Terms & Conditions:
 
1. Promotion valid until further notice.
 
2. Customer must subscribe to a designated 80GB 5G Prestige service from 1O1O and designated VAS (if applicable) to the value of at least HK$39/month, and agree to a commitment period of 36 months. Also payable are an MTR/Tunnels/Mobile Licence/Administration Fee of HK$18 per month, plus prepayment amount, the sum of which will be rebated to your 1O1O account by installments over the commitment period. If you terminate the service before expiry of the commitment period, you will need to pay an early termination charge immediately. This will amount to the sum of the monthly fees for the remainder of the commitment period, described in the application, and we may charge you the full value of the premiums received.
 
3. Trading-in is applicable only to designated brands and handset/smart gadget models. 1O1O will not accept a device for trade-in if originally supplied by an unauthorized seller, or if altered or repaired by an unauthorized maintenance agent.
 
4. The trade-in monthly rebate will be credited to your 1O1O account by installments over the first 10 months.
 
5. An extra 30GB of local 5G data per month is applicable only during the commitment period.
 
6. Those who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan will get two months’ free use of MOOV 24-bit Music Service and/or the csl. 5G VR app. Applicable only to new MOOV 24-bit Music Service and/or the csl. 5G VR app subscribers, promotion not available to existing service subscribers. After the free trial period is accepted by the customer, he/she agrees to use MOOV 24-bit Music Service and the csl. 5G VR app for a monthly fee of HK$68 and HK$78 respectively. These services automatically renew until cancelled. If you do not agree to subscribing to MOOV 24-bit Music Service and the csl. 5G VR app after the free trial, we require seven days’ notice before the end of the free trial period. If you do not wish to opt for the free trial, you must notify our sales staff when signing up to the monthly plan. Applicable only to compatible handsets.
 
7. Activating the 5G function requires you to subscribe to a designated 5G Prestige service plan. This service plan uses 5G spectrum, which is available only at designated locations via use of a compatible device. Actual speeds customers experience will be less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, location, network conditions and extraneous factors. 5G network coverage is subject to reach achievable by the network provider concerned. Please contact your network provider for details. Areas outside our 5G coverage will be served by 3G and/or 4G mobile service.
 
8. Promotion valid until June 30, 2021. Must purchase at the special price and pay with Mox card to qualify for discount. Each Mox card can utilize the offer one time only, and only one mobile phone, tablet or desktop computer can be purchased.
 
9. You must be a member of The Club when making a purchase at suggested retail price. The offer do not accept any use of handset coupon.
