^ Customer has to subscribe 1O1O designated iPhone service plan in order to receive 5G Fast Pass. Each customer can register for only ONE 5G Fast Pass, each of which grants priority when registering for only ONE next new iPhone when launched or new 5G handset ("Designated 5G handset"). No matter next new iPhone is a 4G handset or 5G handset, the 5G Fast Pass is still available. 5G mobile network service is not yet available from CSL Mobile Limited, although you can get all the latest news from the 1O1O website. Customer can execute the 5G Fast Pass with priority, when a new 5G handset and 5G service is launched. Customer can pre-register for a designated 5G handset, when subscribing to, or upgrading to, or renewing contract for a 5G service (service plan fee and details depend on official announcement of a 5G plan when launched). According to the same conditions, customer who possesses a 5G Fast Pass can get higher priority to order a designated 5G handset than customers who do not possess a 5G Fast Pass. 1O1O reserves the right of final determination in respect of ordering with priority. In order to execute a 5G Fast Pass, customer needs to register for a new 5G handset at a designated 5G pre-registration webpage, 1O1O Center, or roadshow, or via the Product Hotline on 2988 1010. Customer needs to enter/provide and/or present the 5G Fast Pass serial number and subscribe/upgrade to, or renew contract for a 5G service, in order to register for a designated new 5G handset. 1O1O can give no assurance as to the date handsets become available, as supply is dependent on stock delivered by suppliers. Information on designated 5G handset suppliers, models and other details will be carried by 1O1O's website. Each 5G Fast Pass can be only used once. The 5G Fast Pass must be used before its validity expires. The 5G Fast Pass can only be used by a customer subscribing to a designated iPhone connection plan, and is non-transferrable. When executing the 5G Fast Pass, please present it, along with your HKID. The 5G Fast Pass cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. An expired, lost, damaged or copied 5G Fast Pass will not be accepted, without any form of compensation being forthcoming. An incomplete, damaged or copied 5G Fast Pass will not be accepted. This 5G Fast Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, eGift Voucher, gift voucher or interest-free credit card installment plan. CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to amend or cancel the 5G Fast Pass and/or amend Terms & Conditions without giving notice. In the event of inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English shall prevail. In the event of dispute, CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right of final determination.
@ Customers trade-in designated iPhone (iPhone 11/ iPhone 11 Pro/ iPhone 11 Pro Max) ("Designated Device") and purchase 5G handset that will be launched in the future and subscribe 5G handset connection service plan with designated services at CSL in the future (CSL has not yet launched 5G mobile network service, nor 5G service plan for the time being) will entitle to extra HK$1,000 rebate. The amount will be rebated to the customer's 1O1O account with 10-installment. Designated Device for trade-in should include a battery and must function properly. CSL will update the Trade-in price subject to the trade-in market. Trade-in prices will vary depending on the extent of damage to the Designated Device. CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL"/"We") will not trade-in any Designated Device that were not purchased from an authorized dealer or have been altered in any way. Customer is responsible to ensure all personal data/photos of a Designated Device have been erased prior to trade in. + The Restart Handset Switching Service (the "Service") allows you to switch your designated registered device for a replacement device during the Service period. You may switch up to two (2) times during each 12-month rolling period during the Service period. For the avoidance of doubt, no request for a switch will be accepted if you have made 2 switches within the 12 months immediately before your request. The Replacement Device does not come with the original packaging or any accessories. It is not guaranteed that the Replacement Device is of the same model or color as your registered device. During the Service period by paying to Bolttech Device Protection Hong Kong Limited a fee ("Switch Fee") of 28% of the suggested retail price of your registered device prevailing at the time of your service application at 1O1O Center.
