Terms and Conditions of AI Learning Master
1. This Offer is valid from 8 July 2026 until further notice (the “Promotion Period”).
2. To subscribe to the Offer, you must be a new or existing customer of 1O1O or csl 5G monthly plan (“Designated Mobile Plan”). The Service is designed for personal use.
3. Once you subscribe to the service, you can access 1O1O or csl service application to access this service
4. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
5. 1O1O/csl customers subscribing to this service shall pay a monthly fee of (i) HK$58 for the 4 quota of AI Essay Grading Per months or (ii) HK$98 for 8 quota of AI Essay Grading Per months, subject to a minimum commitment period of 24 months or above. Upon expiry of the commitment period, the service will automatically renewed on a monthly basis at HK$58 or HK$98 until customers provide us 30 days prior notice to cancel.

7. The General Terms and Conditions of CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) apply (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/service-terms-and-conditions/) to the relationship between CSL and you in respect of the mobile service.
8. CSL reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
9. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute, decisions made by CSL will be final and binding.
Terms and Conditions for 1O1O / csl users to waive the data usage of AI Learning Master app
All users of the 1O1O / csl AI Learning Master service plan (“Users”)can enjoy wavier for local data usage provided by the registered SIM card when viewing content and/or uploading contents on the AI Learning Master app (“Apps”)in Hong Kong. For avoidance of doubt, the local data usage waiver is not applicable to data usage that incurred for downloading and updating of the Apps. The mobile data usage for viewing of video advertisement broadcasted in the Apps, accessing or downloading content from other websites (such as banner advertisement) or/and any other websites (for example, advertisement from third party) redirecting from the Apps will be deducted from your Service Plan. If customers download and/or use the AI Learning Master app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges.
a. These terms and conditions are based on the English version (if there is any Chinese version provided, it is for reference only).
b. In case of any disputes, CSL reserve the right to make the final decision.

1. 本優惠由 2026 年 7 月 8 日起生效，並持續有效至另行通知為止（「推廣期」）。
2. 申請本優惠者必須為 1O1O 或 csl 5G 月費計劃之新客戶或現有客戶（「指定流動服務計劃」）。本服務僅供個人使用，並不得作任何商業用途。
3. 客戶成功訂購本服務後，可透過 1O1O 或 csl 服務應用程式使用本服務。
4. 除非另有明確訂明，本優惠不得與任何其他推廣、折扣或優惠同時使用，亦不得轉讓、兌換現金或其他產品。
5. 1O1O / csl 客戶如訂購本服務，須按月繳付服務費：(i) 每月港幣 58 元，可享每月 4 次 AI Essay Grading 額度；或 (ii) 每月港幣 98 元，可享每月 8 次 AI Essay Grading 額度，並須受不少於 24 個月之最低承諾期規限。於承諾期屆滿後，服務將自動按月續約，並按當時適用之月費港幣 58 元或港幣 98 元繼續收費，直至客戶向我們發出不少於 30 日之事先通知以取消服務為止。

1O1O / csl 用戶數據用量豁免
1O1O / csl AI Learning Master 服務計劃之用戶（「用戶」）如於香港透過已登記之 SIM 卡於 AI Learning Master 應用程式內瀏覽內容及／或上載內容，可享本地數據用量豁免。為免生疑問，該本地數據用量豁免不適用於下載及更新應用程式所產生之數據用量。於應用程式內觀看廣告影片、從其他網站（例如橫額廣告）或從應用程式連結至之任何其他網站瀏覽、下載或存取內容所產生之流動數據用量，將按用戶之服務計劃收費。倘用戶於香港境外下載及／或使用 AI Learning Master 應用程式，可能須繳付額外漫遊數據收費。
(a) 本條款及細則以英文版本為準；如提供中文版本，中文版本僅供參考。
(b) 如有任何爭議，CSL 保留最終決定權。
