Terms and Conditions of Plaza Premium First or Plaza Premium Service

  1. Passes obtained must be activated on or before 31 July 2024. Service remains available for a period of one year starting from the day of activating the code.

  2. In order to qualify for the Service, customer must download the “Smart Traveller” mobile application and register as a member. Customer is required to activate the code at least three days before using the service to obtain two Plaza Premium First passes and one Plaza Premium Lounge pass.

  3. Customer can utilise the facilities for a period of two hours on each occasion when using a Plaza Premium First or Plaza Premium Lounge pass.

  4. Plaza Premium First and Plaza Premium Lounge facilities are located in the Hong Kong airport control area. Passengers must present boarding passes to enjoy the Service.

  5. Access may be restricted as a result of insufficient capacity.

  6. Plaza Premium First and Plaza Premium Lounge service content, opening hours and operation are subject to change without notice.

  7. Shower facilities may be adjusted and be subject to change based on circumstances. The service requires advance reservation and is available on a first-come-first-served basis. If you have any special requirements, please inform front desk staff when checking-in.
  8. CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) and Plaza Premium Lounge Management Limited shall accept no liability if an eligible customer fails to enter the activation code on the platform, resulting in an inability to utilise the Service.

  10. Unless otherwise stated, this Service cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
