600Mbps is our network specification for downlink of 4G LTE-A network (with 75Mbps for uplink) provided via three sections of 20MHz continuous 4G spectrum each, which is only available to designated locations with the use of a compatible device. Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
+ SIM connection: You are required to subscribe to this Service Plan for a Commitment Period of 6 months. You are required to pay a MTR/Tunnels/Mobile License/ Administration Fee of $18 per month.

  1. Prepayment of 6 months' fees (amount depends on your service plan subscription) and an MTR/Tunnels/Mobile License/Administration Fee of $18 per month is required (the first 6 months’ additional monthly fee will be waived).

3-month WeChat Data Package : WeChat Data Package provides local mobile data for using some designated WeChat features. The VAS will be cancelled automatically after the 3-month free period. To continue using the VAS, you are required to subscribe to the VAS again. The fee of WeChat Data Package is $8 per month, subject to change from time to time. # KingKing: KingKing is a VoIP service based on Wi-Fi connectivity for use in Hong Kong or while you are abroad, so that you can (i) make voice calls to any Hong Kong phone number, (ii) receive voice calls, (iii) make and receive KingKing video calls, or (iv) send SMS messages. Any KingKing users shall pay for the Wi-Fi connectivity service, SMS, IDD and/or international roaming charges for calls to non-Hong Kong phone numbers (if applicable). 1O1O Ultra 600 Digital Life Plan Terms and Conditions:
1. Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 SMS units ("Quota"). Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. Within the monthly Quota, you can enjoy sending any Inter-network SMS at $0.3 per SMS and International SMS at $2 per SMS. The Inter-network SMS and International SMS will be counted towards the Quota. If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per Intra-network SMS; $0.6 per Inter-network SMS; and $3 per International SMS. Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS and each SMS will be charged.
2. Local Thereafter Charge for MMS: $2 per MMS.
3. The local Mobile Data service will stop when you use up the monthly local Mobile Data usage included in your Service Plan and will resume at the beginning of the next bill month.
4. When your local Mobile Data usage reaches around 70% and 90% or such other level as may be specified by us from time to time ("Specified Data Usage Level") and around 100% of the local Mobile Data usage of your Service Plan, notification will be sent to you by (a) SMS and/or (b) email (to the email address given by you for receiving Local Data Usage Alert after verification) ("Local Data Usage Alert").
5. We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to send or receive any Local Data Usage Alert.
6. Not all devices support SMS and/or other services included in the Service Plan. You should check whether your device is able to receive SMS and support any services included in the Service Plan.
7. Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage applies to local use only. For details on roaming and international charges, please refer to our website www.1010.com.hk
8. Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.
9. When you use the Call Waiting service and are connected to more than one telephone line, airtime will be calculated according to the total time spent on all connected lines during call waiting.
10. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month.
11. Only certain devices support the 3G or 4G network.
12. Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the theoretical speeds obtainable on a 3G/4G network and may vary due to internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the computer and device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
13. You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Mobile Service is at your sole risk, and the Mobile Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis and that we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings or for any damage to your Mobile Equipment or any other equipment or device or loss of data that results from the download of any materials, data or information. You expressly relieve us from any and all liabilities arising from the access or use of any part of the Mobile Service.

Remark:
Customer may choose to unsubscribe from mobile data plan service if necessary. However, the monthly fee will remain unchanged.
Local Mobile Data Top-up Plan Terms and Conditions ($28/200MB or $50/GB)
The Local Mobile Data Top-up Plan is applicable to selected Service Plan(s) only.
The fee of the Local Mobile Data Top-up Plan is subject to change from time to time and you will be charged the fee prevailing at the time of your subscription.
Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of that bill month.
The local Mobile Data service will stop when you use up the local Mobile Data usage included in your Local Mobile Data Top-up Plan and the service will resume in the next bill month or when you subscribe to another Local Mobile Data Top-up Plan.
We reserve the right to terminate or change this Local Mobile Data Top-up Plan or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.

Customers will be informed by text message when their usage reaches the speed limit. Actual speed will be considerably slower and affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, device used, hardware, software and other factors.
* Mobile data usage entitlement included in the Smart Gadgets China-HK-Macau Data  Service Plan (“this Service Plan”) is for local mobile data usage in Hong Kong and roaming mobile data usage in mainland China and Macau. Local and roaming mobile data usage will be calculated on a per-MB basis. Roaming voice minutes included in this service plan are applicable to designated call types only in mainland China. Such call types included are making local calls, receiving calls, and calls made to Hong Kong. All remaining entitlements in each billing month will be forfeited within the commitment period. Roaming voice thereafter charges in each billing month will be HK$1.8/minute.
