Terms and Conditions

1. Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. 根據香港法律，不得在業務過程中，向未成年人售賣或供應令人醺醉的酒類。

2. Participants of this Event are deemed to understand and agree to abide by all terms and conditions of this Event, including these Terms and Conditions, the relevant Personal Information Collection Statement / Privacy Notice and any rules and regulations so imposed by Enjoy Wine Group Limited, CSL Mobile Limited and/or the venue owners or operators, and must provide information that is true, correct and up-to-date.

3. From now until 31 January 2026 (both dates inclusive), those 1O1O customers who have received the designated promotional MMS about this Event from 1O1O and who are eligible may register for this Event. The invitation under the said MMS is non-transferable and can only be used by the designated 1O1O customer who is eligible for registration of one test drive under this Event once.

4. Quota of this Event is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis. CSL Mobile Limited’s customer service representative will contact the customer within 3 working days for appointment and meet-up point confirmation. If a successfully registered customer does not receive the call within the aforesaid 3-working day period, please contact by phone at 171010.

5. This Event is hosted by Enjoy Wine Group Limited, and does not represent any opinion of CSL Mobile Limited. CSL Mobile Limited will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in relation to this Event (including, without limitation, any vehicles, products or services not offered by CSL Mobile Limited or their appropriateness and quality) whatsoever.

6. CSL Mobile Limited, Enjoy Wine Group Limited and/or their related parties/persons have the right to take any photographs and/or video in connection with this Event and may use any relevant photographs and/or videos for their respective internal training, promotional and/or sale purposes in any way, and need not pay any fees or compensation to any participants.

7. This Event may be suspended without notice under adverse weather or other conditions, and participants will not be compensated in any way.

8. Enjoy Wine Group Limited and/or CSL Mobile Limited reserve(s) the right to terminate or change this Event and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute in relation to this Event, Enjoy Wine Group Limited’s and/or CSL Mobile Limited’s decision shall be final.

9. Enjoy Wine Group Limited and/or CSL Mobile Limited reserve(s) the right to refuse entry of any person or require any person to leave this Event without stating any reason.

10. In event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
