Viu付費服務 (「此服務」) 條款及條件：
 
  1. 「Viu付費服務」指「 Viu升級會員Lite 」或／及「Viu 升級會員＋服務」（在下文中適用）。
  2. 「 Viu升級會員Lite 」之優惠月費為HK$38，須簽訂12個月或以上承諾期。可享用以下功能：劇集、智能電視播放、下載及全高清質素。
  3. 「Viu升級會員＋服務」可享用以下功能：由Now TV 電影組合提供的Now 爆谷電影、劇集、智能電視播放、下載及全高清質素。
  4. 現有「 Viu升級會員Lite 」客戶可以HK$68購買「Viu升級會員＋服務附加通行證」以升級至「Viu 升級會員＋服務」，而客戶必需同時繼續繳付原有「 Viu升級會員Lite 」之月費(如適用)。
  5. 已下載之影片只可於Viu App內保留7日。
  6. 此服務由PCCW OTT (Hong Kong) Limited （「PCCW」）提供及依據於 www.viu.com/ott/hk 有關該服務所列之Viu 條款及條件提供。
  7. 此服務只提供予已登記附有流動數據用量之指定1O1O流動服務計劃（「1O1O計劃」）的香港移動通訊有限公司（「1O1O」）用戶。您須申請此服務及於Google Play 或App Store 下載並成功安裝Viu 應用程式並透過支援的流動裝置方可使用此服務。如要使用此服務，您必須登記一個Viu帳戶，確認及接受PCCW某些條款及條件及個人資料收集聲明所約束。
  8. 此服務提供中文介面及字幕，部份內容提供英文字幕。
  9. 如果您使用本地流動數據使用此服務，數據用量將於您的1O1O計劃之用量內扣除。您對1O1O計劃的使用須受1O1O [https://www.1010.com.hk/tc/viu] 的條款及條件約束。如數據用量超過您1O1O計劃所包含的月數據用量，您需購買額外數據用量。
  10. 您不得或不可允許他人用任何途徑出售、複製、抄錄、轉載、分銷、播放、傳送、轉送、更改、利用此服務及內容或對任何包含下載軟件的內容作推翻工程。
  11. 此服務的節目及內容只供您個人使用及登入。您不得或不可允許他人在任何地方作公開或商業性的展示、播放、使用、登入或瀏覽Viu付費服務及內容。
  12. PCCW保留於任何時間剪輯、修改、撤回及/或暫停任何此服務上的任何節目或內容的權利而不需給予通知或任何原因。
  13. 此服務之使用及提供受PCCW及1O1O不時更改的此服務相關之條款及細則（請分別於http://www.viu.com/ott/hk/及https://www.1010.com.hk/tc/viu瀏覽）監管。您一旦下載及開啟Viu應用程式將被視為已同意受該等條款及細則約束。
  14. 視像質素會受您的流動裝置、服務地點、網絡覆蓋及網絡流量而有所影響。
  15. 1O1O非此服務之供應商，因此並不會提供有關該服務的任何陳述或保證。
  16. PCCW不是1O1O計劃之供應商，因此PCCW對有關1O1O計劃或任何相關流動服務不作任何聲明或擔保。
  17. 您確認透過1O1O申請此服務，1O1O將以收費代理人身份就您使用此服務向您收取服務費用及接收由您為此服務繳付之費用。
  18. 您登記此服務將為1O1O與您的流動通訊協議的一部份。
  19. 若本條款及條件的英文版與任何其他語言版本（若有）之間存有差異，則以英文版為准。
 
有關CSL用戶使用 Viu付費服務豁免流動數據用量條款及細則：
 
Viu付費服務(「 Viu 」)及其內容﹑應用程式及網站由 PCCW OTT (Hong Kong) Limited提供， Viu的收費及使用受Viu條款和條件的約束(詳情可於 www.viu.com/ott/hk 上瀏覽)。由2026年3月1日起，所有1O1O / csl 服務計劃用户可豁免於香港地區內使用Viu網站及應用程式內串流收看Viu內容所產生之流動數據用量及其相關收費。但流動數據豁免並不包括於上述程式內瀏覽，下載及更新應用程式所產生之數據內容。為免生疑問, 流動數據豁免並不適用於從其他網站（例如橫幅廣告）或/和從上述程式內定向的任何其他網站（例如，來自第三方的廣告）。於網站及程式內瀏覽或下載內容所衍生之流動數據使用量將會從您的1O1O / csl數據服務計劃中扣除。如客戶在海外下載及/或使用Viu網站及應用程式，或需另行支付有關之漫遊數據費用。 Viu上的所有內容只限用戶於香港地區內作個人用途，不可作公開或商業播放。 Viu上的串流內容質素取決於客戶的流動裝置、服務地點及網路覆蓋及表現。香港移動通訊有限公司不是內容的供應商，並不對其質量素作出任何陳述或保證，也不對因此產生或與之相關的任何事宜承擔任何責任。本條款及條件以英文版本為準（如有任何僅作參考用的中文版本提供）。如有任何爭議，1O1O / csl將保留最終決定權。

Viu Paid Service (“the Service”) Terms and Conditions:
 
  1. “Viu Paid Service” means “Viu Premium Lite Service ” and/or “Viu Premium＋” (as applicable in the context).
  2. Viu Premium Lite Service at the subscription fee of HK$38, a 12-month or more commitment period is required. Subscribers can enjoy the following functions: dramas, access with a smart TV, downloads and Full HD quality.
  3. Viu Premium＋ subscribers can enjoy the following functions: Movies from Now TV Movie Combo including Now Baogu, dramas, access with a smart TV, downloads and Full HD quality
  4. “Viu Premium＋ Service Add-on pass” at the subscription fee of HK$68 and this offer only applicable to existing “Viu Premium Lite Service ” to upgrade to “Viu Premium+ Service”. Subscribers must continue paying the existing “Viu Premium Lite Service ” monthly fee (if any).
  5. Downloaded videos can be retained by the Viu app for 7 days only.
  6. The Service is provided by PCCW OTT (Hong Kong) Limited (“PCCW”) and is provided pursuant to the Viu terms and conditions set out in http://www.viu.com/ott/hk/.
  7. The Service is provided to customers from CSL Mobile Limited (“1O1O”) who subscribed for certain of 1O1O’s mobile service plans with data (“1O1O plan(s)”). To utilize the Service, you are required to subscribe for the Service and download and successfully install the Viu app from Google Play or App Store through eligible mobile devices. In order to use the Service, you will be required to register for a Viu account, and acknowledge and accept certain terms and conditions and the personal information collection statement of PCCW.
  8. The Service is available in Chinese and with Chinese subtitles, and some content also has English subtitles.
  9. If you are using local mobile data to access to the Service, the utilized data usage will be deducted from the entitlement of your 1O1O plan. Your usage of the 1O1O plan is subject to the terms and conditions of 1O1O [www.1010.com.hk/viu]. You will have to top up charges if your usage exceeds your monthly data entitlements under your 1O1O plan.
  10. You shall not, or permit any other person to sell, reproduce, copy, distribute, broadcast, transmit, re-transmit, modify, exploit the Services or any of its contents by any means or reverse engineer any content consisting of downloadable software.
  11. The Service’s programs and content are only for your personal viewing and access. You shall not, or permit any other person to show, play, use, access or view the Service and its content for any public or commercial purpose in any place.
  12. PCCW reserves the right to edit, change, withdraw and/or withhold any programs or content on the Service at any time without notice and for any reason.
  13. The use and the provision of the Service are governed by the relevant terms and conditions of the Service by PCCW (http://www.viu.com/ott/hk/) and 1O1O (www.1010.com.hk/viu), respectively, as amended from time to time. You shall be deemed to have agreed to and be bound by such terms and conditions of Service upon the downloading and opening of the Viu App.
  14. Video quality depends on your mobile device, service location, network coverage and usage.
  15. 1O1O is not the provider of the Service and hence 1O1O does not provide any representations or warranties regarding the Service.
  16. PCCW is not the provider of 1O1O plans and hence PCCW does not provide any representations or warranties regarding the 1O1O plans or any related mobile services.
  17. You acknowledge that should you subscribe for the Service via 1O1O, 1O1O shall act as the billing agent to bill you for the use of the Service and shall receive from you the fees for the Service.
  18. Your subscription for the Service will form part of the Mobile Service Agreement between 1O1O and yourself. .
  19. Should there be any inconsistencies between the English version and any other language versions (if any) of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
 
Terms and Conditions for CSL users to waive the data usage of Viu
 
Viu Paid Service (“Viu”) and its content, the app, and the website are provided by PCCW OTT (Hong Kong) Limited. The use of Viu service and charge are subject to the Viu terms and conditions (a http://www.viu.com/ott/hk/). Starting from 1 March 2026, all users of the 1O1O / csl service plan can enjoy waiving data usage and related charges incurred when streaming Viu content on the Viu website and app. However, the data waving does not include browsing, downloading, and updating the applications mentioned above. To avoid confusion, the data exemption does not apply from other websites (such as banner ads), or from any other websites targeted within the app mentioned above (such as third-party ads). The data usage derived from browsing or downloading content within the apps will be deducted from your 1O1O / csl data service plan. If customers download and/or use the Viu website and app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges. All programming on Viu is limited to personal use only in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed. Viu content streaming quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location, and network coverage and performance. CSL Mobile Limited is not a content provider and does not make any representations or warranties as to its quality. It also does not assume any responsibility for any matters arising from or related to it. These terms and conditions are based on the English version (if there is any Chinese version provided; it is for reference only). In case of any disputes, 1O1O / csl reserve the right to make the final decision.
