Yes. You can access your latest 3 months' mobile bills conveniently via 1O1O's eBill services the following ways:
- Login to “My Account” at 1O1O's website (www.1010.com.hk). Click “View and Pay bill”.
- Android and iOS handset users can check bills using the “1O1O app”.
Q2. Is the eBill viewing service available to all subscribers?
eBill viewing service is not yet applicable to consolidated bills (multiple mobile numbers under one account number). You can view eBill providing you have registered for “My Account”.
