推廣條款及細則

1.)由 2026 年 4 月 10 日起至另行通知購買指定電腦及服務免費享用 AGENTICARE 工作流程及本地 LLMs 安裝服務 — 推廣條款及細則

合資格的個人客戶於推廣期內購買指定型號電腦及簽訂指定服務,可免費獲得專屬工作流程模板及本地裝置 LLMs 安裝服務(「本推廣」)。

2.)若要成為享有本推廣的合資格客戶(「合資格客戶」),您必須:(1) 於推廣期內購買指定型號電腦,並簽訂指定服務;及(2) 報名參加 AGENTICARE Workshop。

合資格客戶可免費獲得專屬工作流程模板(於 Workshop 期間由導師派發),本地裝置 LLMs 安裝服務, 合資格客戶完成 AGENTICARE Workshop 並獲取工作流程模板後,可另行預約一對一進階教學課程,以深入了解 Agentic AI 的實際應用。

3.)AGENTICARE Workshop 參與條件及安排, 課程以中文授課為主,名額有限,先到先得。

欲享本推廣,合資格客戶須於推廣期內報名並參加 AGENTICARE Workshop,並按照導師指示獲取專屬工作流程模板及相關教學。

4.)進階教學預約一對一進階教學課程僅限完成 AGENTICARE Workshop 之合資格客戶預約。每位合資格客戶僅可預約一次進階教學課程。

5.)本推廣僅適用於合資格客戶個人使用,不包括任何第三方應用或額外自定義開發。

若未能於推廣期內完成 Workshop 報名或預約,將視作自動放棄優惠資格,且客戶將不獲任何形式的補償。相關服務在任何情況下均不會重新安排。

6.服務提供AGENTICARE 服務(包括本推廣下的工作流程模板、LLMs 安裝及所有教學課程)由香港移動通訊有限公司(「我們」)提供,並受我們不時更新之服務條款及登記要求所約束。相關登記要求可包括(但不限於)客戶須提供有效之電郵地址及相關產品序號,以啟動及/或繼續享用服務。使用本推廣須遵守我們相關的條款及細則。如有任何有關 AGENTICARE 服務的查詢,請聯絡我們客戶服務。

7.)如客戶未能符合我們之登記要求(包括但不限於未有提供有效資料),或其後移除或令該等資料失效,我們有權根據服務條款暫停或終止相關服務,直至客戶再次符合相關要求為止。

8.)本推廣優惠數量有限,先到先得,送完即止。儘管本條款及細則中有任何規定,我們仍擁有全權酌情決定是否向任何客戶(無論是否合資格客戶)提供或安排相關服務。

9.)除另有說明外,本推廣不可與其他推廣或折扣優惠同時使用,且不可轉讓或兌換現金或其他產品。

10.)本推廣僅供合資格之用戶個人使用,嚴禁轉讓、轉售、委託他人、出售、交換或以其他方式處置予任何第三方。

11.)我們並非任何第三方工具之提供者。我們對 AGENTICARE 服務之任何方面(包括但不限於質素)作出任何陳述或保證,亦不會就本推廣相關事宜承擔任何責任。任何情況下均不會作出賠償。

12.)如適用,受香港移動通訊有限公司的一般服務條款(https://www.hkcsl.com/tc/service-terms-and-conditions/) 約束。

13.)我們保留隨時更改或取消本推廣及/或修訂本條款及細則之權利,恕不另行通知。

14.)凡涉及本推廣之爭議,我們之決定為最終決定。

15.)本條款及細則中英文版本如有歧義或不一致,概以英文版本為準。

Terms and Conditions

1.) From April 10, 2026 until further notice, customers who purchase designated computer models and subscribe to designated services may enjoy the AGENTICARE workflow templates and local LLM installation service free of charge (the “Promotion”).

Eligible individual customers who purchase designated computer models and subscribe to designated services during the promotion period may receive dedicated workflow templates and local-device LLM installation services free of charge (the “Promotion”).

2.) To become an eligible customer entitled to this Promotion (an “Eligible Customer”), you must: (1) purchase a designated computer model and subscribe to designated services during the promotion period; and (2) register for the AGENTICARE Workshop.

Eligible Customers may receive dedicated workflow templates (distributed by the instructor during the Workshop) and local-device LLM installation services free of charge. After completing the AGENTICARE Workshop and obtaining the workflow templates, Eligible Customers may separately make an appointment for a one-on-one advanced training session to gain a deeper understanding of the practical applications of Agentic AI.

3.) Conditions and arrangements for participation in the AGENTICARE Workshop: the Workshop will be conducted primarily in Chinese. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To enjoy this Promotion, Eligible Customers must register for and attend the AGENTICARE Workshop during the promotion period, and obtain the dedicated workflow templates and related training in accordance with the instructor’s instructions.

4.) Booking for the one-on-one advanced training session is available only to Eligible Customers who have completed the AGENTICARE Workshop. Each Eligible Customer may book the advanced training session once only.

5.) This Promotion is for the personal use of Eligible Customers only and does not include any third-party applications or additional customized development. If an Eligible Customer fails to complete the Workshop registration or appointment during the promotion period, the customer will be deemed to have automatically forfeited eligibility for the offer and will not be entitled to any form of compensation. Under no circumstances will the relevant services be rescheduled.

6.) Provision of services: AGENTICARE services, including the workflow templates, LLM installation, and all training sessions under this Promotion, are provided by Hong Kong Mobile Communications Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”) and are subject to our service terms and registration requirements as updated from time to time. The relevant registration requirements may include, without limitation, the customer providing a valid email address and relevant product serial number in order to activate and/or continue using the services. Use of this Promotion is subject to our applicable terms and conditions. For any enquiries relating to AGENTICARE services, please contact our customer service team.

7.) If a customer fails to satisfy our registration requirements, including but not limited to failure to provide valid information, or subsequently removes such information or causes it to become invalid, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the relevant services in accordance with the service terms until the customer satisfies the relevant requirements again.

8.) Offers under this Promotion are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the sole and absolute discretion to decide whether to provide or arrange the relevant services for any customer, whether or not such customer is an Eligible Customer.

9.) Unless otherwise specified, this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount offer, and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or exchanged for other products.

10.) This Promotion is for the personal use of Eligible Customers only. Transfer, resale, entrustment to others, sale, exchange, or any other disposal to any third party is strictly prohibited.

11.) We are not the provider of any third-party tools. We make no representation or warranty in relation to any aspect of the AGENTICARE services, including but not limited to their quality, and shall not bear any liability in relation to any matter arising from or in connection with this Promotion. No compensation shall be made under any circumstances.

13.) We reserve the right to change or cancel this Promotion and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

14.) In the event of any dispute relating to this Promotion, our decision shall be final.

15.) In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
