DBS Treasures Concierge Service Terms & Conditions (Operated by CSL Mobile Limited)

1.      Service Terms and Conditions

1.1 The DBS Treasures Concierge Service (this “Privilege”) is operated by CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) exclusively for Eligible Customers of DBS. By using this Privilege, Eligible Customers are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions governing this Privilege, including the prevailing version of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Statement (https://hkt.com/en/privacy-statement/for-customers/) and the Personal Information Collection Statement (“PICS”) https://www.hkcsl.com/en/pic/

1.2 CSL reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Eligible Customers can access the latest version of these Terms & Conditions on relevant CSL website.

2. Privilege

2.1 This Privilege is provided and operated by CSL on a 24/7 basis, including but not limited to reservations, enquiries, recommendations, and emergency support.

2.2 The Privilege is available from 5 May 2026 to 4 May 2027, both dates inclusive.

2.3 Eligible Customers may access information and content (“Third-party Content”) or register, book, or purchase goods (“Third-party Goods”) and/or services (“Third-party Services”, collectively referred to as “Third-party Goods and Services”) from businesses outside DBS and CSL (“Third-party Service Providers”) via this Privilege. DBS and CSL are not the provider of any Third-party Content, nor supplier of any Third-party Goods and Services, and does not guarantee any aspect of any Third-party Content or Third-party Goods and Services (including but not limited to quality) and will not be responsible for any matters in relation to this Privilege.

2.4 By registering, booking, or purchasing Third-party Goods and Services via this Privilege, Eligible Customers are deemed to have (i) read, understood and accepted all relevant terms and conditions as stipulated by the Third-party Service Provider; and (ii) authorised CSL to accept these terms and conditions of the Third-party Service Provider on their behalf and to submit applications, reservations or orders to the Third-party Service Provider.

2.5 When using this Privilege, Eligible Customers must take personal responsibility for assessing and assuming all risks and agree that DBS and CSL shall not be held liable for any form of damage to the Eligible Customers or others. Eligible Customers must assess and assume all risks associated with using Third-party Content, including the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the Third-party Content.

2.6 Eligible Customers agree that DBS and CSL have the right to add, modify, or terminate this Privilege or any part thereof with or without notice, including varying any Third-party Content or changing any terms and conditions of Third-party Content and Third-party Goods and Services.

2.7 Eligible Customers agree to authorise CSL to consider anyone using this Privilege via Eligible Customer’s account or using  Eligible Customer’s personal data or account information as representing Eligible Customers or authorised to represent the Eligible Customers. CSL is not obliged to verify a Eligible Customer’s registration information when Eligible Customer uses this Privilege.

3. Charges

3.1 This Privilege is provided free of charge to Eligible Customers until further notice. DBS and CSL reserves the right to charge fees at some point in the future.

3.2 Eligible Customers who connect to this Privilege via phone or SMS may be charged by the telecommunications service provider concerned.

3.3 If Third-party Goods and Services are used by others, regardless of whether the Eligible Customer is aware or has given consent, the Eligible Customer is solely responsible for all charges associated with the Third-party Goods and Services. Any Third-party Goods and Services are sold directly, or provided to Eligible Customers by the Third-party Service Provider. DBS and CSL shall not be held responsible for the actions or negligence of Third-party Service Providers. All refund requests must adhere to the refund policy of a Third-party Service Provider and be submitted directly to the Third-party Service Provider concerned. Eligible Customers should contact a Third-party Service Provider directly if they have any inquiries or complaints regarding Third-party Goods and Services.

4. Third-party Content and Third-party Goods and Services

4.1 Third-party Service Providers are responsible for the Third-party Content and Third-party Goods and Services they provide. DBS and CSL makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, truthfulness or quality of any product description relating to Third-party Content or Third-party Goods and Services.

4.2 Transactions, business dealings and disputes between Eligible Customers and Third-party Service Providers are conducted entirely between the Eligible Customers and the Third-party Service Provider concerned. DBS and CSL shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from transactions or the use of services from Third-party Service Providers.

4.3 Eligible Customers shall comply with copyright and intellectual property laws (collectively, “Intellectual Property Rights”). Except as expressly permitted by law, Eligible Customers shall not, under any circumstances, engage in nor permit others to sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publicly perform, transmit, or create derivative works of Third-party Content, nor disclose or use Third-party Content for commercial purposes without consent from DBS and CSL, nor infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of others during use of Third-party Content.

4.4 Unless explicitly stated, or obtained with clear consent, Eligible Customers cannot acquire any Intellectual Property Rights by using Third-party Content.

5. Warranty

5.1 DBS and CSL strives to provide Eligible Customers with convenient and effective services, but does not guarantee that the service content is error-free, nor that the service shall be continuous or free from interference or delay.

5.2 This Privilege is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DBS and CSL do not provide any express nor implied warranty, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of others’ rights. DBS and CSL decline to make representations and warranties, as far as applicable laws allow.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 CSL, DBS and its respective employees, directors, relevant agents and licensees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses, damages, errors, omissions or interruptions caused by using this Privilege (including consequences resulting from violation of any warranty commitment or these Terms & Conditions), even if DBS and CSL predicted or were aware of the possibility of such compensation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claims arising from use of this Privilege shall be limited to fees paid by Eligible Customers for using this Privilege.

7. Privacy

7.1 Eligible Customers understand that by using this Privilege, they agree to the use, collection and disclosure of their personal data, in accordance with the PICS [please insert the link of the PICS] herein.

8. Termination of Privilege

8.1 A Eligible Customer’s right to utilise this Privilege is entirely at the discretion of DBS and CSL, which may suspend, restrict and/or terminate any Eligible Customers right to utilise this Privilege at any time, without notice and without giving reasons.

8.2 If Eligible Customers have not used this Privilege for a long period, or if DBS and CSL have reason to believe Eligible Customers may have violated certain laws, or the spirit of these Terms & Conditions, or have infringed the rights of CSL, DBS or others, DBS and CSL may suspend, restrict, and/or terminate a Eligible Customer’s right to utilise this Privilege at any time, without notice.

9. Others

9.1 DBS and CSL reserve the right to change or terminate this Privilege and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time, without notice. In the event of dispute, the decision of DBS and CSL shall be final and conclusive.

9.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”) and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts in respect of resolving any dispute in connection with these Terms & Conditions.

9.3 In the event of inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English shall prevail (the Chinese version is provided for reference only).

Golf Course Booking Service Terms & Conditions

Golf course booking service is available only to designated DBS Eligible Customers. Bookable local golf courses include but are not limited to Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course, Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club, Hong Kong Golf Club at Fanling, Deep Water Bay Golf Club, and Discovery Bay Golf Club. For overseas golf courses, bookings are limited to those that do not require any advance payment.

This booking service is a proxy reservation service solely provided and operated by Designated Concierge Assistant, who are staff from CSL (“Designated Concierge Assistant”), and Designated Concierge Assistant has no partnership or cooperation relationship with the golf courses or organising entities. Whether a booking is successful depends entirely on the arrangements and availability of the relevant golf course.

Designated Concierge Assistant will, upon handling the Eligible Customer’s telephone or WhatsApp booking request and with the Eligible Customer’s authorisation, act as proxy to make the reservation and submit the Eligible Customer’s provided information to the third party to complete the booking process. All personal data obtained via telephone or displayed in the online booking system is used solely for booking purposes.

In the event of any dispute, DBS and CSL reserve the final right of decision.

Hong Kong and Overseas Restaurant Reservation Terms & Conditions

Restaurant reservation service for Hong Kong and overseas is available only to designated DBS Eligible Customers. This reservation service is a proxy booking service provided by Designated Concierge Assistant. Except where expressly stated otherwise, Designated Concierge Assistant has no partnership or cooperation relationship with any restaurants.

Whether a booking is successful depends entirely on the arrangements and availability of the relevant restaurant.

Designated Concierge Assistant will, upon handling the Eligible Customer’s telephone or WhatsApp booking request and with the Eligible Customer’s authorisation, act as proxy to make the reservation and submit the Eligible Customer’s provided information to the third party to complete the booking process. All personal data obtained via telephone or displayed in the online reservation system is used solely for reservation purposes.

In the event of any dispute, DBS and CSL reserve the final right of decision.

Assistance for “Hong Kong Vehicles Northbound” Permit Lottery Registration and Reservation of Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point Public Car Parks Terms & Conditions

This service is available only to designated DBS Eligible Customers.

The assistance for registration in the “Hong Kong Vehicles Northbound” permit lottery is a service whereby the Designated Concierge Assistant submits the application for the “Hong Kong Vehicles Northbound” quota ballot on behalf of the Eligible Customer through the online system of the Transport Department (the authority). Eligible Customers must provide their private vehicle licence plate number, name, contact telephone number, email address, address, and basic personal information for registration. Success of the application depends on the permit lottery outcome and the authority’s approval, and is subject to the relevant scheme terms and conditions.

The reservation service for the Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point Public Car Parks is a booking assistance service provided by the Designated Concierge Assistant. Eligible Customers must provide their private vehicle licence plate number, contact telephone number, email address, and the Octopus card to be used upon arrival. With the Eligible Customer’s authorisation, the Designated Concierge Assistant will make the reservation on behalf of the Eligible Customer and submit the Eligible Customer’s provided information to the third party to complete the booking process. Eligible Customers must prepay the relevant fees before the reservation is confirmed. Once confirmed, the relevant fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. All personal data displayed in the online reservation system shall be used solely for the purpose of making the reservation.

Festival Food Pre-order Terms & Conditions

This festival food pre-order service is available only to designated DBS Eligible Customers. The pre-order is applicable only to designated promotional festival food items. Eligible Customers must complete payment on the same day as order confirmation; otherwise, the order will be voided. Once confirmed, the relevant fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Where limited quantities apply, allocation is on a first-come-first-served basis according to the time of order placement.

In the event of any dispute, CSL reserve the final right of decision.

 


星展豐盛理財禮賓服務條款及細則(由 CSL Mobile Limited 營運)

1. 服務條款及細則

1.1星展豐盛理財禮賓服務(「本禮遇」)由 CSL Mobile Limited(「CSL」)營運,專供合資格客戶使用。合資格客戶使用本禮遇,即視為已閱讀、理解並接受本條款及細則的所有規定,包括現行版本及相關「私隱聲明」(https://hkt.com/zh/privacy-statement/for-customers/) 和「個人資料收集聲明」(「PICS」)(https://www.hkcsl.com/zh/pic/)。

1.2 CSL 保留隨時修訂本條款及細則的權利,而無需作出通知。合資格客戶可於相關 CSL 網站查閱本條款及細則的最新版本。

2. 禮遇

2.1 本禮遇由 CSL 營運及提供,為 24 小時全年無休禮賓服務,包括但不限於預訂、推介、查詢、緊急支援等。

2.2 合資格客戶可透過本禮遇獲取第三方供應商的信息、內容、商品或服務(「第三方內容及服務」)。星展及CSL不是第三方供應商,不對第三方內容及服務的質量、準確性、完整性或任何事宜作出任何保證,亦不承擔任何責任。

2.3 合資格客戶透過本禮遇註冊、預訂或購買第三方內容及服務,即確認已閱讀、理解並接受第三方供應商的條款及細則、私隱政策,並授權 CSL 代表合資格客戶提交申請或訂單(如適用)。

2.4 合資格客戶使用本禮遇時,須自行評估並承擔所有風險。星展及CSL對合資格客戶或任何第三方因使用本禮遇而引致的任何損失、損害或不便概不負責。

2.5 星展及CSL 有權隨時增加、修改、暫停或終止本禮遇或其任何部分,包括更改任何第三方內容或其條款及細則而無須事先通知。

2.6  合資格客戶同意並授權 CSL 將任何使用本禮遇、或使用合資格客戶之帳戶、個人資料或帳戶資訊之人,視為合資格客戶本人或經合資格客戶授權之代表。CSL 無義務核實使用本禮遇之人士是否為合資格客戶本人或獲授權代表。

3. 收費

3.1 本禮遇只給予合資格客戶免費享用,直至星展或 CSL  另行通知。星展及CSL保留日後收取費用的權利。

3.2 如透過電話、短訊或其他方式使用,可能產生相關電訊費用,由合資格客戶自行承擔。

3.3合資格客戶如第三方內容、商品或服務被他人使用(不論合資格客戶是否知情或同意),合資格客戶須全權負責所有相關費用。所有第三方內容、商品及服務由第三方供應商直接向合資格客戶銷售或提供。星展及CSL對第三方供應商之行為或疏忽概不負責。任何退款要求須直接向相關第三方供應商提出,並遵從其退款政策。合資格客戶如對第三方內容、商品或服務有任何查詢或投訴,應直接聯絡相關第三方供應商。

4. 第三方內容及服務

4.1 第三方供應商對其提供之內容、商品及服務全權負責。星展及CSL不控制、不保證其準確性、真實性或質素。

4.2 合資格客戶與第三方供應商之間的任何交易、商業往來或爭議,與星展及CSL無關。星展及CSL 概不負責任何相關損失或損害。

4.3 合資格客戶須遵守適用之知識產權法例。除法律明示允許外,合資格客戶不得(亦不得容許他人)出售、複製、分發、修改、公開展示、公開表演、傳輸、創作衍生作品,或以任何未經星展及CSL同意之方式作商業用途使用第三方內容,亦不得於使用第三方內容期間侵犯他人知識產權。

4.4  除非明確說明或經明確同意,合資格客戶透過使用第三方內容不會獲得任何知識產權。

5. 擔保及責任限制

5.1 星展及CSL 將盡力為合資格客戶提供方便及有效之服務,惟不保證服務內容無錯誤,亦不保證服務連續不中斷、無干擾或無延遲。

5.2 本禮遇按「現況」(as is)及「現有」(as available)基礎提供。星展及CSL 不作出任何明示或默示擔保,包括但不限於商業適售性、特定目的適用性或不侵害他人權利。在適用法律允許之最大範圍內,星展及CSL 拒絕作出任何陳述或擔保。

6. 責任限制

6.1 在任何情況下,CSL、星展及其相關僱員、董事、有關代理人及持牌人,對因使用本禮遇而引致之任何直接、間接、附帶、特別、衍生或懲罰性損害(包括但不限於因使用本禮遇所導致之損失、損害、錯誤、遺漏或中斷,包括違反任何擔保承諾或本條款及細則所引致之後果),概不負責,即使星展及CSL已預見或知悉該等損害之可能性。在法律允許之最大範圍內,因使用本禮遇而引致之任何索償,其上限為合資格客戶就使用本禮遇已支付之費用(若適用,為零)。

7.  個人私隱

7.1 7.1 合資格客戶明白,凡使用本禮遇,即視為同意 CSL 收集、使用及披露其個人資料,而有關個人資料的收集、使用及披露均須遵守本文件內的個人資料收集聲明(PICS)(https://www.hkcsl.com/zh/pic/)的規定。

8. 終止服務

8.1 星展及CSL可隨時酌情暫停、限制或終止任何合資格客戶使用本禮遇的權利,無須通知或說明理由。

8.2 如合資格客戶長時間未使用本禮遇,或 星展及CSL有合理理由相信合資格客戶違反條款、法例、侵犯權利或違反本條款及細則之精神,星展及CSL可即時終止。

 

9. 其他

9.1 星展及CSL保留更改或終止本禮遇及本條款及細則的權利,恕不另行通知。如有任何爭議,星展及CSL 保留最終決定權。

9.2 本條款及細則受香港法律管轄,並受香港法院專屬管轄。

9.3 中英文版本如有不一致,以英文版本為準(中文版本僅供參考)。

 

 

代辦高球場訂場服務條款及細則:

服務僅提供予指定星展合資格客戶使用。可預訂的本地高爾夫球場包括滘西洲公眾高爾夫球場、清水灣鄉村俱樂部、粉嶺香港高爾夫球會、深水灣高爾夫球會及愉景灣高爾夫球會等。可預約之海外高爾夫球場為無須預先支付任何費用之球場。場地預約服務由CSL執行本禮遇之專員專屬禮賓助理(「專屬禮賓助理」)提供代訂服務,與該場地或舉辦單位並沒有任何合作關係。預訂成功與否,視乎有關高爾夫球場的安排及預訂狀況。專屬禮賓助理專員將於處理合資格客戶電話或WhatsApp預訂申請時,在合資格客戶授權下代辦預約並提交於預訂時合資格客戶所提供之資料予第三方以完成整個預訂程序。所有經電話取得或於網上訂場系統內顯示之合資格客戶個人資料只限預訂用途。如有任何爭議,星展及CSL保留最終決定權。

香港及海外餐廳預約之條款及細則:

服務僅提供予指定星展合資格客戶使用。香港及海外餐廳預約服務為專屬禮賓助理提供之代訂服務,除特別註明外,專屬禮賓助理與任何餐廳均沒有任何合作關係。預訂成功與否,視乎有關餐廳的安排及預訂狀況。專屬禮賓助理專員將於處理合資格客戶電話或WhatsApp預訂申請時,在合資格客戶授權下代辦預約並提交於預訂時合資格客戶所提供之資料予第三方以完成整個預訂程序。所有經電話取得或於網上預約系統內顯示之合資格客戶個人資料只限預訂用途。如有任何爭議,星展及CSL保留最終決定權。

 

代辦登記「港車北上」抽籤及預約香園圍邊境管制站公眾停車場服務條款及細則:

 

服務僅提供予指定星展合資格客戶使用。

代辦登記「港車北上」抽籤服務為專屬禮賓助理代合資格客戶透過「運輸署」(當局) 的網上系統提出「港車北上」登記抽籤。合資格客戶須提供合資格客戶私家車車牌,姓名,聯絡電話,電郵地址及地址及基本個人資料作登記。 預訂成功與否,視乎許可證抽籤情況及當局的審批而定。受有關條款及細則約束。

預約香園圍邊境管制站公眾停車場服務為專屬禮賓助理提供之代訂服務。合資格客戶須提供私家車車牌,聯絡電話,電郵地址及到場時所使用之八達通並在合資格客戶授權下代辦預約並提交於預訂時合資格客戶所提供之資料予第三方以完成整個預訂程序,合資格客戶並須於預約前預先繳付相關費用,預約一旦確認相關費用於任何情況下均不作退款。所有經於網上預約系統內顯示之合資格客戶個人資料只限預訂用途。如有任何爭議,星展及CSL保留最終決定權。

 

 預訂節日食品之條款及細則:

服務僅提供予指定星展合資格客戶使用。預訂節日食品謹適用於指定推廣節日食品,合資格客戶需於確認訂單後於當天完成付款,否則有關訂單將會作廢,訂單一旦確認相關費用於任何情況下均不作退款。相關食品如設有限額,則以訂單建立時間作準,先到先得。

如有任何爭議,CSL保留最終決定權。

 


星展丰盛理财礼宾服务条款及细则(由 CSL Mobile Limited 营运)

1.1 星展丰盛理财礼宾服务(「本礼遇」)由 CSL Mobile Limited(「CSL」)营运,专供合资格客户使用。合资格客户使用本礼遇,即视为已阅读、理解并接受本条款及细则的所有规定,包括现行版本及相关「私隐声明 和「个人资料收集声明」(「PICS」。

2. 礼遇

2.2 合资格客户可透过本礼遇获取第三方供应商的信息、内容、商品或服务(「第三方内容及服务」)。星展及 CSL 不是第三方供应商,不对第三方内容及服务的质量、准确性、完整性或任何事宜作出任何保证,亦不承担任何责任。

2.3 合资格客户透过本礼遇注册、预订或购买第三方内容及服务,即确认已阅读、理解并接受第三方供应商的条款及细则、私隐政策,并授权 CSL 代表合资格客户提交申请或订单(如适用)。

2.4 合资格客户使用本礼遇时,须自行评估并承担所有风险。星展及 CSL 对合资格客户或任何第三方因使用本礼遇而引致的任何损失、损害或不便概不负责。

7. 个人私隐

8.2 如合资格客户长时间未使用本礼遇,或星展及 CSL 有合理理由相信合资格客户违反条款、法例、侵犯权利或违反本条款及细则之精神,星展及 CSL 可即时终止。

9. 其他

9.1 星展及 CSL 保留更改或终止本礼遇及本条款及细则的权利,恕不另行通知。如有任何争议,星展及 CSL 保留最终决定权。

9.2 本条款及细则受香港法律管辖,并受香港法院专属管辖。

附加特定服务条款:

代办高尔夫球场订场服务条款及细则: 

服务仅提供予指定星展合资格客户使用。可预订的本地高尔夫球场包括滘西洲公众高尔夫球场、清水湾乡村俱乐部、粉岭香港高尔夫球会、深水湾高尔夫球会及愉景湾高尔夫球会等。可预约之海外高尔夫球场为无须预先支付任何费用之球场。场地预约服务由 CSL 执行本礼遇之专员专属礼宾助理(「专属礼宾助理」)提供代订服务,与该场地或举办单位并没有任何合作关系。预订成功与否,视乎有关高尔夫球场的安排及预订状况。专属礼宾助理专员将于处理合资格客户电话或 WhatsApp 预订申请时,在合资格客户授权下代办预约并提交于预订时合资格客户所提供之资料予第三方以完成整个预订程序。所有经电话取得或于网上订场系统内显示之合资格客户个人资料只限预订用途。如有任何争议,星展及 CSL 保留最终决定权。

香港及海外餐厅预约之条款及细则: 

服务仅提供予指定星展合资格客户使用。香港及海外餐厅预约服务为专属礼宾助理提供之代订服务,除特别注明外,专属礼宾助理与任何餐厅均没有合作关系。预订成功与否,视乎有关餐厅的安排及预订状况。专属礼宾助理专员将于处理合资格客户电话或 WhatsApp 预订申请时,在合资格客户授权下代办预约并提交于预订时合资格客户所提供之资料予第三方以完成整个预订程序。所有经电话取得或于网上预约系统内显示之合资格客户个人资料只限预订用途。如有任何争议,星展及 CSL 保留最终决定权。

代办登记「港车北上」抽签及预约香园围边境管制站公众停车场服务条款及细则:

服务仅提供予指定星展合资格客户使用。 代办登记「港车北上」抽签服务为专属礼宾助理代合资格客户透过「运输署」(当局)的网上系统提出「港车北上」登记抽签。合资格客户须提供合资格客户私家车车牌、姓名、联络电话、电邮地址及地址及基本个人资料作登记。预订成功与否,视乎许可证抽签情况及当局的审批而定。受有关条款及细则约束。 预约香园围边境管制站公众停车场服务为专属礼宾助理提供之代订服务。合资格客户须提供私家车车牌、联络电话、电邮地址及到场时所使用之八达通,并在合资格客户授权下代办预约并提交于预订时合资格客户所提供之资料予第三方以完成整个预订程序,合资格客户并须于预约前预先缴付相关费用,预约一旦确认相关费用在任何情况下均不作退款。所有经于网上预约系统内显示之合资格客户个人资料只限预订用途。如有任何争议,星展及 CSL 保留最终决定权。

预订节日食品之条款及细则: 

服务仅提供予指定星展合资格客户使用。预订节日食品仅适用于指定推广节日食品,合资格客户需于确认订单后于当天完成付款,否则有关订单将会作废,订单一旦确认相关费用在任何情况下均不作退款。相关食品如设有限额,则以订单建立时间为准,先到先得。

如有任何争议,CSL 保留最终决定权。
