Terms and Conditions – Redemption of Now TV News Pack 12-month Pass (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) (these “Terms and Conditions”) 

  1. Customers can use the Now TV News Pack 12-month Pass activation code (“Code”) to redeem the News Pack 12-month Pass (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) (“Pass”) service only through the Now TV Website (https://s.nowtv.hk/redeem-code). 
  2. The Code is valid until 30 June 2026, failing which the Code will expire. 
  3. The Pass will be effective immediately after the customer successfully redeems the Code and the Pass is valid for 12 months after activation. 
  4. Each Code can only be used once. Now TV Limited shall not be liable for invalidation or loss of any Code. 
  5. All programs and content are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or organiser. Dates and times of all programs and events may be subject to change from time to time, so please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and/or organiser for the latest information. Please note that Now TV Limited cannot guarantee the continued availability of the content, channels, program and/or services on the Now TV services for the entire duration of your Pass subscription; the channel line-up and programming on the Now TV Services, and hours of broadcast of any channel or program are subject to change from time to time. Now TV Limited shall not be liable for any failure, unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any matches, content, channels and/or program. 
  6. Once purchased, subscribed, redeemed, or otherwise used, there will be no refund or change for any Code, Pass or any other Now TV packs/service plans. 
  7. To access the Now TV services and the Pass by using the Now Apps (Now TV App on compatible mobile devices and/or specific smart televisions) and the Now TV Website on compatible computer operating systems, browsers and applications, you must have a Now ID. Customer may create a Now ID by providing a Hong Kong mobile number and by following the instructions on the Now TV App or the Now TV Website. If (a) a customer has an existing Now ID and would like to use the Pass under the existing Now ID, such a customer must log-in with the existing Now ID prior to redeeming the Pass by using the Code; or , provided that such Now ID did not register with any Now TV services with a Set-Top Box; (b) a customer has a mobile number registered for Netvigator, csl, 1O1O and/or Club Sim services and would like to use the Pass under the same mobile number, the customer must create or otherwise log-in to his/her Now ID using the same mobile number that registered for such services, and are subject to the restrictions stated in clauses 9, 10 & 11 below. 
  8. The Pass may only be used in Hong Kong S.A.R. and for private purposes. It is strictly prohibited to and a material violation of these terms and conditions if any person accesses, uses or watches the content of the Pass outside Hong Kong S.A.R. or for non-private/commercial purposes. 
  9. The Code and the Pass, respectively, are not applicable to a customer with a Now ID that has registered and connected with any Now TV services with a Set-Top Box 
  10. The Code and the Pass, are not applicable to a customer who has already subscribed to Now TV News Pack (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) or (with a Now TV Set-Top Box). 
  11. The Code and the Pass, respectively, cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or resold; and will not be replaced if damaged. 
  12. Your use of the Code, the Pass and the Now TV services, respectively, are subject to your acceptance of the relevant terms and conditions. The Pass and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong S.A.R. 
  13. Now TV is provided by Now TV Limited and is available in designated areas only. Now TV is a registered trademark of the HKT Group. Now TV Limited reserves the right to cancel the Code, the Pass and amend these Terms and Conditions, the Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now TV App/Website Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide, Terms and Conditions – Now TV Activation Codes and Now TV Passes (without Set-Top Box), and Now TV Contract/Now TV Application Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Now TV Limited shall be final. 
  14. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. 

 

Terms and Conditions for 1O1O users to waive the data usage of Now E and Now TV app 

  1. Starting from 14 July 2023, all users of the 1O1O monthly service plan (“Users”)can enjoy wavier for local data usage provided by the registered SIM card when streaming Now E videos content and/or Now TV video contents and browsing on the Now E app and/or Now TV app (“Apps”)in Hong Kong. For avoidance of doubt, the local data usage waiver is not applicable to data usage that incurred for downloading and updating of the Apps. The mobile data usage for viewing of video advertisement broadcasted in the Apps , accessing or downloading content from other websites (such as banner advertisement) or/and any other websites (for example, advertisement from third party) redirecting from the Apps will be deducted from your Service Plan. If customers download and/or use the Now E app and/or Now TV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges. 
  2. All programming on Now E and Now TV can only be used in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the content is for private viewing in Hong Kong only by the Users. It cannot be publicly or commercially displayed or played. 
  3. This service is subject to the relevant charging terms and conditions of Now E and Now TV. 
  4. The image quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location, and network coverage and performance. 
  5. Now E, the app, and the website are provided by PCCW Media Limited, while the content of Now E is provided by PCCW Media Limited and third-party content providers. The use of Now E is subject to the Now E terms and conditions (https://www.nowe.hk/tnc/service). 
  6. "Now TV" only plays certain specific channels and programs. Please refer to the "Now TV" terms and conditions (please visit http://nowplayer.now.com/tnc). Please note that the viewing of any channel, program, and/or content on the Now TV service can be canceled at any time without prior notice. The Now TV app is only suitable for mobile devices with iOS 7.0 or above and Android 4.0 or above, with original and unmodified operating systems. 
  7. CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL") is not a content provider and does not make any representations or warranties as to its quality. It also does not assume any responsibility for any matters arising from or related to it. 
  8. These terms and conditions are based on the English version (if there is any Chinese version provided, it is for reference only). 
  9. In case of any disputes, CSL and PCCW Media Limited reserve the right to make the final decision. 

*Now TV will broadcast all Premier League matches in Hong Kong exclusively on pay TV for the seasons of 2023/24 to 2024/25. Designated matches will be delivered in 4K per season. Customers must subscribe to the 4K connection service in order to view the 4K version of the channels that they have subscribed (including matches in 4K resolution). Now TV will also broadcast LaLiga matches in Hong Kong on pay TV for the coming three seasons, from 2023/2024 to 2025/2026. Please note that Now TV cannot guarantee live broadcast of all matches of each LaLiga seasons. UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Europa Conference League, Serie A, Ligue 1, Bundesliga and Formula One® are provided by beIN SPORTS. All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. The dates and times of all aforementioned matches and sporting events may be subject to change from time to time, please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and event organizers for the latest information.

  1. Now TV 國際新聞組合12個月通行證啟動代碼（「代碼」）只適用於Now TV 網站(https://s.nowtv.hk/redeem-code)兌換。客戶成功兌換代碼可享國際新聞組合12個月通行證 (不連機頂盒) （「通行證」）服務。 
  2. 代碼必須於2026年6月30日前使用，否則代碼將失效。 
  3. 通行證將於客戶成功兌換代碼後即時生效。通行證於啟動後12個月內有效。 
  4. 每個代碼只限使用一次。Now TV Limited不會就任何代碼失效或遺失負責。 
  5. 所有節目及內容取決於主辦單位及/或權利持有人的取消及/或暫停。節目日期及時間可能會不時變更，請參閱主辦單位及/或權利持有人官方最新公佈。請務必須知本公司並不能確保您所訂購Now TV服務的內容、頻道、節目及或服務於您的通行證訂購期內會持續播放或提供，及Now TV 服務的頻道內容及節目、以及任何頻道或節目的播出時間可能會不時更改。 Now TV Limited不對任何賽事、內容、頻道及/或節目的播放故障、未能供應或播放延遲承擔責任。

  7. 客戶必須擁有 Now ID以透過Now 應用程式(包括透過網絡串流於特定流動裝置或特定智能電視的「Now TV 應用程式」) 和 透過於特定電腦運作系統、瀏覽器及應用程式的Now TV 網站以使用 Now TV 服務及通行證。客戶可以透過香港手機號碼並按照 Now TV 應用程式及 Now TV 網站上的指示建立 Now ID，如果 (a) 客戶已擁有Now ID 並希望透過現有的 Now ID使用通行證，客戶必須先登錄現有的Now ID，或前提為該 Now ID 並未曾註冊任何 Now TV (連機頂盒) 服務，然後使用代碼兌換通行證; (b)客戶擁有已註冊的網上行、csl、1O1O 和/或 Club Sim 服務計劃的香港手機號碼，並且希望使用相同的手機號碼使用通行證，則必須使用與註冊此類服務相同的手機號碼建立或登入Now ID，並須受以下第9、10及11條款的限制所約束。

1O1O用戶使用Now E及Now TV app豁免流動數據用量條款及細則 

  1. 由2023年7月14號起，所有1O1O月費服務計劃用戶(「用戶」)透過註冊SIM卡提供的本地流動數據，可豁免於香港地區內使用Now E 應用程式內瀏覽及串流觀看Now E 影片及/或Now TV app內瀏覽及串流觀看Now TV 影片時所產生之流動數據用量。但流動數據豁免並不包括於上述兩個程式下載及更新應用程式所產生之數據內容。為免生疑問, 流動數據豁免並不適用於觀看Now E 應用程式及Now TV app內所播放的視頻廣告、從其他網站（例如橫幅廣告）或/和從重上述兩個程式內定向的任何其他網站（例如，來自第三方的廣告）, 而所衍生之流動數據使用量將會從您的數據服務計劃中扣除。如客戶在海外下載及/或使用Now E 應用程式及/或Now TV app，或需另行支付有關之漫遊數據費用。 
  2. Now E 及Now TV app上的所有節目內容只限用戶於香港地區內及私人觀看，不得作任何公開或商業用途放映或播放。 
  3. Now E及Now TV 受其收費條款約束。 
  4. 影像素質取決於客戶的流動裝置、服務地點及網路覆蓋及表現。 
  5. Now E、應用程式及網站由電訊盈科媒體有限公司提供，而 Now E 之內容則由電訊盈科媒體有限公司及第三方內容供應商提供，Now E 的使用受並 Now E 條款和條件的約束(詳情可於 https://www.nowe.hk/tnc/service 上瀏覽)。
