We have implemented a series of anti-epidemic measures in accordance with Department of Health guidelines to safeguard the well-being of our customers and employees.
In addition to the special arrangement for business hours at our retail stores starting February 3, the following precautionary steps have been taken at all HKT, csl and 1O1O outlets:

Staff temperature checks are carried out before work every day. If someone’s temperature is above 37.5°C, he/she will be required to leave the premises, regardless of whether showing any signs of respiratory illness.

All staff must wear surgical masks to prevent spread of germs and droplets. This means customers are able to engage with our staff with peace of mind.

All staff members must wash their hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and water to reduce risk of infection and spread of disease.

Hand sanitizer is readily available to customers at all our outlets, so they can clean their hands at any time. This promotes safety and peace of mind when handling the latest mobile phones and other products.

Disinfection and deep-cleaning procedures at our outlets have been reinforced before and during business hours. We frequently use 1:99 diluted household bleach to thoroughly disinfect all surfaces, door handles and floors.

All 1O1O Centers are equipped with mobile phone UV disinfection machines. Using LED ultraviolet technology, they can sterilize an object to an effectiveness of 99.9% in just 120 seconds.
