Saver Data Roaming Pass Package – Asia Pacific 4 Passes / 8 Passes (this “Package”) Terms & Conditions:

1.      Saver Data Roaming Pass Package – Asia Pacific 4 Passes / 8 Passes  provides 4 or 8 saver data roaming passes applicable to 15 destinations and designated network providers only:

·        Chinese Mainland (China Unicom)

·        Macao (CTM)

·        Australia (Telstra)

·        Cambodia (Smart)

·        India (Airtel)

·        Indonesia (Telkomsel)

·        Japan (KDDI)

·        Malaysia (Maxis)

·        New Zealand (Spark)

·        Philippines (Globe)

·        Singapore (SingTel)

·        South Korea (SK Telecom)

·        Taiwan (Chunghwa Telecom)

·        Thailand (AIS)

·        Vietnam (MobiFone).

This list of designated network providers may subject to change without prior notice.

2.      Saver Data Roaming Pass Package is available to selected personal account csl/1O1O customers who have activated IDD & Roaming service and activated Data Roaming Pass service. It is subject to the Special Terms and Conditions for the Data Roaming Pass, please visit http://e.hkcsl.com/datapass-e or http://1010.com.hk/e/datapass for details. If the customer has not registered for IDD and roaming services or has already applied for “barring of data roaming service”, upon subscription to Saver Data Roaming Pass Package, it represents the customer agrees to activate IDD and roaming service and agree to “un-bar data roaming service”.

3.      Saver Data Roaming Pass Package is  applicable to Data Roaming Pass and applies to Mobile Data roaming usage such as Internet Browsing, Roaming MMS, WAP and audio or video streaming but not support VoIP, Bit Torrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream), VPN Tunnel service, corporate e-mail service or any commercial promotion activities or any means which may be harmful or adversely affect our network or other customers. The Mobile Data with full network speed roaming available for this Service is 1GB per pass, after which the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps. Please note the actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks and the actual speed and network experience will be affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service if you breach the Terms and Conditions of the Service.

4.      Saver Data Roaming Pass Packages can only be subscribed in Hong Kong. The promotion period of this package valid from DD March 2026 to 31 March 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). Saver Data Roaming Pass Packages remains valid for 3 months (“Validity Period”). All remaining entitlement will be forfeited upon expiry of Validity Period and prevailing roaming rates will apply.

5.      Each personal mobile service plan can utilize this offer once only in the Promotion Period, offer only applicable for designated service plans.

6.      After the customer has used up the Saver Data Roaming Pass Package, the subsequent charges will be charged according to the then-current rate of Data Roaming Pass. Please visit http://e.hkcsl.com/datapass-e or http://1010.com.hk/e/datapass for details.

7.      Upon customers subscribe to Saver Data Roaming Pass Package, CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) will send them a Short-Message-Service (“SMS”) to confirm the activation of Saver Data Roaming Pass Package and advise the customers that they could set up the roaming preference for their data roaming needs via the csl/1O1O service app.

8.      If customer with Saver Data Roaming Pass Package and other Data Roaming Pass entitlement, the one with earlier validity end date will take priority when data roaming usage is deducted.

9.      Unless otherwise specified, Saver Data Roaming Pass Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion and is neither non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products/services.

10.   Unless otherwise specified, Saver Data Roaming Pass activation mode is by default set as automatic activation.

11.   Customers shall connect exclusively to the network designated by CSL’s system and shall not manually modify network settings or attempt to access any non-designated networks. Compliance with this requirement is essential to ensure the uninterrupted provision of services.

12.   5G Data Roaming Service: 5G Data Roaming Service is only applicable to csl/1O1O 5G service plan customers or csl/1O1O service plan customers who are enabled to access to csl/1O1O 5G network service. Customer must register and activate IDD, roaming service, data roaming pass, and use designated compatible 5G device with specified system version in order to use 5G roaming in designated areas with designated networks. 13.   5G Data Roaming service may not completely cover all locations within the periphery, depending on performance of 5G networks run by local operators. Roaming service will automatically switch to 4G LTE, or other technologies, in locations not covered by a 5G network.

14.   Customers who terminate their mobile service accounts before expiry of Validity Period shall be deemed to have forfeited any such entitlement, and CSL shall not be responsible for any such forfeiture. CSL reserves the right to terminate or amend these offers and terms and conditions at any time without notice.

15.   CSL makes no warranty as to the availability or quality of services beyond the obligations expressly stated herein.

16.   In case of any dispute, the decision of CSL is final.

17.   In the event of any discrepancies between Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.

2.      數據漫遊特惠日數通行證組合適用於指定 csl/1O1O 月費服務計劃之個人客戶。客戶須同時登記 IDD、漫遊服務及數據漫遊通行證，才可享用這個數據漫遊通行證組合，並受相關的特別條款及細則約束，詳情請瀏覽 http://e.hkcsl.com/datapass 或http://1010.com.hk/c/datapass。如客戶尚未登記 IDD 及漫遊服務或同時已申請[暫停流動數據服務]，選用數據漫遊特惠日數通行證組合即代表客戶已同意開啟 IDD 及漫遊服務並同意 [開啟流動數據服務]。

3.      數據漫遊特惠日數通行證組合適用於數據漫遊通行證並於以下所列出的流動數據漫遊用量，如互聯網瀏覽、漫遊多媒體短訊、WAP 及影音串流等，但不支援 VoIP、Bit Torrent、點對點文件共享（如 FTP 文件共享及視訊品會議攝影機）、Peer Casting 應用程式（如 PPLive 網絡電視、PPStream 網絡電視）、VPN Tunnel 服務、公司電郵服務、商務推廣活動或任何可能對我們的網絡或其他客戶構成有害或不利的方法。此服務每張特惠日數通行證可享用全速的數據漫遊用量為首 1GB 及其後有關速度上限為 512kbps。請注意有關實際速度及使用數據速度的體驗則視乎當地漫遊網絡，實際之網絡體驗會因應不同因素而有所影響，包括互聯網情況、伺服器速度、網絡情況、覆蓋範圍、地點、所使用之裝置、硬件、軟件、用量水平及其他因素。如你違反本服務之條款及細則，我們有權暫停或終止你使用本服務。

4.      數據漫遊特惠日數通行證組合只可於香港本地境內申請，此組合之推廣期由 2026 年 xx 月 xx 日起至2026 年 3 月 31 日為止（包括首尾兩日）（“優惠期”）。此組合使用有效期為 3 個月(「有效期」) 。未使用之數據漫遊特惠日數通行證於有效期後自動失效，其後將會根據該服務當時之漫遊費用收取。

5.      每個個人服務計劃只可申請此優惠1次，同時只適用於指定服務計劃。

6.      客戶用完數據漫遊特惠日數通行證組合後，其後收費將會根據數據漫遊日數通行證當時之費用收取。詳情請瀏覽 http://e.hkcsl.com/datapass 或http://1010.com.hk/c/datapass。

7.      當客戶選用數據漫遊特惠日數通行證組合，香港移動通訊有限公司(「香港移動通訊」)會發出一條短訊通知客戶確認服務啟動及建議客戶透過 csl/1O1O服務應用程式選擇合適的數據漫遊設定。

8.      如客戶同時選用數據漫遊特惠日數通行證組合及享有其他的數據漫遊通行證，將先扣除有效期先完結的優惠。

9.      除特別註明外，數據漫遊特惠日數通行證組合不能與其他折扣、推廣或優惠同時使用。亦不能轉讓或兌換現金或其他產品/服務。

10.   除非另有說明，數據漫遊特惠日數通行證的啟動模式預設為自動啟動。

11.   客戶請使用香港移動通訊系統指定網絡，並避免手動更改或嘗試連接任何非指定網絡，以保持服務順暢。

12.   5G 數據漫遊服務: 5G 數據漫遊服務只適用於指定 csl/1O1O 5G 服務計劃或可使用 csl/1O1O 5G 網絡服務之 csl/1O1O 服務計劃客戶。客戶須同時登記及啟動 IDD、漫遊服務及數據漫遊通行證，並以指定可支援手機型號及軟件版本於指定漫遊地區及網絡，才可享用 5G 數據漫遊服務。詳情: http://e.hkcsl.com/5groamingareastc 或http://1010.com.hk/c/datapass

13.   5G 數據漫遊服務需視乎當地漫遊網絡的 5G 網絡覆蓋。在一些沒有 5G 網絡覆蓋的位置，會自動轉為 4G LTE 或其他合適的網絡服務。

14.   如客戶於有效期完結前或期間提前終止流動通訊服務將視作放棄相關優惠。香港移動通訊不會就客戶放棄此權利而負上任何責任。香港移動通訊有權隨時終止或更改此優惠及本條款及細則而無須事先通知。

15.   除法律另有規定外，香港移動通訊對此服務中斷或質素下降，概不承擔任何責任。

16.   如有任何爭議，香港移動通訊保留最終決定權。

17.   如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處，應以英文版本為準。
