Terms and Conditions:

1.      This Offer runs until 31 Mar 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2.      To be eligible for this Offer, you must be (“Eligible Customer”):

(a)    an existing consumer customer of designated 1O1O service plan, with a valid 1O1O app account; and

(b)   a selected 1O1O customer who has received a “POLA free hand massage treatment and a skincare gift” e-Coupon (“eCoupon”) under “My Wallet” of the customer’s 1O1O app account during the Promotion Period.

(c)    a valid The Club customer at the time of redemption

3.      Eligible Customers have to visit designated 1O1O AI Store during the Promotion Period and present the eCoupon to receive a physical “POLA free hand massage treatment and a skincare gift” Redemption Card (“Redemption Card”). 

4.      Eligible Customers may redeem POLA free hand massage treatment and a skincare gift (All are provided by POLA (“Supplier”)) with the Redemption Card at POLA store/counter on or before 31 January 2026.  Information of participating POLA stores/counters are stated on the Redemption Card.  Redemption is subject to the relevant terms and conditions stated on the Redemption Card.

5.      Customers must present the gift card to receive the POLA free hand massage treatment and a skincare gift to be presented after massage. Stock is limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Reservation required: https://www.pola.com.hk/store/.

6.      This offer cannot be reused, and each 1O1O customer can enjoy this offer and redeem the trial set only once. 

7.      Redemption Card and Trial Set are limited in quantity and available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.

8.      Any images on the eCoupon and Redemption Card are for reference only.

9.      Unless otherwise stated, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer, and the e-Coupon and the Redemption Card are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products or services.

10.   We, CSL Mobile Limited and Club HKT Limited, are not the provider, operator or manufacturer of this Offer, nor any merchandise obtainable via the eCoupon under this Offer.  We make no representation or guarantee to any aspect of this Offer (including but not limited to the quality of any merchandise obtainable via the eCoupon under this Offer) and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation thereto.  No compensation shall be forthcoming under any circumstances.  For enquires about any merchandise of this Offer, please contact the Supplier directly.

13.   In the event of dispute in relation to this Offer, our decisions shall be final. In the event of dispute in relation to the Redemption Card or its / their use, the supplier’s decisions shall be final.

14.   In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
