This service plan uses 5G spectrum, which is only available for designated locations with the use of compatible devices. Actual speeds customers experience will be less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, location, network conditions and other extraneous factors. In areas outside of our 5G coverage, you will be provided with a 3G and/or 4G Mobile Service.
You are required to subscribe to this Service Plan for a Commitment Period of 24/36 months. You are required to pay an Administration Fee of HK$18 per month.
1O1O Asia Pacific 5G Prestige Service Terms and Conditions:
  1. 1.The service area of APAC Service Plan (“This service plan”) only applies to Hong Kong and designated 15 Asia-Pacific regions (“Designated APAC roaming zone”).

    The Designated APAC roaming zone includes:
    Roaming Zone A: Mainland China & Macau
    Roaming Zone B: Australia, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam

  2. 2.Monthly fee $349/$459/$659 package includes 10GB/30GB/50GB for roaming data usage in Designated APAC roaming zone and Hong Kong, and 60GB/110GB/180GB for local data usage only in Hong Kong per month. Please note the actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks. The speed limit of the designated APAC roaming zone and Hong Kong roaming data thereafter is 512kbps, and thereafter charges in each Bill Cycle is $38/1GB. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited after the bill month.
  3. 3.Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to csl, 1O1O and SUN Mobile customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 SMS units ("Quota"). Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. Within the monthly Quota, you can enjoy a special rate for sending any Inter-network SMS at $0.3 per SMS and International SMS at $2 per SMS. The Inter-network SMS and International SMS will be counted towards the Quota. If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per Intra-network SMS; $0.6 per Inter-network SMS; and $2 per International SMS. Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS and each SMS will be charged.
  4. 4.Data Roaming Day Pass (exclude Designated APAC roaming zone) will be provided to you on your subscription to this Service Plan. Data Roaming Day Pass consists of two types of data roaming services: i) Data Roaming Day Pass (HK$138-$178 per day) and ii) Top-up Pass. You understand and agree that you must pay the Data Roaming Day Pass daily fee or Top-up Pass fee upon your use of data roaming usage at applicable roaming destinations.   5. 5.This Service Plan is not applicable to any Prepaid SIM Cards, Multi-Number Services, JustOne Card (China Mobile), 1-FOR-ALL Service Plan, Multi Device Service Plan and other mobile numbers as from time to time advised by us.
  6. 6.5G Data Roaming Service: 5G Data Roaming Service is only applicable to 1O1O 5G service plan customers or 1O1O service plan customers who are enabled to access to 1O1O 5G network service. Customer must register and activate IDD, roaming service, data roaming day pass, and use designated compatible 5G device with specified system version in order to use 5G roaming in designated areas with designated networks.   7. 7.5G Data Roaming service may not completely cover all locations within the periphery, depending on performance of 5G networks run by local operators. Roaming service will automatically switch to 4.5G LTE, or other technologies, in locations not covered by a 5G network.
  8. 8.This Service Plan is subject to the terms and conditions of our Mobile Service Agreement and the terms and conditions of any third party suppliers.
  9. 9.To earn Clubpoints, you must be a member of The Club. The Clubpoints will be credited to your The Club account at once within two weeks and provided that the service is still active, subject to terms and conditions of Club HKT Limited. For details, please visit https://www.theclub.com.hk.
  10. 10.Thereafter charge for MMS: $2 each. Unless otherwise stated, the usage included in the service plan is only applicable to local usage and can only be used within the billing month. The balance cannot be rolled over to the next bill month and will be canceled in the billing month.

  • 1.The promotional period of free trial MOOV 24 bit Music Service ("Promotion") is from June 5, 2020 until further notice.
  • 2.1O1O customer is eligible to get two months free trial of MOOV 24 bit Music Service ("Service") for free when you purchase designated 5G monthly service plan and the customer can enjoy a special offer to subscribe MOOV 24 bit Music Service at HK$68 per month after the free trial. Service automatically renew until cancelled. If you do not agree to continue subscribe the service after free trial, 7 days prior notice is required before the end of free trial period. If you do not agree to receive free trial service, you need to notify the sales staff when purchasing the designated monthly service plan.
  • 3.The above promotion is only eligible to new MOOV 24 bit Music Service subscribers who purchased designated 1O1O 5G monthly service plan with designated commitment period, existing service subscribers are excluded.
  • 4.MOOV 24 bit Music Service is limited to personal use only via customer's handset. Any public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed. CSL Mobile Limited ("1O1O") reserves the right to take legal action.

MOOV Music Service (“MOOV”)and its content, the app, and the website are provided by MOOV (Hong Kong) Limited. The use of MOOV service and charge are subject to the MOOV terms and conditions (https://general.moov.hk/tnc/eventtnc.html). Starting from 17 November 2023, all users of the 1O1O service plan can enjoy waiving data usage and related charges incurred when streaming MOOV content on the MOOV app. However, the data waving does not include browsing, downloading, and updating the applications mentioned above. To avoid confusion, the data exemption does not apply from other websites (such as banner ads), or from any other websites targeted within the app mentioned above (such as third-party ads). The data usage derived from browsing or downloading content within the apps will be deducted from your 1O1O data service plan. If customers download and/or use the MOOV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges. All programming on MOOV is limited to personal use only in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed. MOOV music streaming quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location, and network coverage and performance. CSL Mobile Limited is not a content provider and does not make any representations or warranties as to its quality. = The Offer starts on 17 May, 2022 until further notice. Two months’ waiver of fees for Restart 3.0 Handset Switch Service (“Restart Service”) is applicable only to designated customers subscribing to a designated 5G service plan at any csl or 1O1O outlet (except online such as at Club Shopping).
