Delight in a meticulously crafted menu that combined the season’s most coveted, plump hairy crabs with authentic Minnan flavors, featuring the refreshing Yongchun Aged Vinegar Hairy Crab Terrine, the timeless Steamed Hairy Crab, and the rich Xiamen-Style ""Popiah"" with Hairy Crab Roe. The culinary journey continues with our luxurious Braised Tofu with Hairy Crab Roe and Scallop and the perfectly textured Wok-Fried Hairy Crab Roe with Crispy Rice Noodles.
