香港電訊宣布，自主開發AI平台 HKT.AI（https://hkt.ai/）正式啟用。個人及中小企用戶在單一平台，便可享用深度本地化、易用和安全的AI服務，解決日常生活及工作的各種難題，實現「AI ON. FEAR GONE」。
HKT.AI 平台分別設有個人及企業用戶入口，香港電訊客戶由即日起，可按需要訂購個人或商業版本。個人用戶月費低至港幣48元，而商業版本月費則低至港幣88元。兩個版本所使用的AI資源相同，而因應個人及企業不同的應用場景，分別提供專用的應用程式和工具，目前可供使用的AI助手數目已逾80個，並計劃持續增加。
香港電訊集團董事總經理許漢卿表示：「香港電訊一直以前瞻部署把握 AI 帶來的新機遇，積極轉型成為綜合數據及智能科技平台，結合網絡、數據及 AI，把AI帶給全香港，為客戶及社會創造更大價值。HKT.AI 的推出旨在協助客戶克服AI應用門檻，在安全的環境下安心善用AI。」

平台實用和趣味性兼備，「大模型擂台」讓用家可同時比較多個模型的答案；「圖片工作室」可生成各種有趣相片；「影片工作室」更配備AI優化提示詞，助用家輕易把想法變成創意無限的影片。
個人用戶版本的HKT.AI針對不同生活、學習及工作需要，設有一系列專區。其中「全能家長」專區為父母提供「孩子學習專家」、「英文老師」及「數學解題博士」等AI助手，可一站式生成練習和模擬試題，並支援改卷、解題、功課輔導等功能。平台亦貼心照顧日常生活所需，用戶透過「香港安居生活顧問」可獲得如租約和合同分析；「星級大廚」AI助手只需憑一張雪櫃食物相片，便可提供食譜及買餸建議。上班族則可透過「簡報工作室」快速生成可編輯的簡報，提升工作效率。
商業用戶版本的AI助手全方位涵蓋不同業務場景及工作職能，如為市場推廣而設的社交內容工作室及簡報工作室；協助人力資源的自動排更工具和招聘廣告撰寫，以及處理日常業務的商務文書撰寫、客戶投訴回覆和AI會議助手。平台更設有針對香港中小企的營商環境設計的「香港專屬」助手，協助公司申報及中小企資助配對，讓中小企能夠以可負擔成本，提升營運效率。

HKT.AI features dedicated portals for individual and enterprise users, with both subscription plans available to HKT customers starting today. Monthly subscriptions start from HK$48 for consumers and HK$88 for enterprises. Both versions provide access to the same AI resources, while offering dedicated applications and AI agents tailored to their respective use cases. More than 80 AI agents are currently available across the platform, with the selection set to expand further.

The “LLM Arena” allows users to compare responses from multiple AI models simultaneously, while the “Image Studio” enables them to generate a variety of fun and creative images. The “Video Studio” also features AI-powered prompt enhancement, making it easy for users to transform their ideas into imaginative videos.
Designed to cater to diverse needs, the consumer version of HKT.AI features a range of dedicated zones. “Super Parent” offers parents AI agents such as “Kid's Learning Buddy”, “English Teacher” and “Math & Problem Solving Tutor”, providing a one-stop solution for generating exercises and mock examination papers, as well as marking papers, solving problems and assisting with homework. The platform also caters to everyday needs. “Hong Kong Living Consultant” helps users review and analyse tenancy agreements and contracts, while “Master Chef” can provide recipes and grocery shopping recommendations based on a photo of food inside their fridge. Working professionals can use “Presentation Studio” to generate editable presentations and enhance productivity.
The business version of HKT.AI offers comprehensive support across a wide range of business scenarios and job functions. These include the social media studio and presentation studio for marketing activities; automatic roster planning and job advertisement generator for human resources; as well as business writing assistance, compliant response assistance, and AI meeting assistance to empower day-to-day operations. The platform also features "Built for Hong Kong" agents tailored to the local business environment of SMEs, such as company filing assistance and SME funding-matching services, enabling SMEs to improve operational efficiency at an affordable cost.
