- This Promotion is offered by CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) and runs from 9 August 2024 until further notice (“Promotion Period”).
- In order to become an eligible customer (“Eligible Customer”) under this Promotion (the “Offer”), you must be:
- A new 1O1O consumer customer
- A new NETVIGATOR consumer customer (whose service installation address has not had any NETVIGATOR/LiKE1OO broadband service installed within the three months prior to the application date), and
- A new Now TV consumer customer (who has not used any Now TV service within the three months prior to the application date).
- 1O1O 5G service plans are based on use of 5G networks and are applicable only to specified 5G network coverage areas. Customers must use specified compatible devices. Actual speeds experienced by customers will be less than the network specifications suggest and will be affected by the device used, location, network conditions and other factors. - NETVIGATOR broadband service is provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited and covers only designated areas. Terms & Conditions apply. The service is applicable only to individual customers who newly subscribe to a designated NETVIGATOR broadband service for a set commitment period. Such customers are entitled to a waiver of service installation fee up to HK$680. 2500M bandwidth specifications relating to a 2500M fibre broadband plan refer to network specifications in respect of the services to which you subscribe for the broadband line connected from the modem at the customer’s premises to the first piece of NETVIGATOR network equipment or central office of the broadband network. A 2500M fibre broadband plan provides maximum up-and-downstream bandwidth of 2.5Gbps. Actual speeds experienced will be less than the network specifications suggest and will be affected by the customer’s device, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage levels, international bandwidth and other extraneous factors. 2500M fibre broadband service requires equipment to be compatible with 2500M specifications.
- Now TV service is provided by Now TV Limited and covers only designated areas, subject to Terms & Conditions. For details, visit Now TV’s website at https://nowtv.hk. Now Signature Pack x Netflix (Standard) (with set-top box) is applicable only to new Now TV customers. You must agree to a designated commitment period if subscribing to this service plan. This service plan also includes a Netflix subscription for the duration of the commitment period to which you have agreed. - A 1O1O handset eVoucher will be automatically deposited in the 1O1O app when service is activated. A handset eVoucher can be used to purchase a designated handset, tablet or gadget. Handset eVouchers can be redeemed at a designated 1O1O Center and must cover full payment. No change will be forthcoming. Unless otherwise stated, the eVoucher cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, promotions, eVouchers, gift certificates nor credit card interest-free installment plans. - HKT Home Phone service is provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited and is subject to Terms & Conditions. For details, go to HKT Home Phone’s website at https://hkt-homephone.com. This offer is applicable only to new installations (whereby the service installation address has not had HKT fixed-line telephone service installed at any time within 90 days prior to the application date). Customer must agree to a designated commitment period for the home phone line service contract. The monthly fee shall be waived during the contract commitment period, but when the contract period ends, the monthly fee will be adjusted to the prevailing rate charged for the equivalent home phone service plan. The HKT Home Phone service plan covers a free call bundle (including caller ID, call waiting, local call forwarding, conference call, music on hold and reject call notification). The effective date of the Home Phone line service plan is the phone line installation date. Customers must pay their bills directly by credit card or bank autopay to qualify for this offer.
