from Mainland China & Macau Data Roaming Package.

(⁵) The monthly free 100/300 minutes IDD Minutes included in the service plan applies to Primary SIM Card only, not applicable to Supplement SIM. Service Plan included IDD 001 IDD Minutes only apply to voice calls made in Hong Kong to the following 13 destinations: China, Macau, Taiwan, USA (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands), Canada, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Philippines and Australia but excludes voice calls made to premium numbers (being numbers other than normal fixed and mobile numbers, e.g. infoline numbers or special service numbers, where premium rates may apply to calls to these premium numbers) and satellite numbers of these destinations. Unless otherwise specified, this promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or offers, and is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other products. Within one month after the service plan contract becomes effective, customers can view this handsets and accessories e-Coupon under “Coupons” in “My Wallet” in the 1O1O app. This e-Coupon is subject to the relevant terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time. (⁸) Designated customers who subscribe to csl/1O1O the designated monthly service plan with 24/36-month of commitment period are entitled to dedicated Now TV pack(s) (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) (“Now TV Plan”). The validity period of the Now TV Plan takes effect from the start date specified by the designated csl/ 1O1O service plan contract (“Effective Date”). The Now TV Plan is valid for 24/36 months from the Effective Date (depending on the designated commitment period of the csl/1O1O monthly service plan), irrespective of whether the customer activates the Now TV Plan services. If you terminate the designated csl/ 1O1O service plan contract before the expiry of the designated commitment period, the associated Now TV Plan shall also be terminated concurrently. The Asia Signature Pack+ under the Infinite Entertainment Service Plan (Entertainment) includes Asia Signature Pack and Disney+ (Standard). The relevant service plan with Asia Signature Pack+ already includes Disney+ Standard subscriptions that customers have subscribed during the commitment period. Any termination of your subscription to the relevant service plan will also terminate your relevant entitlement to Asia Signature Pack and Disney+ services under the relevant service plan. The relevant service plan with Disney+ Standard can be accessed through the Disney+ app and the Disney+ website (www.disneyplus.com) with video quality up to 1080p Full HD video; and audio quality up to 5.1, concurrent streams: two (2) devices. Western Signature Pack with HBO Max (Standard) allows customers to watch content via HBO Max App on two (2) supported devices at a time in up to Full HD quality. If you subscribe to service plan under Now TV Service without a Now TV Set-Top Box, you may watch live or on demand content via Now TV Apps/Website on no more than two (2) compatible electronic devices simultaneously. (²²) Promotional Free-trial MOOV 24 bit Music Service (Handset Bundle) Terms & Conditions
• MOOV Music Service (“MOOV”)and its content, the app, and the website are provided by MOOV (Hong Kong) Limited. The use of MOOV service and charge are subject to the MOOV terms and conditions (https://general.moov.hk/tnc/eventtnc.html). Starting from 17 November 2023, all users of the 1O1O service plan can enjoy waiving data usage and related charges incurred when streaming MOOV content on the MOOV app. However, the data waving does not include browsing, downloading, and updating the applications mentioned above. To avoid confusion, the data exemption does not apply from other websites (such as banner ads), or from any other websites targeted within the app mentioned above (such as third-party ads). The data usage derived from browsing or downloading content within the apps will be deducted from your 1O1O data service plan. If customers download and/or use the MOOV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges. All programming on MOOV is limited to personal use only in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed. MOOV music streaming quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location, and network coverage and performance. CSL Mobile Limited is not a content provider and does not make any representations or warranties as to its quality. It also does not assume any responsibility for any matters arising from or related to it. These terms and conditions are based on the English version (if there is any Chinese version provided, it is for reference only). In case of any disputes, 1O1O reserve the right to make the final decision.
• The promotional period of free trial MOOV 24 bit Music Service (“Promotion”) is valid until further notice.
• 1O1O customer is eligible to get two months free trial of MOOV 24 bit Music Service (“Service”) for free when you purchase designated 5G monthly service plan and the customer can enjoy a special offer to subscribe MOOV 24 bit Music Service at HK$68 per month after the free trial. Service automatically renew until cancelled. If you do not agree to continue subscribe the service after free trial, 7 days prior notice is required before the end of free trial period. If you do not agree to receive free trial service, you need to notify the sales staff when purchasing the designated monthly service plan.
• The above promotion is only eligible to new MOOV 24 bit Music Service subscribers who purchased designated 1O1O 5G monthly service plan with designated commitment period, existing service subscribers are excluded.
• MOOV 24 bit Music Service is limited to personal use only via customer’s handset. Any public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed. CSL Mobile Limited (“1O1O”) reserves the right to take legal action.
• The quality of music or video streaming varies according to 3G/4G/5G network coverage or handset model used.
• Applicable to compatible handset only.

(²³) Subscriber of this Plan is entitled to Viu Premium Lite Service during such designated 5G service plan commitment period. Viu Premium Lite Service will be terminated automatically upon the completion of the commitment period. To utilize Viu Premium Lite Service, you are required to download and successfully install the Viu app from Google Play or App Store through eligible mobile devices and register for a Viu account. Viu Premium Lite Service is provided by PCCW OTT (Hong Kong) Limited and use of the Viu Premium Lite Service is subject to the Viu Terms and Conditions (available for viewing at https://www.viu.com/ott/hk/en-us/copyright-statement/terms-and-conditions).

(²)客戶如選用月費港幣509元/559元之服務計劃,可享首6個月每月1TB本地流動數據用量,其後每月500GB本地流動數據用量。當客戶於該月的流動數據用量達至其服務計劃的指定水平後,本公司將以SMS及電郵形式發出通知。客戶可繼續使用流動數據服務而不受速度限制。然而,客戶所享用的網絡優次將因應網絡情況或會降低,客戶的流動數據體驗或會受到影響。實際可達之網絡速度將可能會相當地少於網絡規格,並受多項因素影響,包括但不限於互聯網連接狀況、伺服器速度、網絡擠塞情況、網絡覆蓋、地點、所使用之裝置、硬件及軟件配置、使用量水平及其他相關因素。
(³) 中國內地及澳門數據漫遊組合:
• 此服務適用於指定 1O1O 月費服務計劃,並須登記 IDD、漫遊服務及數據漫遊通行證之個人客戶,並受有關條款及細則約束。 如客戶尚未登記 IDD 及國際漫遊服務或同時已申請 [暫停流動數據漫遊服務],選用中國內地及澳門數據漫遊組合即代表客戶已同意 開啟 IDD 及漫遊服務並同意 [開啟流動數據漫遊服務]。
• 此服務內包含之使用量只適用於中國內地及澳門使用。
• 此服務內包含之使用量只供該賬單月內使用,餘額不能累積至下一個賬單月並會於該賬單月被取消。若用量全部用完後,可以使 用其他可用的數據漫遊組合(如有)或數據漫遊通行證以繼續享用數據漫遊服務(額外收費,如適用)。有關數據漫遊通行證的服務及收 費詳情,請瀏覽 http://1010.com.hk/c/datapass/。
• 如客戶同時擁有中國內地及澳門數據漫遊組合、中國內地數據漫遊優惠組合(包括可共享用量及不可共享用量之組合)及大中華數據 漫遊組合,於中國內地或澳門使用數據漫遊服務時,使用量會先從不可共享之中國內地數據漫遊優惠組合中扣除,其後會從大中華 數據漫遊組合中扣除, 再會從可共享之中國內地數據漫遊優惠組合中扣除,最後會從中國內地及澳門數據漫遊組合中扣除。除特別 註明外,優惠將不可與任何其他推廣或折扣優惠同時使用,且不可轉讓或兌換現金或其他產品。
(⁴) 除非另有註明,服務計劃內包含之使用量只適用於本地使用,包含之使用量以每分鐘為單位,所有不足一分鐘的使用量亦作一 分鐘計算。當客戶使用來電等候服務並同時接駁多於一條電話線,通話時間將按照所有已接駁電話線之時間總數計算。
(⁵) 服務計劃內每月附送之300分鐘國際長途電話分鐘只適用於主SIM卡,並不適用於額外SIM卡。IDD 001國際長途電話分鐘適用於由香港致電往13個海外地區包括:中國、澳門、台灣、美國 (不包括關島、波多黎各、美屬處女島、美屬薩摩亞及北馬利安納群島)、加拿大、英國、新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國、日本、南韓、菲律賓及澳洲。但不包括這些地區的特別號碼(premium numbers)(即有別於一般固網及流動電話號碼,如資訊服務號碼或特別用途之號碼等,而其收費亦有所不同)及衛星電話號碼(satellite numbers)。有關使用指南、其後收費及其他國際長途電話收費詳情,請參閱我們的網頁http://1010.com.hk/c/idd001 。

- MOOV音樂服務(「MOOV」)及其內容﹑應用程式及網站由MOOV (Hong Kong) Limited提供,MOOV的收費及使用受MOOV條款和條件的約束(詳情可於https://general.moov.hk/tnc/eventtnc.html 上瀏覽)。由2023年11月17日起,所有1O1O服務計劃用户可豁免於香港地區內使用MOOV應用程式內串流收聽MOOV音樂服務內容所產生之流動數據用量及其相關收費。但流動數據豁免並不包括於上述程式內瀏覽,下載及更新應用程式所產生之數據內容。為免生疑問, 流動數據豁免並不適用於從其他網站(例如橫幅廣告)或/和從重上述程式內定向的任何其他網站(例如,來自第三方的廣告)。於程式內瀏覽或下載內容所衍生之流動數據使用量將會從您的1O1O數據服務計劃中扣除。如客戶在海外下載及/或使用MOOV應用程式,或需另行支付有關之漫遊數據費用。MOOV上的所有內容只限用戶於香港地區內作個人用途,不可作公開或商業播放。 MOOV 上的串流音樂質素取決於客戶的流動裝置、服務地點及網路覆蓋及表現。香港移動通訊有限公司不是內容的供應商,並不對其質量素作出任何陳述或保證,也不對因此產生或與之相關的任何事宜承擔任何責任。本條款及條件以英文版本為準(如有任何僅作參考用的中文版本提供)。如有任何爭議,1O1O 將保留最終決定權。

- 凡購買指定含承諾期之1O1O 5G手機服務計劃可享免費試用2個月MOOV 24 bit音樂服務及於免費試用期後以優惠月費HK$68透過自動更新方式繼續訂購MOOV 24 bit音樂服務。客戶如於免費試用期後不同意繼續使用,須於免費試用期結束7日前通知取消。客戶如不同意享用免費服務,須於購買手機服務計劃時通知銷售人員。
- 此優惠只限客戶購買指定含承諾期之1O1O手機服務計劃及MOOV 24 bit音樂服務之新客戶,不適用於服務現有客戶。
- MOOV 24 bit音樂服務只限客戶以手機作個人用途,不可作公開或商業播放,CSL Mobile Limited (「1O1O」) 將保留追究權利。
- 音樂或短片串流之質素視乎 3G/4G/5G 網絡覆蓋範圍或手機型號而定。
- 只適用於指定可支援型號手機。
