  1. Surfshark ONE Internet Security Solution (this “Service”) is provided to you by Surfshark B.V. (the “Supplier”). The Offer is valid during the promotion period from 20 March 2025 to 31 July 2025.

  3. The terms “we”, “our”, “us” refer to CSL Mobile Limited or CSL in this Terms and conditions.
  4. To subscribe for the Product, you must be a new or existing customer of our designated monthly plans (“Designated Mobile Plan”).
  5. All the fees of this Service will be billed by us. We will start billing the “Surfshark ONE Internet Security Solution” service, which will be stated separately as a billing item in CSL Mobile Limited’s bill to customers, once the service is subscribed through us.
  6. The 'SurfShark 30-day money-back guarantee' provided by Surfshark does not apply to customers who subscribe to Surfshark ONE through CSL .
  7. The Surfshark ONE one-time activation code, for the service’s registration process, will be delivered in 1 working day by us after its subscription is successfully completed through either SMS notification or E-wallet coupon in 1O1O Monthly Service service App.
  8. You will be diverted to an external website or mobile application which contains services provided by third parties during the activation process of the service. CSL has no control over and makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, operability or availability of information or materials displayed on such website or application.
  9. You are expected to activate the service by applying the activation code immediately after subscription to prevent the expiration of the code. The last activation date of the “Activation code” is on 5 March 2027. In the event of prolonged service inactivity leading to the expiration of the activation code, a new activation code may not be issued.
  10. Upon suspension or termination of your Designated Mobile Plan, this Service shall be suspended or terminated accordingly and any unused entitlement in relation to this Service will be forfeited without compensation in case of termination.
  11. If this Service is terminated before the expiry of the commitment period for the Service, CSL will charge you early termination charges, which are the sum of the monthly fees for the Service for the remaining unexpired period.
  12. The service shall be automatically terminated 24 months after service activation.
  13. The information about the Service is based on information provided by the Supplier. We do not in any way make any representation or guarantee as to its accuracy or completeness. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
