Free 3-month "HKEJ Mobile" Service for Select Customers

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Service is available in Chinese Only.
  2. Select customers can enjoy a free 3 months subscription to “HKEJ Mobile” Service during the promotion period.
  3. Upon expiry of the 3-month free trial period, “HKEJ Mobile” Service will automatically renew on a monthly basis at a discounted monthly fee of HK$108, until the customer provides at least 30 days' prior notice to CSL Mobile Limited to terminate the service. The relevant monthly fee will be charged to the 1O1O / csl bill. If the customer terminates their 1O1O / csl service plan, the associated “HKEJ Mobile” Service will also be terminated simultaneously.
  4. The Service is provided by Hong Kong Economic Journal Co., Ltd and is provided pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of Hong Kong Economic Journal Co., Ltd's "HKEJ Mobile" Service as set out in http://www.hkej.com.
  5. The Service is provided to 1O1O / csl customers who subscribed for mobile service plans with a data entitlement. To use the Service, you are required to subscribe to the "HKEJ Mobile" monthly pass and successfully install the "HKEJ Mobile" app from Google Play or App Store.
  6. If you are using local mobile data to access to the Service, the data usage will be deducted from the entitlement of your 1O1O / csl plans. You will have to pay thereafter charges or top up charges if your usage exceeds your monthly entitlements.
  7. All content are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible or liable for the quality, nature, accuracy and usefulness of the content.
  8. The customer acknowledges that should the customer subscribe for the Service via CSL Mobile Limited, CSL Mobile Limited shall act as the billing agent to bill the customer for the use of the Service and shall receive from the customer the fees for the Service.
  9. We reserve the right to change or terminate the Service or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final.

條款及細則：

  1. 服務內容只提供中文版本。
  2. 特選客戶於推廣期內可享免費3個月「信報Mobile」服務。
  3. 「信報Mobile」將於免費 3 個月試用期屆滿後，按月以優惠月費 HK$108 自動續期，直至客戶給予 CSL Mobile Limited 至少 30 天的事先通知以終止該服務為止。相關月費將於 1O1O / csl 賬單內收取。如客戶終止其 1O1O / csl 服務計劃，相關的「信報Mobile」服務亦將同步終止。
  4. 此服務由Hong Kong Economic Journal Co., Ltd提供及依據於 www.hkej.com 有關該服務所列之條款及細則提供。
  5. 此服務只提供予已登記使用附有流動數據用量之服務計劃的1O1O / csl用戶。您須申請「信報 Mobile」月費計劃及於Google Play或 App Store下載並成功安裝「信報 Mobile」應用程式方可使用此服務。
  6. 使用1O1O / csl流動數據收看「信報 Mobile」服務，數據用量將於您的1O1O / csl計劃之用量內扣除。如數據用量超過您的服務計劃所包含用量，您需繳付額外費用或需購買額外數據用量。
  7. 所有內容由第三方提供，我們不會就任何內容之質量、性質、準確性和實用性而承擔任何責任。
  8. 客戶確認透過CSL Mobile Limited申請此服務，CSL Mobile Limited將充當收費代理人向客戶收取服務費用及接收由客戶繳付之費用。
  9. 我們有權隨時終止或更改此服務或本條款及細則而不作另行通知。如有任何爭議，我們保留最終決定權。
