合資格客戶可於推廣期（定義如下）內透過由我們HKT CSP Limited（「My HKT」）提供的此預訂網站（「指定預訂網站」）登記預訂2026指定手機（「指定手機」）（「此推廣」）。受相關的條款及細則約束。
條款及細則
1. 於指定預訂網站登記預訂指定手機的時段由2026年9月12日晚上20時起至2026年10月31日晚上23時59分（或我們指定的其他時段），包括首尾兩日（「推廣期」）。
2. 預訂指定手機只適用於以下合資格客戶（各為一位「合資格客戶」）:
· 續約或升級客戶：
o 指定1O1O、csl、Club Sim、網上行、Now TV或HKT家居電話服務的現有客戶（各為一個「合資格賬戶」），於推廣期內預訂指定手機，並於升級或續約時選用承諾期不少於24個月的指定1O1O、csl、網上行、Now TV或HKT家居電話服務計劃（各為一個「指定續約計劃」）。
o 每名合資格客戶（以香港身分證號碼或商業登記號碼計算）只可就其每個指定續約計劃預訂一部指定手機，而所有指定續約計劃總共可預訂最多四部指定手機。
· 新客戶：
o 指定1O1O、csl、網上行、Now TV或HKT家居電話服務的新客戶，於推廣期內預訂指定手機，並選用承諾期不少於24個月的指定1O1O、csl、網上行、Now TV或HKT家居電話服務計劃（「指定新上台計劃」）。
o 每名合資格客戶（以香港身份證號碼或商業登記號碼計算）只可就其每個指定新上台計劃預訂一部指定手機，而所有指定新上台計劃總共最多可預訂四部指定手機。
· 預訂淨手機的客戶：
o 指定1O1O、csl、網上行、Now TV或HKT家居電話服務的現有客戶，於推廣期內以2026淨機通行證（「淨機通行證」）預訂淨指定手機。
o 每名合資格客戶可憑每個淨機通行證預訂一部指定手機。有關淨機通行證的條款及細則請參閱：https://www.hkcsl.com/zh_HK/2026-prestigepass-tnc。
3. 儘管有本條款及細則的任何規定以及與本預訂相關的任何其他規定，我們和/或相關HKT集團成員（定義見下文）保留對任何與本預訂相關的（包括但不限於優先購買指定手機的權利）爭議的最終決定權。
4. 合資格客戶成功預訂指定手機後將會收到確認短訊及電郵。當指定手機到貨時，我們將透過另一個確認短訊通知合資格客戶指定手機的購買方法、日期、時間及地點。合資格客戶請確保提供準確的聯絡電話號碼及電郵地址。
5. 合資格客戶須於確認短訊及/或電郵內指定的購買日期、時間及地點親身購買指定手機，並需出示有效身份證明文件以供核對。就持有淨機通行證的合資格客戶而言，指定手機將由CSL Mobile Limited（「CSL」）供應。就其他合資格客戶而言，指定手機將由指定新上台計劃或指定續訂計劃的服務供應商供應（視情況而定），該服務供應商可能是CSL、Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited（「HKT」）或Now TV Limited（「Now TV」）（每方為「HKT集團成員」）。
6. 合資格客戶若未能於指定期間成功（i）購買指定手機；或（ii）續約或升級至指定續約計劃；或（iii）簽訂指定新上台計劃，合資格客戶將被視為放棄預訂。購買指定手機前，合資格客戶需先繳付合資格賬戶的任何逾期付款。為減少客戶等候時間，指定手機會在購買前被預先啟動。
7. 成功登記的預訂只限合資格客戶使用，不可轉讓。
8. 登記預訂一經確認，合資格客戶不可更改任何預訂內容。如要更新任何內容，合資格客戶需取消並重新預訂，我們將根據新的預訂時間處理預訂。
9. 合資格客戶可以在任何時候取消預訂，不會產生任何費用或責任。
10. 我們有權提前通知，更改合資格客戶選擇的購買方法及地點。
11. 購買指定手機須遵守相關HKT集團成員的相關條款及條件。詳情請瀏覽HKT集團成員的網頁：

12. 除非另有說明，此推廣不可與任何其他促銷或折扣優惠同時使用，且不可轉讓或兌換現金或其他產品。
13. 指定手機的預計到貨日期僅供參考。指定手機之供應視乎供應商提供的貨量而定。我們及HKT集團成員並不以任何方式保證合資格客戶能夠成功購買指定手機，也無法確定指定手機的相關供貨日期。
14. 我們及HKT集團成員不是任何指定手機的供應商或製造商。我們及HKT集團成員對任何指定手機的任何事宜（包括但不限於其品質）不作任何陳述或保證，並且不以任何方式對與其有關的任何事項承擔責任，在任何情況下均不予賠償。
15. 我們及/或任何HKT集團成員保留隨時更改或取消此推廣和/或修改本條款及細則和/或修改有關登記預訂或購買指定手機的相關條款及細則的權利，恕不另行通知。
16. 若本條款及細則的英文版及中文版有差異或不一致，則以英文版為準。如有與此推廣（包括但不限於與預訂或購買指定手機相關的）相關的任何爭議，我們及/或任何HKT集團成員保留最終決定權。
2026指定手机预订
合资格客户可于推广期（定义如下）内透过由我们HKT CSP Limited（「My HKT」）提供的此预订网站（「指定预订网站」）登记预订2026指定手机（「指定手机」）（「此推广」）。 受相关的条款及细则约束。
条款及细则
1. 于指定预订网站登记预订指定手机的时段由2026年9月12日晚上20时起至2026年10月31日晚上23时59分（或我们指定的其他时段），包括首尾两日（「推广期」）。

· 续约或升级客户：

o 每名合资格客户（以香港身份证号码或商业登记号码计算）只可就其每个指定新上台计划预订一部指定手机，而所有指定新上台计划总共最多可预订四部指定手机。
· 预订净手机的客户：
o 指定1O1O、csl、网上行、Now TV或HKT家居电话服务的现有客户，于推广期内以22026净机通行证（「净机通行证」）预订净指定手机。
o 每名合资格客户可凭每个净机通行证预订一部指定手机。有关净机通行证的条款及细则请参阅：https://www.hkcsl.com/zh_CN/2026-prestigepass-tnc。
3. 尽管有本条款及细则的任何规定以及与本预订相关的任何其他规定，我们和/或相关HKT集团成员（定义见下文）保留对任何与本预订相关的（包括但不限于优先购买指定手机的权利）争议的最终决定权。
4. 合资格客户成功预订指定手机后将会收到确认短讯及电邮。 当指定手机到货时，我们将透过另一个确认短讯通知合资格客户指定手机的购买方法、日期、时间及地点。 合资格客户请确保提供准确的联络电话号码及电邮地址。
5. 合资格客户须于确认短讯及/或电邮内指定的购买日期、时间及地点亲身购买指定手机，并需出示有效身份证明文件以供核对。 就持有净机通行证的合资格客户而言，指定手机将由CSL Mobile Limited（「CSL」）供应。 就其他合资格客户而言，指定手机将由指定新上台计划或指定续订计划的服务供应商供应（视情况而定），该服务供应商可能是CSL、Hong Kong Telecommunications （HKT） Limited（「HKT」）或Now TV Limited（「Now TV」）（每方为「HKT集团成员」）。
6. 合资格客户若未能于指定期间成功（i）购买指定手机; 或（ii）续约或升级至指定续约计划; 或（iii）签订指定新上台计划，合资格客户将被视为放弃预订。 购买指定手机前，合资格客户需先缴付合资格账户的任何逾期付款。 为减少客户等候时间，指定手机会在购买前被预先启动。

14. 我们及HKT集团成员不是任何指定手机的供应商或制造商。 我们及HKT集团成员对任何指定手机的任何事宜（包括但不限于其质量）不作任何陈述或保证，并且不以任何方式对与其有关的任何事项承担责任，在任何情况下均不予赔偿。
15. 我们及/或任何HKT集团成员保留随时更改或取消此推广和/或修改本条款及细则和/或修改有关登记预订或购买指定手机的相关条款及细则的权利，恕不另行通知。
16. 若本条款及细则的英文版及中文版有差异或不一致，则以英文版为准。 如有与此推广（包括但不限于与预订或购买指定手机相关的）相关的任何争议，我们及/或任何HKT集团成员保留最终决定权。
2026 Designated Handset Preorder
Eligible customers may register to preorder a 2026 Designated Handset (a “Designated Handset”) on this preorder portal (“Designated Preorder Portal”) provided by us, HKT CSP Limited (“My HKT”) between the Promotion Period (as defined below) (this “Promotion”). Relevant terms and conditions apply.
Terms and Conditions
1. The registration period to preorder a Designated Handset on this Designated Preorder Portal is between 20:00 on 12 September 2026 and 23:59 on 31 October 2026 (or such other period as we may advise), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. Preorder of a Designated Handset is only applicable to the below eligible customers (each an “Eligible Customer”):
· Renewal or Upgrade customers:
o An existing customer of designated 1O1O, csl, Club Sim, NETVIGATOR, Now TV or HKT Home Phone service (each an “Eligible Account”) who preorders a Designated Handset during the Promotion Period and select to renew or upgrade to a designated 1O1O, csl, NETVIGATOR, Now TV or HKT Home Phone service plan with not less than 24-month commitment period (each a “Designated Renewal Plan”).
o Each Eligible Customer (as counted by Hong Kong identity card number or business registration number) can only preorder one (1) Designated Handset under each Designated Renewal Plan, but up to four (4) Designated Handsets for all Designated Renewal Plans.
· New customers:
o A new customer of designated 1O1O, csl, NETVIGATOR, Now TV or HKT Home Phone service who preorders a Designated Handset during the Promotion Period and select to subscribe to a designated 1O1O, csl, NETVIGATOR, Now TV or HKT Home Phone service with not less than 24-month commitment period (each a “Designated New Plan”).
o Each Eligible Customer (as counted by Hong Kong identity card number or business registration number) can only preorder one (1) Designated Handset under each Designated New Plan, but up to four (4) Designated Handsets for all Designated New Plans.
· Preorder standalone handset customers:
o An existing customer of designated 1O1O, csl, NETVIGATOR, Now TV or HKT Home Phone service who preorders a standalone Designated Handset during the Promotion Period with a 2026 Handset Prestige Pass (“Prestige Pass”).
o Each Eligible Customer can order one (1) Designated Handset with each Prestige Pass. For the terms and conditions of Prestige Pass, please visit https://www.hkcsl.com/2026-prestigepass-tnc.
3. Notwithstanding any provisions of these Terms and Conditions and any other provisions relating to this preorder, we and/or the relevant HKT Gorup Member(s) (as defined below) reserve(s) the right of final determination in the event of any dispute in connection with this preorder (including but not limited with the priority of right over being able to purchase a Designated Handset).
4. Eligible Customer will receive a confirmation SMS and email after successfully preordering of a Designated Handset. When the Designated Handset becomes available, we will notify the Eligible Customer the method, date, time and location to purchase the Designated Handset with another confirmation SMS. Eligible customer should make sure the contact telephone number and email address provided are accurate.
5. Eligible Customer is required to purchase the Designated Handset in person with valid identity proof (for verification purpose) according to the method, date, time and location specified in the confirmation SMS and/or email. For Prestige Pass holder, the Designated Handset will be supplied by CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”). For other Eligible Customers, the Designated Handset will be supplied to them by the service provider of the Designated New Plan or Designated Renewal Plan (as the case maybe), which may be CSL, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“HKT”) or Now TV Limited (“Now TV”) (each a “HKT Group Member”).
6. Eligible Customer will be deemed to have given up the preorder if the Eligible Customer does not successfully within the specified period (i) purchase the Designated Handset; or (ii) renew or upgrade to a Designated Renewal Plan; or (iii) subscribe to a Designated New Plan. Prior to purchasing the Designated Handset, Eligible Customer should settle any outstanding payment of the Eligible Account. The Designated Handset will be activated in advance to shorten the waiting time of customers.
7. A successfully registered preorder is non-transferrable and can only be used by the Eligible Customer.
8. An Eligible Customer cannot make any changes to the preorder details once the preorder is confirmed. Eligible Customer must cancel and preorder again if the Eligible Customer wants to update any preorder details. The sequence of handling the preorder will be based on the time of the latest preorder.
9. An Eligible Customer can cancel the preorder any time without any cost or liability.
10. We reserve the right to change the method or location of purchase an Eligible Customer has chosen at any time with prior notice.
11. Purchase of the Designated Handset is subject to relevant terms and conditions of the relevant HKT Group Member. For details, please visit the websites of relevant HKT Group Member:

12. Unless otherwise stated, this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and is non- exchangeable for cash or other products.
13. Estimated delivery date of Designated Handset is for reference only. Supply of Designated Handsets is dependent on stock provided by suppliers. We and the HKT Group Members do not in any way guarantee that any Eligible Customer will be able to successfully purchase a Designated Handset, nor are we or the HKT Group Members able to confirm the date of Designated Handsets becoming available.
14. We and the HKT Group Members are not the supplier or manufacturer of any Designated Handsets. We and the HKT Group Members make no representation or guarantee to any aspect of any Designated Handsets (including but not limited to their quality) and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation thereto. No compensation shall be forthcoming under any circumstances.
15. We and/or any of the HKT Group Members reserve(s) the right to vary or cancel this Promotion and/or amend these Terms and Conditions and/or to amend any terms and conditions governing the preorder or purchase of the Designated Handset at any time without notice.
16. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute in relation to this Promotion (including but not limited to those relating to the preorder or purchase of Designated Handset), our and/or any of the HKT Group Members’ decisions shall be final.
