Terms and Conditions for HKT.AI Value-Added Service (the “Service”)

General

1.  This Service is available for subscription from 18 September 2026 until further notice.

2.  To subscribe to the Service, you must be a new or existing customer of a designated 1O1O monthly service plan (the “Designated Plan”) (the “Eligible Customer”).

HKT.AI Account Activation

3.  Upon successful subscription to the Service, the Eligible Customer will receive one SMS containing an Activation Code (the “Activation Code”) and an activation link (the “Activation Link”) to activate the Service. 

4.  To activate and use the Service, the Eligible Customer must use the Activation Link to access the HKT.AI platform and create or sign in to a HKT.AI account in accordance with the applicable HKT.AI terms and conditions.

5.  Each Activation Code may only be used to activate the Service on a new HKT.AI account that has not previously been registered for. If an Eligible Customer already has an existing HKT.AI account, the Eligible Customer must create a new HKT.AI account using a different email address and/or mobile telephone number in order to activate the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, any Usage Credits or entitlement provided under the Service may only be credited to and used in the new HKT.AI account activated using the relevant Activation Code, and cannot be applied or transferred any other HKT.AI account.

6.  The Service will only be activated after the Eligible Customer has successfully completed the HKT.AI account registration and activation process using the Activation Code and Activation Link."

7.  Each Activation Code is restricted to be used once by an Eligible Customer to activate the Service. 

8.  The Eligible Customer is responsible for keeping the Activation Code and Activation Link safe and secure. The Activation Code and Activation Link should not be shared with any other person. Any use of the Activation Code or Activation Link shall be deemed to be authorised by the Eligible Customer. Lost, stolen or disclosed Activation Codes or Activation Links will not be re-issued.

9.  The Activation link and each Activation Code are for the personal use of the relevant Eligible Customer only.  Each Activation Code can be used once to activate the Service on one HKT.AI account.  Failure to activate the Service by the end of contract period of the Designated Plan will result in forfeiture of eligibility for the Service, and no compensation will be provided.  The Activation Code and Activation link will not be re-issued under any circumstances.

Monthly Charge

10.  The monthly charge for the Service will be charged on a recurring monthly basis and billed to the Eligible Customer’s 1O1O bill.  However, other charges relating to HKT.AI that are not included in the Service, including without limitation any additional Usage Credits, products or services purchased directly through the HKT.AI platform, shall be billed and collected separately by HKT.AI (or its operator) in accordance with the applicable HKT.AI terms and conditions

Credits

11.   Upon activation, HKT.AI credits (“Credits”) will be credited to Eligible Customer’s HKT.AI Account.

12.  Credits obtained under this Service are strictly for use within their designated credit cycle (“Credit Cycle”), which commences on each bill cut date of the relevant Designated Plan upon activation (“Bill Cut Date”) and ends immediately before the next Bill Cut Date. For example, if an Eligible Customer is entitled to 4,800 Credits under the Service and the Bill Cut Date of the relevant Designated Plan falls on 15th of the month, 4,800 Credits will be allocated on 15 September 2026 and may be used until 14 October 2026. On 15 October 2026, the Credits will be refreshed to 4,800 Credits.

13.  Credits are non-cumulative, and any unused balance at the end of a Credit Cycle will automatically expire and be forfeited. Upon exhaustion of the Credits allocated for a Credit Cycle, the Eligible Customer will be unable to use HKT.AI under the Service until the next Credit Cycle begins.

14.  For the avoidance of doubt, the validity period applicable to Credits may differ from those applicable to any credits or entitlements obtained directly from HKT.AI or through any other promotion, offer or channel.

15.  If the Designated Plan is terminated or suspended for whatever reason, Credits provided under this Service will automatically expire and be forfeited forthwith. For the avoidance of doubt, credits separately purchased by the Eligible Customer directly on the HKT.AI platform will not be affected and will remain in the Eligible Customer’s HKT.AI account. The Eligible Customer’s HKT.AI account will also remain active, subject to the applicable HKT.AI terms of service.

16.  HKT.AI is provided and operated by AI Hub HKT Limited (“SERVICE PROVIDER”). The use of HKT.AI under the Service is subject to the SERVICE PROVIDER’s terms of service and sign up requirements as updated by HKT from time to time. Such sign up requirements may include (without limitation) the requirement for the customer to provide a valid email address in order to activate and/or continue to use HKT.AI. 17.  Notwithstanding any provisions in these Terms and Conditions, CSL and SERVICE PROVIDER have sole discretion on whether or not to offer or to give an Activation Code or Activation link to any customer (whether being an Eligible Customer or not).

18.  Unless otherwise stated, this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.

19.  The Offer, all Activation Code and Activation links are strictly for the personal use of eligible user only.  The Offer and the Activation Link are non-transferable, non-resellable, and cannot be assigned, sold, exchanged, or otherwise disposed of to any third party.

20.  We are not the provider or operator of HKT.AI (including the Offer, all Activation Code and Activation links under this Promotion).  We make no representation or guarantee to any aspect of HKT.AI (including the Offer, all Activation Code and Activation links under this Promotion) (including but not limited to their quality) and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation thereto.  No compensation shall be forthcoming under any circumstances.  For enquires about HKT.AI Service (including the Offer, all Activation Code and Activation links under this Promotion), please contact HKT.AI 24-hour hotline (852) 6029 7123. 

21.  Where applicable, the General Terms and Conditions of CSL Mobile Limited apply (https://www.1010.com.hk/terms_and_conditions/).

22.  We and SERVICE PROVIDER reserve the right to vary or cancel this Promotion and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. HKT reserves the right to amend the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the Offer, Activation Code and the Activation link at any time without notice.

23.  In the event of dispute in relation to this Promotion, our decisions shall be final. In the event of dispute in relation to HKT.AI (including the Offer, Activation Code and the Activation link under this Promotion), SERVICE PROVIDER’s decisions shall be final.

24.  In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

HKT.AI 增值服務（「本服務」）條款及細則

一般

1.    本服務的訂購期由 2026 年 9 月 18 日起至另行通知為止。

2.    如欲訂購本服務，您必須為指定 1O1O 月費服務計劃（「指定計劃」）的新或現有客戶（「合資格客戶」）。

HKT.AI 帳戶啟用

3.   合資格客戶成功訂購本服務後，將收到一則載有啟動碼及啟用連結（「啟用連結」）的短訊，以啟用本服務。

4.    為啟用及使用本服務，合資格客戶必須透過啟用連結進入 HKT.AI 平台，並按照適用的 HKT.AI 條款及細則建立或登入 HKT.AI 帳戶。

5.    每個啟動碼僅可用於在一個此前未曾登記本服務的全新 HKT.AI 帳戶上啟用本服務。如合資格客戶已擁有現有 HKT.AI 帳戶，則合資格客戶必須使用不同的電郵地址及／或流動電話號碼建立一個新的 HKT.AI 帳戶，以啟用本服務。為免生疑問，本服務提供的任何積分或權益僅可存入並用於使用相關啟動碼啟用的全新 HKT.AI 帳戶，且不可應用於或轉移至任何其他 HKT.AI 帳戶。

6.    合資格客戶必須使用啟動碼及啟用連結成功完成 HKT.AI 帳戶登記及啟用程序後，本服務方會啟用。

7.    每個啟動碼僅限合資格客戶使用一次以啟用本服務。

8.    合資格客戶有責任妥善及安全保管啟動碼及啟用連結，且不應與任何其他人士分享。任何啟動碼或啟用連結的使用，均視作已獲合資格客戶授權。任何遺失、被盜或披露的啟動碼或啟用連結均不會重新發放。

9.    啟用連結及每個啟動碼僅供相關合資格客戶個人使用。每個啟動碼僅可用於在一個 HKT.AI 帳戶上啟用本服務一次。如合資格客戶未能於相關指定計劃的合約期結束前啟用本服務，將視作放棄享用本服務的資格，且不會獲得任何賠償。啟動碼及啟用連結在任何情況下均不會重新發放。

月費

10.  本服務的月費將按月定期收取，並記入合資格客戶相關指定計劃的賬單帳戶。然而，任何不包括在本服務內而與 HKT.AI 有關的其他費用，包括但不限於直接透過 HKT.AI 平台購買的額外使用積分、產品或服務，將由 HKT.AI（或其營運商）按照適用的 HKT.AI 條款及細則另行計費及收取。

積分

11.  本服務啟用後，HKT.AI 積分（「積分」）將於相關指定計劃的每個賬單截數日存入合資格客戶的 HKT.AI 帳戶。

12.  本服務下獲得的積分僅限於指定積分週期（「積分週期」）內使用。積分週期將於本服務啟用後相關指定計劃的每個賬單截數日（「賬單截數日」）開始，並於下一個賬單截數日前結束。例如，如合資格客戶根據本服務可獲分配 4,800 個積分，而相關指定計劃的賬單截數日為 每月 15 日，則 4,800 個積分將於 2026年9 月 15 日分配，並可使用至 2026年10 月 14 日。於 2026年10 月 15 日，積分將重置為 4,800 個積分。

13.  積分不得累積，任何於積分週期結束時尚未使用的餘額將自動到期及被沒收。如某一積分週期內獲分配的積分用盡，合資格客戶在下一個積分週期開始前，將不能透過本服務使用 HKT.AI。

14.  為免生疑問，本服務下積分的有效期可與直接從 HKT.AI 或透過任何其他推廣、優惠或渠道取得的任何積分或權益的有效期不同。

15.  如指定計劃因任何原因被終止或暫停，本服務提供的積分將即時自動到期及被沒收。為免生疑問，合資格客戶於 HKT.AI 平台上另行直接購買的積分將不受影響，並會保留於合資格客戶的 HKT.AI 帳戶內。合資格客戶的 HKT.AI 帳戶亦將繼續維持有效，惟須受適用的 HKT.AI 服務條款約束。

HKT.AI 條款及一般條款

16.  HKT.AI 由 AI Hub HKT Limited（「SERVICE PROVIDER」）提供及營運。透過本服務使用 HKT.AI，須受 SERVICE PROVIDER 不時更新的服務條款及登記要求約束。該等登記要求可包括但不限於客戶須提供有效電郵地址，以啟用及／或繼續使用 HKT.AI。詳情請瀏覽 https://hkt.ai/aihub/terms.html 。如有關於 HKT.AI 的查詢，請致電 HKT.AI 24 小時專線：(852) 6029 7123。

17.  儘管本條款及細則有任何規定，CSL 及 SERVICE PROVIDER 可全權酌情決定是否向任何客戶（不論其是否為合資格客戶）提供啟動碼或啟用連結。

18.  除另有說明外，本服務不得與任何其他推廣或折扣優惠同時使用，且不可轉讓或兌換現金或其他產品。

19.  本服務、所有啟動碼及啟用連結僅供合資格客戶個人使用，不得轉讓、轉售、委託他人使用、出售、交換或以其他方式處置予任何第三方。

20.  我們並非 HKT.AI（包括本服務、所有啟動碼及啟用連結）的提供者或營運商。我們不會就 HKT.AI 的任何方面（包括但不限於其質素）作出任何陳述或保證，亦不會就與其有關的任何事宜承擔任何責任。在任何情況下均不會作出任何賠償。如有關於 HKT.AI 的查詢，請致電 HKT.AI 24 小時專線：(852) 6029 7123。

21.  如適用，CSL Mobile Limited 的一般服務條款及細則（https://www.1010.com.hk/terms_and_conditions/ ）亦適用。

22.  我們及 SERVICE PROVIDER 保留隨時更改、暫停或終止本服務及／或修訂本條款及細則的權利，恕不另行通知。SERVICE PROVIDER 亦保留隨時修訂規管本服務、啟動碼及啟用連結的相關條款及細則的權利，恕不另行通知。

23.  凡涉及本服務之爭議，我們的決定為最終決定。凡涉及 HKT.AI（包括本服務、啟動碼及啟用連結）之爭議，SERVICE PROVIDER 的決定為最終決定。

24.  本條款及細則中英文版本如有歧義或不一致，概以英文版本為準。
