| Limited Time Offer: Waiver of 1 month fee for Google One 100GB Plan Subscription |
| The designated customers who subscribe to Google One 100GB Plan for 12-month commitment period via csl or 1O1O service app is entitled to a waiver of first one month’s Google One Plan monthly fee. The monthly fee for Google One 100GB shall be HK$15 starting from the second month of the commitment period. After the 12-month commitment period, starting from the 13th month, the monthly fee shall be HK$15 until the service is cancelled by you. This will require at least 30 days’ notice. |

| Terms & Conditions: |

- This Services is valid starting from 16 November 2022 until further notice, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
- This Services is only applicable to the existing 1O1O/csl customers who have subscribed to designated mobile service and data plans. The Services includes Google One 100GB Plan(HK$15/month) or includes Google One 200GB Plan(HK$23/month) or Google One 2TB Plan(HK$79/month).
- Customer must pay us Early Termination Fee if customer terminate the service before expiry of the Commitment Period, which shall be the sum of the monthly plan fee for the remaining months of the Commitment Period. After the Commitment Period, the Services will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis at HK$15 or HK$23 or HK$79 per month until customer provide us 30 days prior notice to cancel. CSL Mobile Limited (「CSL」) reserves the right to vary or cancel this Services and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. CSL cannot guarantee the continued availability on the Services; and it shall not be liable for any unavailability on the Services. If the Services is discontinued or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to the end of partnership on Google One between CSL and Google, CSL will cease providing the Services to eligible customers for the duration of the contract without any refund, compensation or prior notice.
- To enjoy the Service, customer need a Google account and to allow CSL to manage their Google One subscription. By register for the Service, you will be redirected to a third party webpage. By using the Google One website, you agree and acknowledge that Google One may be collecting certain personal data (such as your email address). For details, please refer to relevant Google One Terms of Service. The said third party web page is not operated by CSL and CSL is not liable for the content of the said third party web page. By subscribing/upgrading to a Google One plan via CSL, we do need a permission from you to that Google One subscription management ("Access Right"). Please note that we will only activate, change or cancel your subscription on Google One per your request when you give this permission.
- Customer must log into his/her Google account to manage account’s subscription.
- Customer must download and successfully install the Google One App from Google Play or Apple App Store to use the Services; or visit Google One online platform.
- By subscribing/upgrading to a Google One plan, you agree to the Google One Terms of Service. Note: The Google Privacy Policy describes how data is handled in this service.
- Some Google One features are not available in all countries or regions.
- CSL is not the supplier of the Google One Service, and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the Service, and take no responsibility to the quality of Google One service, and take no liability for any loss caused to the customer or anyone and is relating to the quality of Google One service.
- CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to amend and/or cancel these https://www.1010.com.hk/en/terms_and_conditions without prior notice. In the event of inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute, CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right of final determination.

- This Services is valid from 27 January 2023 until further notice, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
- This Services is only applicable to the existing 1O1O/csl customers who have subscribed to designated mobile service and data plans. The Services provide additional 10GB monthly mobile data to your designated mobile plan and Google One 100GB Plan (HK$58/month, rebate HK$20/month) or additional 10GB monthly mobile data to your designated mobile plan and Google One 200GB Plan (HK$68/month, rebate HK$20/month) or additional 10GB monthly mobile data to your designated mobile plan and Google One 2TB Plan (HK$98/month).

CSL cannot guarantee the continued availability on the Services; and it shall not be liable for any unavailability on the Services. If the Services is discontinued or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to the end of partnership on Google One between CSL and Google, CSL will cease providing the Services to eligible customers for the duration of the contract without any refund, compensation or prior notice.
- Bonus data will stop upon expiry of commitment period. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of that billing month. Actual speeds of data will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
- Customer must use a supported 5G handset and use within the covered zone. Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
