The Service will be terminated after commitment period without further charge.
 
Now E FIFA World Cup 2022 TM Event Pass– Terms and Conditions
 
  1. Now E FIFA World Cup 2022TM Event Pass (the “Pass”) is provided by PCCW Media Limited (“PCCW”). You may redeem a subscription to the Pass (“Subscription”) by redeeming the applicable redemption code or promotion (“Code(s)”) that you have been given on the Now E mobile application (“App”) or the official Now E website https://www.nowe.com (“Website”). Codes are valid until 17 January 2023 at 23:59:59 pm. Your Subscription will become effective upon purchase or upon redemption of Code, and will expire on 17 January 2023 at 23:59:59 pm.
  2. Once your Subscription becomes effective, you may enjoy a total of 64 FIFA World Cup 2022™ matches, live and catch-up, via the App, the Website or Android TV Box.
  3. Your Subscription includes 4K live video streaming and catch-ups of a total of 64 FIFA World Cup 2022™ matches. The FIFA World Cup 2022™ is scheduled to start on 20 November 2022 and end on 18 December 2022. Catch-ups of FIFA World Cup 2022™ matches. The FIFA World Cup 2022™ is expected to be available within 24 hours after the corresponding live matches have finished. Your Subscription will expire after 17th January 2023 23:59:59 pm.
  4. To redeem your Subscription you must login or create a Now E account on the App or the Website, and bind with your 1O1O mobile number to your Now E account on or before 17 January 2023, failing which the Code will expire and you will not be compensated.
  5. Please note that all programming accessed via the Pass can only be used in Hong Kong for your private domestic viewing only and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purposes.
  6. CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) and PCCW Media shall not be liable for invalidation or loss of any promotion code; and/or any delay or failure to broadcast any matches.
  7.   8. All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. Dates and times of all matches and sporting events may be subject to change from time to time so please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and event organizers for the latest information. Please note that PCCW Media cannot guarantee the continued availability of the channels, programs and services on the Now E service for the entire duration of your Subscription; and it shall not be liable for any unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any matches and/or programming.
  9. By using the Pass, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the, terms and conditions herein, the “FIFA World Cup 2022™ Event Pass Terms and Conditions, Now E Terms and Conditions, the Now E Things To Know and the Now E Android TV Box Terms of Use (available for viewing at https://www.nowe.com/tnc/worldcup2022, https://www.nowe.com/tnc/service, https://www.nowe.com/tnc/tvbox and https://www.nowe.com/help/thingstoknow, respectively).
  10. Users must use a TV or computer monitor with 4K display resolution, and also with mobile data network or LAN/Wi-Fi network that meets the minimum bandwidth requirements (25 Mbps) to enjoy an optimal viewing experience. For details of 4K video streaming device and system requirements, please refer to https://www.nowe.com/tnc/plll.
  11. The Pass cannot be exchanged for cash, returned or resold; and will not be replaced if damaged.
  12. The Pass and Now E are provided by PCCW Media. In the event of any disputes arising from or relating to the Pass or Now E, PCCW Media ’s decision is final. In the event of any disputes arising from or relating to this offer, HKT’s decision is final.

30GB 5G Local Data Package Terms and Conditions:
 
  1. Subscribing to this service is eligible to automatically upgrade 4G local data, including this Service bonus data and mobile service plan entitlement, to 5G local data, meanwhile, other services terms and conditions will not be changed. Remaining unused data entitlement will be forfeited by default each month.
  2. Customer must use a supported 5G handset and use within the covered zone. Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
  3. In order to provide bonus data, customer must continue to use designated 1O1O mobile service plan within the Service commitment period. If you choose to terminate the Service before expiry of the Commitment Period, you will be required to pay an Early Termination Charge equivalent to the sum of the listed monthly fees of the remaining months of the Commitment Period.
  4. For customers with multiple or additional sim cards, only one sim card can support tethering and point-to-point P2P functions at a time. Any breach of the above restrictions may lead to suspension of your service or additional charges by us without prior notification.
  5. CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to amend and/or cancel the 5G Local Data Package and/or amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. In the event of inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute, CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right of final determination.
  6. This Service is subject to your Mobile Service Agreement with CSL Mobile Limited and this special Terms and Condition.
 
10GB 5G Local Data Package Terms and Conditions:
 
  1. Customer must use a supported 5G handset and use within the covered zone. Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
