- Bandwidth Specification refers to network specifications of the subscribed Services for the broadband line connected from the modem at your Premises to the first piece of network equipment or central office of the NETVIGATOR network. For Fibre-to-the-home Plans, bandwidth specifications of 1000M and 2500M correspond to a maximum upstream and downstream bandwidth 1000M / 2500M respectively. The actual speed you experience using the Service will be less than the network specifications and affected by your device, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage levels, international bandwidth and extraneous factors. Compatible equipment supporting 1000M/2500M speed specifications is required.
- Offer available for a limited period. NETVIGATOR 2500M Fibre-to-the-Home broadband service is subject to Terms & Conditions. Offer applicable only to individual customers or select customers on designated residential estates (ie the service installation address concerned must not have had any NETVIGATOR or LiKE1OO broadband service installed during the three months prior to the application date) who newly subscribe to designated NETVIGATOR broadband service plans and agree to a set commitment period. Eligible customers must subscribe to a service plan and agree to a specified commitment period.
- Home Wi-Fi service is provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited and is available only in designated residential areas, subject to Terms & Conditions, which may be revised periodically without notice. - The 1O1O handset eVoucher will be stored in the 1O1O app. Customers can redeem the voucher to obtain designated products at suggested retail prices. The handset eVoucher is valid only at designated 1O1O AI Stores and must be used for full payment without change. - Super Broadband refers to a NETVIGATOR broadband service plan compliant with the ETSI F5G-A standard. As of 31 December 2024, HKT was serving 53,000 buildings with fibre-optic broadband service compliant with the ETSI F5G-A standard. Actual 2500M Fibre-to-the-Home broadband plan speeds may be lower than the network specifications suggest, depending on various controlling factors. The service is governed by Terms & Conditions at the NETVIGATOR website.
- All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. The dates and times of all aforementioned matches and sporting events may be subject to change from time to time, please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and event organisers for the latest information.
