1. 上述「5G」月費計劃適用於新上台/續約客戶,優惠只適用須簽訂24個月或以上承諾期。每月港幣18元港鐵/隧道/流動通訊牌照/行政費亦適用於以上所有計劃。「5G」服務計劃使用5G網絡。只適用於指定5G網絡覆蓋地區及客戶需使用指定可支援的裝置。然而客戶所體驗之實際速度會少於網絡規格,並會因應所使用之裝置、地點、網絡情況及其他因素而有所影響。離開5G網絡覆蓋範圍,以3G/4G提供流動通訊服務。


2. 5G 服務計劃之每月基本或增值數據適用於網絡分享(tethering)及點對點(P2P)功能,包括Bit-Torrent等。客戶如有附屬卡或額外SIM卡,主卡及其附屬卡或額外SIM卡同一時間只可以其中一張SIM卡使用網絡分享(tethering)及點對點(P2P)功能。如客戶不遵守這指定條例使用數據服務,本公司將有權立即暫停/終止服務,而毋須作事先通知。此外,CSL 保留權利向客戶徵收費用,有關收費則會按CSL 現行收費計算。


- 中國內地漫遊數據(此服務) 由主卡及附屬卡共享,適用於指定1O1O月費服務計劃,並須登記 IDD 、漫遊服務及數據漫遊日費之個人客戶,並受有關條款及細則約束。不適用於「大中華」服務計劃、 中港澳服務計劃、CxO 漫遊數據服務計劃、中小學生服務計劃、數據服務計劃及其他不支援數據漫遊服務的服務計劃。此服務須選用指定服務計劃及簽訂最少24個月的承諾期(「承諾期」)。此服務內包含之使用量只適用於中國內地使用 。此服務內包含之使用量只供該賬單月內使用,餘額不能累積至下一個賬單月並會於該賬單月被取消。若客戶身處中國內地,此服務包含內之使用量將被優先扣除。若用量全部用完後,可以使用數據漫遊日費以繼續享用數據漫遊服務(額外收費,如適用)。有關數據漫遊日費的服務及收費詳情,請瀏覽http://1010.com.hk/c/datapass。


§ 「86-易」中國號碼服務:您必需透過1O1O app (“流動應用程式”) 完成登記”86-易”增值服務(“本服務”)。如透過客戶服務熱線或1O1O專門店登記本服務,須簽訂指定服務承諾期。申請本服務及完成登記後,您會隨機獲得分配一個中國國內電話號碼(“國內電話號碼”)。有關國內電話號碼將不能攜號轉台至其他網絡供應商。您可透過獲分配的國內電話號碼接收短訊及發送短訊至適用的中國內地服務供應商及中國內地流動電話號碼。適用的中國內地服務供應商會不時更改,詳情請致電我們的客戶服務熱28881010線查詢。申請本服務後,您必需繳交有關服務費用及簽訂指定承諾期(如適用)。如果您在承諾期屆滿前選擇終止服務,您必須支付提前終止費用,即承諾期內剩餘原價月費之總和。本服務只能透過指定流動應用程式使用。收件箱內最高訊息儲存量為200條訊息。每月基本發送短訊配額為10個,每月1號將重置使用配額。如每月發送短訊配額已用完或已達最高訊息儲存量,您將不能發送短訊。在任何情況下您需要對您的資料及記錄作出備份。我們無須對您遺失或不能提取短訊負上任何責任。當取消本服務後,您所獲分配的國內電話號碼便隨即當作放棄論, 同時您將不能查閱/提取任何訊息。香港移動通訊有限公司保留隨時修訂以上條款及細則的權力而恕不另行通知。如有任何爭議,本公司持有最終決定權。服務內容、條款及細則詳情,請瀏覽 http://www.1010.com.hk/jsp/our_services/86/86_easy_tch.htm

服務計劃基本條款及細則:

1. 於香港發送到1O1O、csl 及 SUN Mobile客戶之文字短訊為網內短訊,每月使用額為500個短訊。若超過此使用額,其後每個網內短訊將收取$0.3。於香港傳送至香港其他網絡的用戶之文字短訊則為網外短訊,每個網外短訊將收取$0.6。由香港傳送至海外網絡的用戶之文字短訊則為國際短訊,每個國際短訊將收取$2。每個短訊最多可包括連空白位及標點符號在內160個英文字母或70個非英文字母。如短訊內同時包含英文及非英文字母,字數上限為70。如超過此字數上限,您的短訊將被分拆為幾個短訊發送,每個短訊均需收費。

2. 多媒體短訊之本地其後收費 : 每個$2。

3. 當您把您的服務計劃內包含的本地流動數據用量全部用完後,本地流動數據服務將會停止,待下一個賬單月才可重新使用。

4. 當您的本地流動數據用量達致您的服務計劃內所包含的本地流動數據用量之70%及90%左右或由我們不時訂定之其他用量水平 (「指定數據用量」) 及您的服務計劃內所包含的本地流動數據用量之100%左右時,我們將會以 (a)短訊及/或 (b)電郵(至您提供並經核實作接收本地數據用量提示的電郵地址)給您發送提示(「本地數據用量提示」)。

5. 我們不會對任何本地數據用量提示及成功申請確認之時效、刪除、傳遞錯誤、或收發失誤而承擔任何責任。

6. 並非所有裝置具有收發短訊及/或支援其他服務的功能,您應該檢查您的裝置是否具有收發短訊及支援其他服務的功能。

8. 除非另有註明,服務計劃內包含之使用量以每分鐘為單位,所有不足一分鐘的使用量亦作一分鐘計算。

9. 當您使用來電等候服務並同時接駁多於一條電話線,通話時間將按照所有已接駁電話線之時間總數計算。

10. 服務計劃內包含之使用量只供該賬單月內使用,餘額不能累積至下一個賬單月並會於該賬單月被取消。

11. 只有部份裝置可支援5G網絡。

12. 實際所體驗之數據傳送速度會相當地少於網絡的理論速度,並會因應不同因素而有所偏差,包括互聯網情況、伺服器速度、網絡情況、覆蓋範圍、地點、所使用之電腦或裝置、硬件、軟件、用量水平及其他因素。

13. 您明確了解並同意,您使用流動通訊服務之風險由您個人負擔,流動通訊服務是依「現況」及「現有」基礎提供,我們表明不提供任何明示或默示的擔保,包括但不限於商業適售性、特定目的之適用性及未侵害第三方的權利。我們不會對任何用戶通訊或個人化設定之時效、刪除、傳遞錯誤、未予儲存或因任何資料之下載而導致您的流動通訊設備或任何其他設備或裝置之任何損壞或資料流失而承擔任何責任。您同意我們不會就您進入或使用流動通訊服務及其任何部份而承擔任何責任。

14. 服務計劃所包含的服務受該服務之條款及細則約束(如有及如適用),詳情請參閱我們的網頁www.1010.com.hk。

15. 我們有權隨時終止或更改此服務計劃、優惠及本條款及細則而不作另行通知。請參閱我們的網頁www.1010.com.hk或蒞臨我們的專門店索取最新版本。如有任何爭議,我們保留最終決定權。


♦ 5G額外SIM卡條款及細則:

多人共享附屬卡只適用於50GB或以上服務計劃。客戶可於主SIM卡服務承諾期內申請多人共享附屬卡,最多4張,每張多人共享附屬卡須簽訂24/30/36個月承諾期。所有額外SIM卡的用量將會被計算在你的服務計劃用量內。於海外使用額外SIM卡將會被收取漫遊收費。

1. 額外SIM卡增值服務組合只適用於指定5G服務計劃(“主SIM”) 客戶。

2. 你可以選用包含1張﹑2張﹑3張或4張額外SIM卡之增值服務組合。你只可同時選用1個增值服務組合。

3. 5G額外SIM卡增值服務組合須簽訂24個月承諾期,並以最後之電話號碼生效日起計算承諾期。

4. 在額外SIM卡增值服務組合承諾期內,在以下情況下,你須支付額外SIM卡增值服務組合提早終止費用,即承諾期剩餘月份之月費(“5G額外SIM卡提早終止費用”):

  • i.取消或更改額外SIM卡增值服務組合 (本協議第7項升級服務除外); 或
  • ii.停止使用主SIM卡服務或登記指定計劃。在這種情況下,你的額外SIM卡增值服務組合將被終止,並可能無法再使用額外SIM卡電話號碼。

5. 如你在增值服務組合承諾期內升級增值服務組合 (例如: 由1張額外SIM卡至2張額外SIM卡),現有之增值服務組合會自動取消而提早終止費用會被豁免,並重新簽訂升級至更高月費之增值服務組合及另須簽訂24個月承諾期,新承諾期將以最後之電話號碼生效日起計算。

6. 有額外SIM卡的用量將會被計算在你的服務計劃用量內。於海外使用額外SIM卡將會被收取漫遊收費。

7. 若你的服務計劃或其任何部分被暫停或限制,5G額外SIM卡增值服務組合亦會被暫停或限制。

8. 附送Club積分只適用於The Club會員,並須成功選用指定5G額外SIM卡增值服務組合。

9. 有權隨時終止或更改此服務計劃、優惠及本條款及細則而不作另行通知。如有任何爭議,以CSL最終決定為準。


π 數據「滾滾存」服務條款及細則:

1. 5G數據「滾滾存」服務(「此服務」)適用於指定100GB或以上的「5G」服務計劃(包括攜機或買機上台、多人共享服務計劃)。

2. 此服務月費為$48,於指定「5G」服務計劃承諾期內,可免費使用此服務費至承諾期完結。指定「5G」服務計劃於承諾期完結後,此服務隨即終止。選用此服務,該帳單月所剩餘的任何本地數據用量可滾存至下一個賬單月直至承諾期到期日。承諾期完結後,剩餘的可享數據用量將會被取消。

3. 如服務計劃有任何更改,剩餘的本地數據用量將不會滾存至新的服務計劃。

4. 此服務不可取替於買機上台服務計劃之所須選用不少於$39指定增值服務(如適用)。

5. 您可於最少30日前通知本公司要求終止有關服務。您滾存而並未使用之數據用量將會取消,而不作任何補償。

6. 此服務不適用於80GB 以下的5G服務計劃之客戶。

7. 指定「5G」服務計劃之客戶的本地數據使用量可滾存至下一個賬單月,於承諾期內使用。最高本地數據用量滾存至下一個賬單月為客戶所選用服務計劃包含本地數據量之三倍。


5G服務計劃之特別條款及細則

  1. 5G服務適用於指定地點並需配合可支援裝置。離開5G覆蓋範圍,以3G/4G提供服務。
  2. 本特別條款及細則為流動通訊服務協議(以下簡稱「服務協議」)之附屬條款,並為該服務協議中不可分割的部份。基於我們提供流動通訊服務及/或上述優惠,你同意根據服務協議之條款及細則及本特別條款及細則使用流動通訊服務。
  3. 選用此服務計劃須簽24/30/36個月承諾期。
  4. 你須繳付每月$18之港鐵/隧道/流動電訊牌照/行政費。
  5. 於香港發送到1O1O、csl 及 SUN Mobile客戶之文字短訊為網內短訊,每月使用額為500個短訊。於 香港傳送至香港其他網絡的用戶之文字短訊則為網外短訊。由香港傳送至海外網絡的用戶之文字短訊則為國際短訊。未超過此使用額,可享每個網外短訊收費$0.6及每個國際短訊收費$2。網外短訊及國際短訊將由上述使用額內扣除。若超過此使用額,其後每個網內短訊將收取$0.3,每個網外短訊將收取$0.6,每個國際短訊將收取$2。每個短訊最多可包括連空白位及標點符號在內160個英文字母或70 個非英文字母。如短訊內同時包含英文及非英文字母,字數上限為70。如超過此字數上限,你的短訊將被分拆為幾個短訊發送, 每個短訊均需收費。

The Club及My HKT

1. 閣下作為於本申請書下申請服務(「本服務」)的客戶,你將會自動成為The Club會員及My HKT 服務(「My HKT」)用戶(分別由Club HKT Limited及HKT CSP Limited 提供及管理,兩間公司均為香港電訊有限公司的附屬公司),若你尚未登記成為The Club會員及My HKT用戶。透過簽署本申請書,你明白及同意

a. 受The Club及My HKT各自的條款及細則,以及香港電訊集團和電訊盈科集團各自的《私隱聲明》約束(分別載於 www.theclub.com.hkwww.cs.hkt.comwww.hkt.com/legal/privacy.html 及 www.pccw.com/legal/privacy.html );及

b. 委任The Club及My HKT作為你的代理,以代你接入你與香港電訊集團及電訊盈科集團的任何或所有服務帳戶,有助於

  • i. 開啟你的The Club會籍、My HKT及本服務;及
  • ii. 你使用及我們支援The Club、My HKT及本服務的各項功能。你下列的電郵地址和手機號碼將作為你就有關The Club及My HKT服務的聯繫資料(包括該電郵地址作為你的登入名稱)。

2. 若你未能提供一個有效的電郵地址以及手機號碼,My HKT帳戶將不會被設立,Club HKT Limited會分配一個電郵地址給你,作為你登記The Club的登入名稱。

  • 1. 5G額外流動數據組合適用於現有的指定服務計劃的客戶,並提供每月額外5G本地流動數據。
  • 現有4G 服務計劃客戶可選用以下5G本地流動數據組合
  • $58/30GB 5G 本地流動數據並須簽訂18/24/30/36個月承諾期
  • $88/50GB 5G 本地流動數據並須簽訂18/24/30/36個月承諾期
  • $100/100GB 5G 本地流動數據並須簽訂18/24/30/36個月承諾期
  • $118/30GB 5G 本地流動數據 x Netflix並須簽訂 24/36個月承諾期
  • $178/120GB 5G 本地流動數據 x Netflix並須簽訂 24/36個月承諾期
  • $200/150GB 5G 本地流動數據其後限速無限(最高2Mbps) 並須簽訂24/30/36個月承諾期
  • $250/300GB 5G 本地流動數據其後限速無限(最高3Mbps) 並須簽訂24/30/36個月承諾期
  • $278/170GB 5G 本地流動數據其後限速無限 (最高3Mbps) x Netflix並須簽訂 24/36個月承諾期
  • 2. 申請此服務的客戶可自動升級成為5G服務客戶,客戶原有服務計劃內的4G本地流動數據及本服務的額外數據均升級為5G本地流動數據,其他服務則維持不變。客戶每賬單月剩餘數據將會自動取消。
  • 3. 5G 服務計劃之每月基本或增值數據適用於網絡分享(tethering)及點對點(P2P)功能,包括Bit-Torrent等。客戶如有附屬卡或額外SIM卡,主卡及其附屬卡或額外SIM卡同一時間只可以其中一張SIM卡使用網絡分享(tethering)及點對點(P2P)功能。如客戶不遵守這指定條例使用數據服務,本公司將有權立即暫停/終止服務,而毋須作事先通知。此外,CSL 保留權利向客戶徵收費用,有關收費則會按CSL 現行收費計算。

限時優惠: 「30GB / 120GB 本地流動數據組合 x Netflix」HK$40月費回贈條款及細則:

  1. 「120GB 本地流動數據 x Netflix」月費為 HK$178,只適用於1O1O 的指定服務計劃的客戶,並提供每月額外 120GB 本地流動數據 及 Netflix 高級計劃 (價值每月HK$108),可享HK$40月費回贈。
  2. 所有計劃須簽訂 24 / 27 / 30 / 33 / 36 / 39個月承諾期。
  3. 客戶必須建立/登入 Netflix 賬號以管理服務。
  4. 申請此服務的客戶每月將獲得30GB額外數據,其他服務則維持不變。客戶每賬單月剩餘數據將會自動取消。
  5. 4G 客戶購買30GB額外流動數據組合,其總數據受以下條 款及細則約束:只有總數據内的 20GB 可享網絡分享 (tethering) 及點對點(P2P) 功能,包括 Bit-Torrent 等;及客戶如有附屬卡或額外 SIM 卡,主卡及其額外 SIM 卡同一時間只可以其 中一張 SIM 卡使用網絡分享 (tethering) 及點對點 (P2P) 功能。如客戶不遵守這指定條例使 用數據服務,本公司將有權立即暫停/終止服務,而毋須作事先通知。此外,CSL 保留權 利向客戶徵收費用,有關收費則會按 1O1O 現行收費計算。
  6. 此服務不能與某些服務同時使用。
  7. 因任何原因在承諾期屆滿前選擇終止服務,你必須支付提前終止費用,即承諾期內剩餘原價月費之總和。

Terms and Conditions

1. The above-mentioned 5G monthly service plan is applicable to new connection/recontracting customers who subscribe to a service plan and agree to a 24-month commitment period. Also payable is an MTR/Tunnels/Mobile Licence/Administration Fee of HK$18 per month. This service plan uses 5G spectrum, which is only available for designated locations with the use of compatible devices. Actual speeds customers experience will be less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, location, network conditions and other extraneous factors. In areas outside of our 5G coverage, you will be provided with a 3G and/or 4G Mobile Service.


2. For selected 5G service plans, your basic and top up entitlement support tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions (such as Bit-Torrent). For customers with multiple or additional sim cards, only one sim card can support tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions at a time. Any breach of these restrictions may lead to suspension of your service or additional charges by us.


- Mainland China Roaming Data usage (Service? is available to selected personal account customers who have activated IDD, roaming service and subscribe to Data Roaming Day Pass service. It is subject to related Terms and Conditions. The Service is not applicable to Greater China Service Plan, China-HK-Macau Service Plan, C-level Data Roaming Service Plan, Data only Service Plan and the service plans not support the data roaming service. Service Plan Basic Terms and Conditions:

1. Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 SMS units ("Quota"). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per Intra-network SMS. Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks, the charge is $0.6 per Inter-network SMS. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks, the charge is $2 per International SMS . Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS and each SMS will be charged.

2. Local Thereafter Charge for MMS: $2 per MMS.

3. The local Mobile Data service will stop when you use up the monthly local Mobile Data usage included in your Service Plan and will resume at the beginning of the next bill month.

4. When your local Mobile Data usage reaches around 70% and 90% or such other level as may be specified by us from time to time ("Specified Data Usage Level") and around 100% of the local Mobile Data usage of your Service Plan, notification will be sent to you by (a) SMS and/or (b) email (to the email address given by you for receiving Local Data Usage Alert after verification) ("Local Data Usage Alert").

5. We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to send or receive any Local Data Usage Alert.

6. Not all devices support SMS and/or other services included in the Service Plan. You should check whether your device is able to receive SMS and support any services included in the Service Plan.

7. Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage applies to local use only. For details on roaming and international charges, please refer to our website www.1010.com.hk.

8. Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.

9. When you use the Call Waiting service and are connected to more than one telephone line, airtime will be calculated according to the total time spent on all connected lines during call waiting.

10. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month.

11. Only certain devices support the 5G network.

12. Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the theoretical speeds obtainable on a network and may vary due to internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the computer and device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.

13. You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Mobile Service is at your sole risk, and the Mobile Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis and that we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings or for any damage to your Mobile Equipment or any other equipment or device or loss of data that results from the download of any materials, data or information. You expressly relieve us from any and all liabilities arising from the access or use of any part of the Mobile Service.

♦ 5G additional SIM cards Terms & Conditions:

An additional 5G SIM card is applicable to 50GB or above service plans only. Customer can subscribe to an additional 5G SIM card in respect of the primary SIM service contract period to a maximum of four additional 5G SIM cards. You are required to subscribe to each additional 5G SIM card for a commitment period of 24, 30 or 36 months. All additional 5G SIM card usage will be deducted from your service plans entitlement. Roaming charges apply when using an additional 5G SIM card overseas. If your service plan or any part thereof is suspended or limited, additional 5G SIM card service will also be suspended or limited. If your service plan is terminated, the additional 5G SIM card will also be terminated and you will have to pay an early termination charge. You will also have to pay an early termination charge if you terminate an additional 5G SIM card before expiry of the additional 5G SIM card commitment period. Terms & Conditions apply.

1. Additional SIM Service is only applicable to customers who subscribed to designated 5G service plans (the Primary SIM Service Plan).

2. You may elect to subscribe to Addition SIM Service with 1, 2, 3 or 4 Additional SIM cards. However, you can only subscribe one Addition SIM Service for one Primary SIM Service Plan.

3. Additional SIM Service is subject to a 24 Commitment Period, which commences from the date on which the last of your number is activated.

4. You must pay us Early Termination Charge, which is the monthly service fee for the remaining months of the Commitment Period of the Additional SIM Service (the Early Termination Charge for Additional SIM if during the Commitment Period of the Additional SIM Service:

you cancel and vary the Additional SIM Service (except for service upgrade in accordance with Clause 7 hereof); or

you cease to subscribe to Primary SIM Service Plan or other plans designated by us from time to time.

In such case, your Additional SIM services will be terminated and you may not be able to use the service number registered to Additional SIM services.

5. If you upgrade your additional SIM services (e.g. from 1 additional SIM to 2 Additional SIM) during the Commitment Period for the Addition SIM service, no Early Termination Charge for Additional SIM will be chargeable by reason of such upgrade. However, the Commitment Period for the Additional SIM services will start to run from the effective date of such upgrade.

6. All usage of Additional SIM will be counted towards the usage of your Service Plan. Roaming charges will apply when you use the Additional SIM overseas.

7. If your Primary SIM Service Plan or any part thereof is suspended or limited, the services of the Additional SIM will also be suspended or limited.

8. Free Clubpoints is applicable to Club members subscribed to designated 5G Additional SIM Card VAS Package.


π Piggy Bank Service Terms & Conditions:

1. 5G Piggy Bank Service (This Service? is applicable to customers subscribing to a designated 100GB or above 5G service plan (including SIM/handset, Multi-User service plans) with local data entailment 80GB or above.

2. The monthly service subscription fee of This Service is HK$48 when a commitment period is involved. Customer must agree to a commitment period associated with the service plan concerned. The designated 5G service plan subscribers could entitle to This Service for free during the designated 5G service plan commitment period. This Service will be terminated automatically upon the completion of the commitment period. When subscribing to This Service, any remaining local data entitlement will be carried forward to the next billing month up to the end of the commitment period of your service plan. All remaining local data entitlement will be forfeited thereafter.

3. If you change your service plan, all remaining local data entitlement will be forfeited.

4. This Service is not among the designated VAS for selection in respect of Handset Plan subscription (if applicable).

5. You can terminate This Service by giving us at least 30 days' prior notice all remaining local data entitlement will be forfeited without any compensation.

6. This Service is not applicable to customers subscribing to a 5G service plan with the local data entitlement less than 80GB.

7. With regard to designated 5G service plan subscribers, This Service allows remaining local data entitlement to be carried forward to the next billing month, throughout the commitment period. The maximum local data entitlement residue that can be carried forward to the next billing month is equal to three times of your service plan entitlement.


Special Terms and Conditions for 5G Service Plan


1. 5G service is only applicable at designated locations with a compatible device. 3G/4G service is provided, if outside 5G service coverage.

2. These Special Terms and Conditions are supplemental to the Mobile Service Agreement (Agreement and form an integral part of the Agreement. In consideration of us offering the Mobile Service and/or the above offer, you agree to subscribe to the Mobile Service subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and these Special Term and Conditions.

3. Subscription to this Service Plan for 24/30/36 months Commitment Period is required.

4. You are required to pay a MTR/Tunnels/Mobile License/Administration Fee of $18 per month.

7. GIFTS AND PREMIUMS (if applicable): All gifts and premiums are non-exchangeable, non-redeemable for cash or other benefits. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty statement included with the product (if any) for a detailed explanation of the product warranty terms applicable to a particular product. If you terminate our service before the expiry of the Commitment Period, we may charge you the full value of gifts and premiums you received in addition to any early termination charges you are required to pay.

8. The local Mobile Data service will stop when you use up the monthly local Mobile Data usage included in your Service Plan and will resume at the beginning of the next bill month.

9. Not all devices support SMS and/or other services included in the Service Plan. You should check whether your device is able to receive SMS and support any services included in the Service Plan.

10. Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage applies to local use only.

11. Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.

14. If you terminate this Agreement before the expiry of the Commitment Period, the remaining balance of any Rebate or benefit will be absolutely forfeited to us immediately. In addition, you must pay the Early Termination Charge which is the sum of the monthly service fee for the remaining months of the Commitment Period.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Mobile Service is at your sole risk, and the Mobile Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis and that we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings or for any damage to your Mobile Equipment or any other equipment or device or loss of data that results from the download of any materials, data or information. You expressly relieve us from any and all liabilities arising from the access or use of any part of the Mobile Service.

The Club and My HKT


1. As a customer of the services you have subscribed to under this Application ("Services"), you will automatically become a member of The Club and an user of My HKT service ("My HKT") (provided and managed by Club HKT Limited and HKT CSP Limited respectively, both of which are subsidiaries of HKT Limited), if you have not already registered. By signing this Application, you understand and agree to:

  • a. the respective terms and conditions of The Club and My HKT and the respective Privacy Statement of the HKT Group and the PCCW Group (which can be viewed at www.theclub.com.hk, www.cs.hkt.com, www.hkt.com/legal/privacy.html and www.pccw.com/legal/privacy.html respectively); and
  • b. appoint The Club and My HKT as your agents to access on your behalf any or all your services accounts with the HKT Group and the PCCW Group to facilitate
  • i. the activation of your membership of; and
  • ii. your use of, and our support of the various functions in The Club, My HKT and the Services. Your following email address and mobile number will be used as your contact (including the said email address as your login ID) in relation to The Club and My HKT services.

2. If you are unable to provide both a valid email address and a mobile number, My HKT account will not be created, whereas Club HKT Limited will assign an email address to you, as your login ID for The Club registration.

  2. The commitment period for all service plans are 24 / 27 / 30 / 33 / 36 / 39 month.
  3. To use this Service, customers must register/sign into a Netflix account

  7. In order to provide bonus data, customer must continue to use designated mobile service plan within the Service commitment period. If you choose to terminate the Service before expiry of the Commitment Period, you will be required to pay an Early Termination Charge equivalent to the sum of the listed monthly fees of the remaining months of the Commitment Period.
  8. CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to amend and/or cancel the 5G Local Data Package and/or amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. In the event of inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute, CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right of final determination.
  9. This Service is subject to your Mobile Service Agreement with CSL Mobile Limited and this special Terms and Condition.

Netflix Direct Carrier Billing Service Terms & Conditions:

1. Netflix Direct Carrier Billing Service (“Service”) is a billing service for designated personal customers of 1O1O service plans (except Primary and Secondary student SIM Plans, personal-named business plans and pre-paid cards).

2. The Service can only be used for designated purchases at Netflix Website (www.netflix.com) or Netflix App (each “Netflix Purchase”).

3. Netflix Purchases are made subject to the prevailing Netflix Terms and Conditions https://help.netflix.com/zh-TW/legal/termsofuse).

4. The Service can only be used to settle payment for Netflix Service Plans; the amounts for which will be billed through your 1O1O monthly bill.

5. The Service is subject to a monthly limit in any calendar month for each 1O1O service plan as below. If Netflix customers’ purchase amount exceeds the monthly limit, Service will be suspended until next calendar month.

6. Any use of the Service may incur data charges at the prevailing rate, and mobile data consumed will be deducted from subscription plan entitlements and charged at the prevailing rate thereafter. Standard roaming data charges apply if you use the Service overseas.

7. The service provided by CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”, “we”, “our”) serves only as a method of payment. CSL is not liable to customers for the Netflix Purchases, any refund request must follow Netflix’s refund policy. 8. CSL reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Service; or amend these Direct Carrier Billing Service Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. In the event of dispute, our decision shall be final.
