Now TV Services Additional Terms & Conditions

Upon subscription to any service plans under Now TV services with Junior Signature Pack, Asia Signature Pack+ and Western Signature Pack+ services as mentioned in items 1 – 3 above, (1) Now TV will send an SMS notification about Disney+ service redemption to the customer’s registered mobile number on the relevant service plan effective date. To activate Disney+ service, the customers are required to complete the activation process by entering the required information at Disney+ website (https://www.disneyplus.com) through the designated activation link provided by Now TV. Customers may follow the instructions via SMS, or complete the activation process on https://nowtv.hk/nowtv-disneyplus; (2) Now TV will send a SMS notification about HBO Max service redemption to the customer’s registered mobile number on the relevant service plan effective date. To activate the HBO Max service, the customer is required to complete the activation process by entering the required information at HBO Max website through the designated activation link provided by Now TV. Customers may follow the instructions via SMS; customers may also complete the activation process on http://www.nowtv.now.com/nowtv-hbomax.

The commitment period, the relevant validity period of such pack/plan or the subscription period of the relevant service plans (as the case may be) will commence on the date on which the SMS is sent out, regardless of when the activation of Disney+ service or HBO Max service is completed.

Subscription fees of the service plans under items 1 – 3 above do not include Now TV Set-Top Box HD/4K connection, Now TV Set-Top-Box rental services and the relevant fees. Service plans (without a Now TV Set-Top-Box) or service plans not applicable to Now TV Set-Top Box services are not applicable to a Now TV customer with a Now ID who has registered and connected with a Now TV Set-Top Box, and its content cannot be watched on a Now TV Set-Top Box under the relevant subscription. Existing Now TV customers with the same Now ID who are currently subscribing to certain Now TV Packs services are not eligible to subscribe to certain service plans under items 1-3. Any termination of your subscription to a service plan with Junior Signature Pack, Asia Signature Pack+ and Western Signature Pack+, will also terminate your relevant entitlement to the Disney+ service and HBO Max service under such a service plan.

Now TV customers may enjoy Now TV services through a Now TV Set-Top Box (if applicable), Now TV app (including Now TV App on mobile or designated Smart TV) and Now TV Website. A customer must provide an email address or mobile number for the purposes of creating and/or logging into the customer’s Now ID account in order to watch Now TV program content. All program content is subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organisers. Dates and times of all programs, content and events may be subject to change from time to time. For all services plan and offer details, please inquire with Now TV sales staff. Now TV Limited reserves the right to change or terminate the offers and/or the relevant service plans under items 1 – 3 above and amend all related terms and conditions at any time without further notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Now TV Limited shall be final.

HBO Max content and features may differ when accessed via a Now TV Set-top Box and Now TV apps due to technical device limitations. HBO Max content under HBO Max app is not available on Huawei devices.

In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Disney+ Standard/ Disney+ Premium Monthly Plan

This Disney+ Standard/ Disney+ Premium Monthly Plan (each and collectively, a “Disney+ Monthly Plan”) is only available for subscription via the Now TV website at https://www.nowtv.now.com/get-started (the “Now TV Website”). The Disney+ Monthly Plan is a month-to-month subscription plan to Disney+ Standard or Disney+ Premium service subscribed via Now TV. The monthly upfront subscription fees are, respectively, (i) HK$81 per month for Disney+ Standard Monthly Plan (stream on up to two (2) devices at a time)* and (ii) HK$99 per month for Disney+ Premium Monthly Plan (stream on up to four (4) devices at a time)*.  The Disney+ Monthly Plan includes a subscription to the Disney+ Standard or Disney+ Premium service (as applicable) provided by The Walt Disney Company (Hong Kong) Limited during the subscription period of the Disney+ Monthly Plan. The content and services of Disney+ are only available on Disney+ app and Disney+ website (www.disneyplus.com), and not on the Now TV services. The Disney+ Monthly Plan will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis until we receive a timely and valid termination request from you at least forty-eight (48) hours before the expiry of your current subscription. If you do not timely and validly submit a termination request (as described above), your subscription to the Disney+ Monthly Plan will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis at the prevailing monthly rate on the day after the expiry of your current subscription. If you subscribe to service plan under Now TV Service without a Now TV Set-Top Box, you may watch live or on demand content via Now TV Apps/Website on no more than two (2) compatible electronic devices simultaneously; if you subscribe to service plan under Now TV Service with a Now TV Set-Top Box, you may watch live or on demand content via Now TV Apps/Website or a Now TV Set-Top Box on no more than three (3) compatible electronic devices simultaneously (provided that one of which shall be a Now TV Set-Top Box).

Disney+ Account Activation / Registration Flow​

Click on the activation link provided in the SMS to login with Now ID to proceed with the activation. If you have not received the confirmation SMS, login to “My Account” via the Now TV website or Now TV app (mobile only) and locate the “Activate Now” button under “Subscription Details & Renewal Dates” next to your relevant service plan with Disney+ service. Click it, then proceed with the instructions outlined in step 3 below.

Click on “Activate Disney+ service” to be redirected to the Disney+ website.

#Terms and Conditions for 1O1O / csl / Club Sim Sim users to waive the data usage of Now E and Now TV app

  1. Starting from 14 July 2023, all users of the 1O1O / csl / Club Sim Sim monthly service plan (“Users”)can enjoy wavier for local data usage provided by the registered SIM card when streaming Now E videos content and/or Now TV video contents and browsing on the Now E app and/or Now TV app (“Apps”)in Hong Kong. For avoidance of doubt, the local data usage waiver is not applicable to data usage that incurred for downloading and updating of the Apps. The mobile data usage for viewing of video advertisement broadcasted in the Apps, accessing or downloading content from other websites (such as banner advertisement) or/and any other websites (for example, advertisement from third party) redirecting from the Apps will be deducted from your Service Plan. If customers download and/or use the Now E app and/or Now TV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges.
  2. All programming on Now E and Now TV app can only be used in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the content is for private viewing in Hong Kong only by the Users. It cannot be publicly or commercially displayed or played.
  3.  This service is subject to the relevant charging terms and conditions of Now E and Now TV.
  4. The image quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location, and network coverage and performance.
  5. Now E, the app, and the website are provided by Now TV Limited, while the content of Now E is provided by Now TV Limited and third-party content providers. The use of Now E is subject to the Now E terms and conditions (https://www.nowe.hk/tnc/service).
  6. "Now TV app" only plays certain specific channels and programs. Please refer to the "Now TV app" terms and conditions (please visit http://nowplayer.now.com/tnc). Please note that the viewing of any channel, program, and/or content on the Now TV app service can be canceled at any time without prior notice. The Now TV app is only suitable for mobile devices with iOS 7.0 or above and Android 4.0 or above, with original and unmodified operating systems.

「Disney+ 標準/ Disney+ 高級」月費計劃

訂購Now TV 服務不連機頂盒只可在最多兩(2)部兼容裝置上同時於Now TV 應用程式/網站觀看直播或自選Now TV節目影片; 但如訂購Now TV 服務連機頂盒則可在最多三(3)部兼容裝置上於Now TV 應用程式/網站或Now TV機頂盒同時觀看直播或自選Now TV節目影片 (其中之一部裝置為Now TV機頂盒）。

Disney+ 賬戶啟動/ 登記步驟:

1.開啟短訊內提供的啟動連結，以 Now ID 登入並繼續啟動帳戶程序。如未能收取短訊，您亦可於 Now TV 網站或應用程式（僅限流動裝置） 登入「我的賬戶」，在「訂購詳情及續訂日期」中找到 Disney+ 服務計劃旁的「立即啟動」按鍵，按下後依照下列步驟 3 的指示進行啟動程序。

2.按「啟動 Disney+ 服務」將跳轉至 Disney+ 網站。

3.到達 Disney+ 網站 (https://www.disneyplus.com)後，按照其頁面上的指示輸入相關資料，以完成 Disney+ 賬戶登記及啟動 Disney+ 服務。

HBO Max 帳戶啟動/ 登記步驟:

1.點擊由Now TV 發出的啟動短訊 (SMS) 內的連結 (https://www.nowtv.now.com/nowtv-hbomax) 或於Now TV 網站內「我的賬戶」 按「啟動HBO Max帳戶」

2.使用 Now ID 登入

3.進入連結後按下「啟動HBO Max帳戶」

4.按HBO Max 應用程式/ 網站內的指示輸入相關資料以完成HBO Max賬戶啟動/登記

#有關1O1O / csl / Club Sim 用户使用Now E及Now TV 應用程式豁免流動數據用量條款及細則

  1.  由2023年7月14日起，所有1O1O / csl / Club Sim月費服務計劃用户(「用户」)透過註冊SIM卡提供的本地流動數據，可豁免於香港地區內使用Now E 應用程式內瀏覽及串流觀看Now E 影片及/或Now TV 應用程式內瀏覽及串流觀看Now TV 影片時所產生之流動數據用量。但流動數據豁免並不包括於上述兩個程式下載及更新應用程式所產生之數據內容。為免生疑問, 流動數據豁免並不適用於觀看Now E 應用程式及Now TV 應用程式內所播放的視頻廣告、從其他網站（例如橫幅廣告）或/和從重上述兩個程式內定向的任何其他網站（例如，來自第三方的廣告）, 而所衍生之流動數據使用量將會從您的數據服務計劃中扣除。如客戶在海外下載及/或使用Now E 應用程式及/或Now TV 應用程式，或需另行支付有關之漫遊數據費用。
  2. Now E 及Now TV 應用程式上的所有節目內容只限用户於香港地區內及私人觀看，不得作任何公開或商業用途放映或播放。
  3. Now E及Now TV 受其收費條款約束。
  4. 影像素質取決於客戶的流動裝置、服務地點及網路覆蓋及表現。
  5. Now E、應用程式及網站由Now TV Limited提供，而 Now E 之內容則由Now TV Limited及第三方內容供應商提供，Now E 的使用受並 Now E 條款和條件的約束(詳情可於 https://www.nowe.hk/tnc/service 上瀏覽)。
  6. 「Now TV 應用程式」只播放部份特定頻道及節目，受「Now TV 應用程式」條款及條件 (請瀏覽網頁 http://nowplayer.now.com/tnc)約束。請注意閣下於 Now TV 應用程式服務任何頻道， 節目及/或內容之觀看可隨時被取消而不會作任何事先通知。Now TV 應用程式只適用於流動裝置具備 iOS 7.0 或以上及 Android 4.0 或以上之原裝及沒有被第三者更改的作業系統。
