Terms and Conditions for China HK 1-Card-2-Number Service :
- 5G Data Roaming Service: 5G Data Roaming Service is only applicable to 1O1O 5G service plan customers or 1O1O service plan customers who are enabled to access to 1O1O 5G network service. Customer must register and activate IDD, roaming service, data roaming day pass, and use designated compatible 5G device with specified system version in order to use 5G roaming in designated areas with designated networks. For details, please visit http://1010.com.hk/e/datapass.
- 5G Data Roaming service may not completely cover all locations within the periphery, depending on performance of 5G networks run by local operators. Roaming service will automatically switch to 4G LTE, or other technologies, in locations not covered by a 5G network.
- Monthly fee HK$29 package includes 30 minutes entitlement, monthly fee HK$39 package includes 40 minutes entitlement, monthly fee HK$49 package includes 50 minutes entitlement, for receiving incoming call via the Chinese Mainland Secondary number in Hong Kong and receiving incoming call and making outgoing call to Hong Kong/Chinese Mainland numbers in Chinese Mainland. Thereafter charge is HK$0.50 per minute. Call charges are calculated on a 1-minute incremental basis. Any usage of less than 1 minute will be counted as 1 minute.
- A HK$0.50 per minute extra charge "Outside Region Connection Fee" applies to all incoming calls received via the Chinese Mainland Secondary number made outside of China Unicom's network coverage.
- Monthly fee HK$29 package includes 500MB Chinese Mainland and Macao Roaming Data , monthly fee HK$39 package includes 1GB Chinese Mainland and Macao Roaming Data, monthly fee $49 package includes 2GB Chinese Mainland and Macao Roaming Data, for data usage in Chinese Mainland and Macao.
- Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month.
- If customers have other Chinese Mainland Data Roaming Package (included shareable and non-shareable) and/or Greater China Data Roaming Package, data roaming usage in Chinese Mainland will be deducted from non-shareable Chinese Mainland Data Roaming Package first, then it will be deducted from this package, then it will be deducted from Greater China Data Roaming Package. After that, it will be deducted from shareable Chinese Mainland Data Roaming Package. Customer may choose to use other Roaming Package (if any) or Data Roaming Day Pass for continued use of data roaming service (roaming charges apply). - The Service is available to selected personal account customers of 1O1O who have activated IDD, roaming service, Data Roaming Day Pass service and is subject to the Special Terms and Conditions of related services. Please visit http://1010.com.hk/e/datapass for details.
- If customers terminate the Service before the expiry of the Commitment Period, CSL would charge the customers the early termination charges which are the sum of the monthly fee of the Service for the remaining period.
- In the event of any discrepancies between Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
Special Terms and Conditions for the Chinese Mainland secondary number under China HK 1-Card-2-Number Service:
- By using the China HK 1-Card-2-Number Service (the “Service”), you will be allocated a Chinese Mainland secondary number (“Secondary number”) alongside with a local primary mobile number.
- The Secondary number is provided to you by [China United Network Communications Corporation Limited] (“China Unicom”) in accordance with:-
- The Terms and conditions of China Unicom and;
- Special Terms and Conditions for the Prevention of Scam Call Using Chinese Mainland Secondary Number;
- Applicable rules, laws and regulations in Chinese Mainland, including but not limited to the True Identity Registration. For details of the True Identity Registration, please refer to above link “Importance notice: True Identity Registration required for using China mobile numbers”.
- You can only connect to China Unicom's mobile network when you are in Chinese Mainland.
- Roaming and IDD charges apply when you use mobile services outside Hong Kong. For details, please refer to the tariff table above. Please note that the tariff may be varied by us from time to time without prior notice.
- Standard roaming and IDD charges apply when you use mobile services outside Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Chinese Mainland.
- For local charges, please refer to the fees and charges of the Service you subscribed to.
- When using supporting handset for VoLTE and connect to VoLTE network, your Secondary number will be displayed when the Customer makes a call or send a SMS to Chinese Mainland number, otherwise your Hong Kong primary number will be displayed. Your Hong Kong primary number will be shown when sending MMS via the Service.
- You agree that you do not acquire any rights in your Secondary number and your Secondary number cannot be ported to any other network. In case your Service is terminated for whatever reason, your Secondary number will be terminated and surrendered forthwith.
- If the Customer changes the Secondary number for any reason, the Customer is required to pay for the related charges for new Secondary number. The original Secondary number must be surrendered.
- The forward to voicemail function is not applicable to the Secondary number when you are in Chinese Mainland.
- The Service is subject to the terms and conditions of our Mobile Service Agreement
- CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) reserves the right to vary these Special Terms and Conditions from time to time. In case of any dispute, the decision of CSL is final.
- In the event of any discrepancies between Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
Special Terms and Conditions for the Prevention of Scam Call Using Chinese Mainland Secondary Number:
- By applying for and using the Chinese Mainland secondary number (“Secondary number”), you agree to accept and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”). Should you not accept all of the Terms and Conditions, We and/or our suppliers reserve the right to terminate or suspend the relevant services immediately, without notice and without liability for any compensation.
- You must complete the True Identity Registration for the Secondary number using your own valid Hong Kong Identity Card and a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents issued under the same name, and each person may apply for a maximum of one Chinese Mainland number as Secondary number. Should the True Identity Registration fail to be completed for any reason (including but not limited to your personal data being incomplete, incorrect, or having already been used to apply for more than one Chinese Mainland number), the relevant service may be terminated or suspended at any time.
- Unless otherwise specified, with effect from 27 January 2025, any application for a Secondary number must be made by an existing customer who has used CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) service plan for two years or more and must have completed a direct debit authorization using a valid credit card. Should you alter the payment arrangements during the period of use of the Secondary number, we reserve the right to suspend the services related to the Secondary number.
- You agree that you do not use the secondary number and its related mobile communication services to directly or indirectly engage in, or potentially engage in, any suspicious, unfair, fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities, or any activities in breach of these Terms and Conditions (“Unauthorized Activities”).
- Should we receive notification from parties including but not limited to China Unicom or any applicable law enforcement or relevant authority with jurisdiction, or should we discover that you engaged in Unauthorized Activities, we reserve the right, with or without cause and without prior notice to you, to immediately suspend or restrict the Secondary number and part or all of its related mobile communication services.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice in response to requirements from parties including but not limited to China Unicom or any applicable law or relevant authority with jurisdiction. Your continued use of the Secondary number service shall constitute your agreement to the revised Terms and Conditions as applicable. In the event of any dispute, the decision of CSL is final.
- We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Customer arising from the suspension or termination of service under these Terms and Conditions. The paid Service fees are not refundable. We reserve the right to charge a fee for reconnection.
- In the event of any discrepancies between Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
