A: Any individual 1O1O customer who registered for service using a Hong Kong ID card can register for "86-Easy" service. Multi-user plan main number and sub-number/one-card-two-number service subscribers can also apply.

A: The monthly fee cycle is calculated in month.

Q: How do I pay for self-registration online? | |
A: The "86-Easy" service fee is included in the monthly bill. The bill display name is 86-?/86-Easy.

A: If a customer is overseas, he/she needs to connect to a wireless data or international roaming network.

Q: How do I cancel "86-Easy" service? | |
A: Simply call our customer service hotline on 2888 1010.

Q: If a customer cancels "86-Easy" service, will the mainland mobile phone number assigned be deactivated at the same time? | |
A: Yes. If "86-Easy" service is cancelled, the mainland mobile phone number allocated to the customer will be deemed to be abandoned and the customer will not be able to access any messages. Users are therefore advised to back up data and records as a matter of routine.

Q: If I cancel then re-register, can I reuse the mainland mobile phone number assigned to my initial "86-Easy" service? | |
A: When "86-Easy" service is cancelled, the mainland mobile phone number allocated will generally be regarded as abandoned. If you re-register, the system will assign a mainland mobile number randomly.

Q: Could customers use an "86-Easy" China number when registering for WeChat encounter the following problems? -The service provider may request additional information. -Service providers need existing WeChat users to go through a new account registration process called "assisted authentication". |

A: An "86-Easy" China number can register for WeChat, which may request the user to enter a name, mainland China ID number and mainland bank account information. Please contact the service provider for details.

Q: What can I do when registering for WeChat if the mobile phone number has been registered by another person? | |
A: Scenario 1: Select "Not mine, continue to register". In general, most people who have just changed their mobile phone number will choose "Not mine, continue to register". If registration is successful, the phone number and the account will be automatically unbundled before being recycled, then bound to your newly-registered micro-signal. If registration fails, you can call WeChat’s official customer service phone number 0755-83765566/0755-83767606 for help.

Q: Do I need to insert the 1O1O SIM card to use the voice-calling function? | |
A: No. You only need a mobile network or Wi-Fi to make or receive calls via the 1O1O app.

A: No. You can enter the China mainland number directly.

Q: If message storage is full, can I still make a call via the service app? | |
A: The voice call function will not be affected, even if message storage is full.

Q: Can I use "86-Easy Plus" to make calls from mainland China to Hong Kong or overseas? | |
A: This option is not yet available.

Q: Can my 86–Easy number register the mainland China's "Communication Big Data Travel Tracking Code"? | |
A: No, because the Communication Big Data Travel Tracking Code requires a physical mainland China-based SIM card and is not compatible with the 86-Easy number.
