1O1O -  「鑽級網絡通行證」禮遇條款及細則

1O1O 特選客戶於推廣期內可免費獲贈「鑽級網絡通行證」服務乙次，並於現時服務承諾期內享有較高的本地流動數據網絡資源優先權（「此推廣」）。受相關條款及細則約束。

條款及細則

1.      此推廣由CSL Mobile Limited（「CSL」）提供，推廣期為2026年4月1日至2026年12月31日，包括首尾兩日（「推廣期」）。

2.      若要成為享有此推廣的合資格客戶（「合資格客戶」），您必須：

(a) 是指定1O1O服務計劃的現有個人客戶並達指定年資；及

(b)      於推廣期內收到由1O1O發出之指定多媒體通知訊息（「MMS」）。

3.      合資格客戶於現時服務承諾期內可免費獲贈「鑽級網絡通行證」（「優惠」）。

4.      1O1O將向合資格客戶的1O1O手機號碼（適用於主SIM卡及附屬SIM卡）發送指定MMS，並自動啟動「鑽級網絡通行證」服務乙次。合資格客戶於合約期間持有有效之「鑽級網絡通行證」期間，將可獲得較高的優先本地流動數據網絡資源 （在所有其他因素及條件相同之情況下，相比其他未持有該通行證的 1O1O 指定 5G 月費計劃客戶）。實際之網絡體驗會因應不同因素而有所影響，包括互聯網情況、伺服器速度、網絡情況、覆蓋範圍、地點、所使用之裝置、硬件、軟件、用量水平及其他因素。

5.      5G 本地流動數據只適用於指定 5G 網絡覆蓋地區及客戶需使用指定可支援的裝置。如離開 5G 網絡覆蓋範圍，將會以 3G / 4.5G 提供流動通訊服務，合資格客戶仍可享優先本地流動數據網絡資源。

6.      此優惠所涵蓋的數據使用量只適用於本地流動數據服務。

7.      此優惠只適用於個人使用，並不適用於透過手機共享的網絡共享 (Tethering) 及點對點傳輸

8.      除非另有說明，優惠不可與任何其他促銷或折扣優惠同時使用，且不可轉讓或兌換現金或其他產品。

9.      1O1O服務受CSL Mobile Limited的一般服務條款（https://www.1010.com.hk/tc/terms_and_conditions）約束。

10.   CSL保留隨時更改或取消此推廣和/或修改本條款及細則的權利，恕不另行通知。

11.   若本條款及細則的英文版及中文版有差異或不一致，則以英文版為準。如有與此推廣相關的任何爭議，CSL保留最終決定權。

1O1O – "Diamond Network Pass" Privilege Terms & Conditions

Selected 1O1O customers are entitled to receive one complimentary 'Diamond Network Pass' service under this Promotion. The pass provides higher priority local mobile data network resources during the customer's current Service Plan Commitment Period. Terms & Conditions apply.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  1. This Promotion is provided by CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL"). This Offer runs from 1 April 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. To be an eligible customer enjoying this Promotion ("Eligible Customer"), you must:

(a) be an existing consumer customer of a designated 1O1O service plan with a designated tenure; and

(b) have received a designated multimedia notification message ("MMS") regarding this Promotion from 1O1O during the Promotion Period.

  1. Eligible Customers are entitled to receive one "Diamond Network Pass" service (the "Offer") for free during the current Service Plan Commitment Period.
  2. 1O1O will send an MMS and automatically activate the "Diamond Network Pass" to Eligible Customer’s 1O1O mobile number (applicable to primary and supplementary SIM cards). During the contract period of holding a valid "Diamond Network Pass", Eligible Customers will obtain higher priority local mobile data network resources (Based on the same factors and conditions, compared to other 1O1O designated 5G monthly plan customers who do not hold this pass). Actual network experience will be affected by various factors, including internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the device used, hardware, software, usage levels, and other factors.
  3. 5G local mobile data is available only within designated 5G network coverage areas and requires the use of designated compatible devices. When outside the 5G network coverage, mobile service will be provided via 3G / 4.5G network, and Eligible Customers will continue to enjoy priority local mobile data network resources.
  4. The data usage covered by this Offer is applicable to local mobile data services only.
  5. This Offer is for personal use only and does not apply to tethering and Peer-to-Peer (P2P) transmission.
  6. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offers, and is non-transferable or redeemable for cash or other products.
  7. 1O1O services are subject to CSL Mobile Limited’s General Terms and Conditions (https://www.1010.com.hk/en/terms_and_conditions).
  8. CSL reserves the right to change or cancel this Promotion and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  9. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In case of any dispute relating to this Promotion, CSL reserves the right of final decision.
